I have enjoyed the app until now, nothing will pull up when I search a city. (A major city so I know there are available rentals) Please fix this!

I am interested in what you are offering and would Iike to have a login with you. I don't know you well enough yet to want to give up my phone number though. (I am very prudent where that number goes.) Please consider other login options, such as email. Thanks for your consideration.

They're showing you two different prices on rental, one when you're searching and other when you're about to bookingl ! I'm uninstalling it.

Prices aren't as shown when you go to checkout. There's MULTIPLE fees. THERE IS REALLY NO DISCOUNT AT ALL!!!! CHEAPER THROUGH VRBO!! Ps DON'T USE AIRBNB, THEY'RE GOING DOWNHILL!

The app won't let me search. There are preset destinations or will check around my current location, but won't let me search outside that.

When I go to view my Bookings, it shows to update app, which I can't. Registered under friends phone number and his phone now freezes up. Too many bugs.

App doesn't retain filtered settings. No matter options chosen, provides destinations 100's of miles away, outside price range and random dates. Good concept, but poor application.

Finally fixed the price issue where hosts were using hidden fee loopholes in the app. However when you try to filter by price its still referencing the price befpre hidden fees. This makes it unusable and makes me hate and distrust every single host. 😒 Uninstalled immediately

GRRR! After searching options online and sending links, I can't open the links without downloading the app. I can't download the app without giving my information. And after I did all that, I still can't open the links I sent to decide which places I want to stay! And the app is crashing! Grr!

I don't think this is set up correctly, because each time I look at a property it is unavailable for my dates. All other travel apps only show stays that are available. Looking for a place to stay is difficult and you make it harder. Change you app program, you have better prices. Discussed

You should know that every booking on Whimstay is non-refundable if the check in date is within 60 days. Why am I telling you that? Because Whimstay's app doesn't. Go ahead. Look around. Especially if you have not logged in yet; there is nowhere in the app that tells you every booking cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded.

Down loaded this app a week ago. Clean and easy to use, intuitive design and have had zero "issues" in my navigating the site.. I have compared the deals offered on Whimstay versus other similar app's and found plenty of great deals from which to choose. In fact I found what look to be the same properties on a number of occasions and the Whimstay pricing was the sharpest.

I can't make an account because it says there's an existing one with my phone number so I tried my husband's number same thing. Tried to just skip the sing in/ sign up but it takes 3 minutes for it to respond to me clicking skip. And then it asks me to sign in/ sign up every time I open the app. And the website doesn't have a create account option either.

The price on the search screen is not always the price you get when you click through the listing. They show SOME fees when viewing a listing but not all. Be prepared for a huge surprise tax /fees surcharge at the very end of booking ($6xx for the listing I was about to book) These two issues make it virtually impossible to shop. I like what they're trying to do but will be sticking with other services that offer transparent pricing.

I booked through Whimstays and was a little bit hesitant about it. However Deja from their support, was super supportive of the whole process and quelled all of my doubts. Even before I booked she was answering as much questions as she could and was extremely responsive. However, there was an issue on the host side so the booking never went fully through. They gave me a full refund and was extremely friendly, and apologetic during the entire process even though it wasn't their fault.
