excellent like to use it surprisingly detailed and thorough especially like the fact that doesn't confuse my personal vehicle with my commercial vehicle I was apprehensive about that but nothing to worry about

This app is very easy! Each picture describes the shot you take. The pre trip report is good as well!

This app really sucks!!! This app has problems connecting to the server causing delayed reports being sent in. No remedy for sending reports that are sitting in the "un-sent" folder. App was never beta tested and therefore corrections and updates are delayed.

My app has a difficult time connecting to the server and uploading the data. It constantly flips between connection and no connection and can take hours before it's finally uploaded.

one problem I can take pictures of the front, driver side and rear but when I do the passenger side it locks up. My company is looking into it but maybe you have a solution already. Just reinstalled and working now.

worked for about 2 weeks. Now I waste my time entering all the information just to get an error message that my report cannot be sent. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it and now it wont accept my log in

The customer support doesn't exist. They are super helpful until they get your credit card. Then you will NEVER hear from them again. I'm disputing further charges since they ignore my requests to cancel.

There is a severe lack of customization available. Nowhere to leave comments without flagging something as defective. Worst of all, you can't mute the goddamn bell that plays every time you finish a god damned check out.

This is my first time using this type of software for truck inspections. I love it so far hey glitches once in a while because I go out to different areas where I have low service but other than that it's perfect.

What's with the new update? I can't use my Galaxy S10+'s wide lense anymore. I was able to use it to zoom out further without having to walk back but now it's so much of an inconvenience. I inspect 20+ vehicles a day and the camera is the most crucial part of the day.

Very good app. Specifically designed to its ability to cross check everything in detail. Makes job easier for the driver and management for any repairs or maintenance etc.🙂

I do the update and now the app is completely useless. Wont connect to the server. It isnt my phone, ive deleted and restarted the app, nothing works.

Can't use All features with an android phone. Can't use photos from your camera roll to up load a photo. Name doesn't show up on your profile. Like with an apple phone.. Can only do those features if you have an apple phone. Stinks! Can't go back to change a entry once submitted. Doesn't work well with an android phone limited use of app.

We need to be able to check one side and take a photo. Then walk around the vehicle, meanwhile checking off the list. It's the same thing just a different order. And there needs to be a check service option for oil and guilds. Not just leaking fluids. 3.5 Recent 6-14-2020 I got a new phone and now the app saves the pictures i take automatically. So now i have to delete 12 picutres everyday so that i my personal phone doesnt get clogged with junk Rating now went from 3 to 2.

what would make this app better is if one of the things you had to do was walk around the car taking a video. then when you use the car next it allows you (or the next user) to compare the videos. for all those times that you are unsure if the damage was there before you or if it happened while in your possession.

Can you please go back to using the stock camera app instead of the built in one? The one in app is really annoying to use. The buttons aren't where they're convenient and I have to turn on the flash every single time it opens. Very annoying when taking 10+ photos for an inspection.

Be ware, scam. This company is utter rubbish. Read the fine print. They lock you into service and won't cancel unless you notify them 60 days in advance (illegal in state of maine) The system is garbage bombarding you with emails about equipment not on duty ot missed inspections for assets not in service. Total trash. We switched to Fleetio but are still having to pay for this trash. I am so furious with these thieves.

Used for a awhile then didn't need it. Called to cancel and theybsaid they would keep charging me an X amount of times. I had to finally block 🚫 from charging my card. Wouldn't recommend.

Should be a 4-5 star review, but..... What it really needs is the ability to upload pictures already taken on your phone. Problems on vehicle don't always occur at beginning or ending of the day, but aren't critical enough to warrant a break down report. Taking pictures would allow drivers to add specific details and locations from during the day. When you have been in an accident and are dealing with police and medics, you do not want to try and file an accident report at the same time.
