At first the app was great, but several updates in and it's become a nuisance. I get notifications of interruptions followed by a clean cycle about 4-5 times daily. Also, it will tell me the drawer is full even right after I've replace a new bag and it's clearly not full. So frustrating because I'm worried the machine is not cycling properly for my cats while I'm at work. Please fix!!!

I love that I can check my cat's weight, know when to empty the box and when to refill litter, and know when there are updates. Much easier than having to trick her to get on the scale. The weight is about a pound off, but it's still accurate if you know how much your cat weighs ahead of time. Unfortunately, my cat is very curious and interrupts the cycles a lot by poking her head in to see what the machine is doing, working on getting her to watch from a distance than getting in the way.

The original Litter Robot app worked without issue. This new app never stays connected to the device and is essentially useless. Our cat recently developed a possible health issue and it would be great if I could see the data from the app, but nope - looks like it disconnected from the device and I didn't even realize it. Very frustrating.

Updates look nice. The ability to view a month of history still doesn't work and any attempt to download more than a week of data is still broken. I see there's at least a blurb about historical data in the new onboarding slides, so that's nice. This really needs to be addressed. Still need the ability to add second account to same robot without logging in to the same account. App freezes up if you do not select a region on the shopping page.

Needs the reset option added to the controls in the app. Now that the scale is much more sensitive about stopping the entire unit from functioning if litter is added and the reset button is not pressed, the reset button really needs to be added to the app. Our pet sitter has occasionally forgotten to press the reset button after adding litter, which means the robot won't work until she comes back the next day and notices. I could easily fix this remotely if I had the reset button in the app.

Usually a great app but lately notifications will not work no matter what I do. Uninstall and reinstall. Double check the app is in the "do not put to sleep" list, checking notifications in settings, power saver is off, and DND is off. Idk what happened, but I can't get notifications to work when normally I'd have a handful of notifications a day.

Good: - App shows litter bin levels. - App now has cat usage+weight tracking (my two cats are 11.5 and 14 lbs, it can tell them apart). Bad: - Usage history can be slow to load, sometimes taking a minute. Not clear why. - Notifications are overly aggressive. Multiple notifications on every use by default. Even trying to just get "full" alerts, they actually start when the sensors think the bin is about 70% full, and fire on every use. I've disabled notifications and just check levels manually.

The longer I own this device the more ways it finds to break down leaving my cat without a litterbox at all until I get home to fix it. He's pooped outside the litter when this stopped mid cycle and just decided not to continue 10 hours later still stuck. I often have to unplug it and plug it back in. The app has gotten better but it seems like every firmware update makes the hardware dumber. I have to intervene at least once a day. I would be putting in less work at this point without this.

I really love the litter robot!! It really helps me give my cats a higher level of care. The unit itself is worth 5 stars. The only reason I'm giving the app 4, is because I can't edit which cat actually used the box in order to help it learn which cat is which. I have 3, and 2 of them are only a 1 pound weight difference. The app thinks I only have 2 cats. I understand that similar weights will cause that kind of issue. But if I could give it feedback to help it learn, that would be nice.

History has once again stopped working in the app, rendering many of the supposed benefits of buying a $700+ litter box nonfunctional again. Tracking by specific pet still does not actually work, even if your cats have drastically different weights. The unit still scoops itself, and to be fair they did improve it's reliability at that task. But if the rest of the features in the app don't work properly, it is no better than the many MUCH cheaper self scooping alternatives.

Getting randomly logged out is annoying. It doesn't happen often but it's happened enough to make me remove a star. The second star is because I can't get any information on the wifi device other than it's connected. Would like to be able to see the ip address or even better the MAC address. Otherwise, it's a app that does what you expect.

Would honestly be 5 stars except one crucial thing for multiple cat owners. Let me assign "Unregistered" weights to the proper cat profiles to better help the app identify which cat has what weight. This seems like a simple thing to add, but I can't find it. The weights arent even that close together, they're 2 lbs apart. Other than that, the app is great. Checks litter levels, waste levels, let's me change the notification settings so I know if there's a problem, even when I'm not home.

This app works wonderfully, continuously updating and alerting me when there are any issues. The only thing that I dislike is how unreliable it is at keeping track of the weights recorded to each individual cat. It does not update their weights often and will lose the previous weights recorded, stating there are no weights for one or more of the cats I their profiles. Otherwise, it is very helpful!

Pretty handy app so far, allows me to track litter levels and waste levels, and usage without being at the litter box. The one improvement I would make is to break out notifications into categories. I've disabled notifications, because the only way I can get a push notification when it's time to add litter or empty the bin, is to also get them every time a cat poops! I suggest separate categories like Maintenance (litter/waste levels), Usage, & Miscellaneous.

The litter robot by itself is amazing. The only thing that doesn't work well is its connection to a Wi-Fi network. I have to reconnect it almost daily, and it's practically next to the router. There's no offline sync capabilities. The Litter Robot doesn't capture data unless it's online. This makes any data displayed in the app non-existant. It also makes any remote features in the app useless. I've all but given up on the app features at this point.

Overall, a good app to keep track of my cats' litter use. One issue I have is that the "recent activity" sometimes doesn't load and I need to restart the app. The biggest downside so far is that the litter robot can't distinguish between my two kittens because they're about the same weight. It would be great if I had the option to indicate which cat used the litter at the time the weight was recorded so that the robot can update its data on my individual cats.

whisker is pretty good. I am concerned about long-term stay aways. For example, if I leave my cats at home for a few days- I will need to train my caretaker on how to use the machine. It probably won't be a big deal. However, if the waste bin was a bit larger, it would probably be perfect. I have only had the literbox for about two weeks. It also goes red occasionally, although on my phone, it says it's ready. I will keep you Al updated.

Huge issue I have is that after some time, a couple days, the app stops giving me notifications about the current drawer status or, the most important, when the drawer is full. If i don't get notified when the drawer is full, the app and the wifi litter robot is pointless. I have my settings to never put Whisker to sleep and my notifications are on.

App: I find this app really convenient. I love all the information it gives me, but I used to be able to reset my spaceship from the app, and I can't anymore. Which sucks, as the litterbox is in a hard to get to place in my house. Robot itself: The 3 worked a lot better for us than the 4 is working. Almost every time my cats use it, I get a notification that the cycle has been interrupted. I do like that the 4 takes longer to empty.

They've got plenty of ways for you to buy stuff in here. Wonderful. Let's add on to the price tag of that $700 litter box. That never works! Cycles break fails to detect cats. Completely stops working. And the amp is no better. It can't connect to the robots consistently. It says that they've connected to the internet and then a second later they lose all Wi-Fi connection. The app shows absolutely nothing for the just recently added and fully registered. Fully completed setup following all direc
