This in theory is great. The app itself, the operating experience is just fine. Every thing I need and easy to use, should be a lovely time saver as these tend to be, however this one seems like the restaurants themselves don't know they have a online order until you arrive... Making you have to wait, not only the time to make it, but also the time it took you to order, and drive there. Yesterday was the 3rd time consecutively this has happened, at two different locations, ended up in total waiting over 40 minutes in the middle of the night, for 6 Impossible sliders and a drink. Fail.

This app sucks. The back button doesn't work every time. The images aren't aligned in the box. Some images are blurry. The look and feel is clunky. There's a java.lang error popping up. The user experience is bad. It definitely was cheaply made. On top of it all, I don't see the free slider combo that was advertised after joining the Craver Nation.

Clunky, confusing. I didn't realize that when I placed my order, it set a pickup time of 15 minutes later. Um no, I'm in the parking lot next door lol. The app needs work, bad. Couldn't even really use the location feature to chose the WC a hundred feet from me. I had to just poke the screen in various places until it finally "caught" the invisible location selector.

It's a very easy app to use with all the options you can think of along with decent coupons. I love how you have the option to pay on the app or when you get to the restaurant. That is a huge check mark in my book. The ONLY thing they don't have that I would like to see is a reward system. And, it's not crashed on me yet... knock on wood! ****UPDATE**** I guess I jinxed myself because I can't pull up the app anymore. It keeps crashing automatically. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

This app doesn't work on Android version 9. But they require it for Crave Nation promotions. I've reinstalled 5 times and used 3 accounts. None of them work. I'd rate this a 0/5 if I could because it's somehow worse a waste of space on my phone. It's a frustration and an insult. (I can't even press the 'back' button on menus. It plays the animation but doesn't do anything).

I don't usually review apps, but man does this app need work. Menu items often don't reflect what the local restaurant has, multiple entries for the exact same item (literally 3 listings for the standard slider, all the same?). Get in touch with whoever made the Wendy's or taco bell apps, because this is woefully incomplete, hard to navigate, and unreliable.

This has to be the worst fast food app. It's cluttered and far from user friendly. Be sure to only active coupons when you're talking to the person at the cash register whether it's dine in or at the drive thru. If your phone times out, your SOL because the offer will lock becomes unusable. I love White Castle I can't stress that enough, but this app is a nightmare to navigate and use.

Nonfunctional App. It's 2024 WC, really? Worked once for half a second, then started crashing I've uinstalled, I've cleared the data, cleared the cache, reinstalled... nothing- it's completely useless. Considering they don't actually give you a online website priced menu - this is completely unacceptable and quite frankly makes me not want to even bother ordering from this business.

Updated review: App is very discouraging to use especially if you have to change the pickup time. Here's a brilliant concept; take away the pickup time. Your order is not ready when you get to the window anyway. App is a little difficult to maneuver around when you want to order from the drive thru menu board as a guide. The items I wanted I couldn't find so they had to be ordered separately.

This was the worst ordering experience I've had in months!! I went online placed my order, for a specific pick up time which was the first problem, my food came 25 minutes later . Second issue is they didn't look at my order reciept and toppings were missing or on that weren't supposed to be ! And the grand finale was when I got my order had items missing and showed staff my reciept but they said it wasn't on there's and refused to give me the rest of my food ! Enjoy

Broken app. I signed up 4 a new account & was going to redeem a deal, but the app started glitching before I could checkout and pay. I had to reinstall the app & sign in. When I went to add the deal, the app shows that the deal is locked. Other apps do not lock the deal until I'm paying, but this just seems to lock it once it's redeemed, so I can't access it at all now. Now I get to select payment & get message This store is closed during the time you have selected Closed Hours12:00 AM huh?!

I downloaded the White Castle app hoping for convenience, but it's a complete disaster. It's like trying to navigate a maze blindfolded. Every attempt to place an order results in a glitch or error message. It's as if the app is actively trying to sabotage itself. Save yourself the frustration and just walk in and order the old-fashioned way.

App is a shizte show. Says it has server issues doesn't recognize logins doesn't bring up offers that you click on if it brings up anything at all it's horrible it needs like a total wipe clean and redo. The website isn't too bad, but it has certain offers only through the app but then you get on the app and you can't access them. I want to say that might be some kind of illegal advertising but i doubt it. Wish they would redo it and make it what it has the potential to be

New bug makes app unusable: "Unexpected character encountered", so its impossible 2 login now. Reinstall did not fix. -- If app crashes while coupon in cart, U lose the coupon. Making me add items to my cart and view my cart in order to see the price and then delete items i can't afford? FLUNK. This is a huge hassle for those who are cost sensitive. Show the prices in the menu like other apps. Also annoying are the split coupons between in store and mobile. What is the point of this?

Broken. The app constantly crashes, fails to load coupons, and is impossible to check out. Got error messages saying I was attempting to place an order outside their business hours (I wasn't) and the mobile coupon available on the app was outside the date range (it wasn't). It often fails to load elements you need to interact with, such as selecting drive thru or to go, selecting date and time of pickup, and even the "checkout" button is not clickable, simply giving a pop up error message.

Logged in, tried to make an order, I get an error message popping up, so I can't place my order. I log out, uninstall, reinstall, and now I can't even log in anymore. Anytime I log in I just get the same error that I got before. I'm not mistyping anything either because the log in info was saved automatically. Edit: I have figured out how to get it working on my phone. I had to go into my app settings and delete both the cache and the storage data before uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

App has some data parsing issues, despite that it seemed to work. Could use some polish for sure though. Edit: Unable to reproduce the issue, it appeared when I was asked to create an account and log in for the first time. It appeared again after submitting my first order in the same login session. The error looked similar to this: An unexpected character ,> Something along those lines, like it was expecting an empty string "" but got nothing instead. Good luck! Added one ⭐
