The phone connects to the wifi in mcc, though I have set it not to connect, get annoyed at you guys every morning and evening on my commute

A lot of connection issues on every station. Stupid advertisements, nothing useful from support team. What IPO are you thinking? Fix the problems first, maybe after the rate could be changed.
