Not only didn't it suggest any hotspots in my area, I tried to help by sharing some and it wouldn't take them.

Found it to be without value. If one needs to pay to get the actual info, just say so up front.

Ads at bottom (acceptable) but no information except a few (very few) businesses. Useless. Uninstall.

This app is garbage. It does not show even 10% of ftee Wi-Fi hot spots around me that I am aware about.

Might tell you where wifi is if you're lucky but doesn't tell you the business name or have any type of navigation integration.

Really no good unless you buy the updated version doesn't give you any passwords for the Wi-Fi hotspots.

TechCrunch reported Monday that the app—which appears to be based in China, because of course it is—has been used by over a 100,000 people to collect more than 2 million wifi passwords globally. The database includes network names (SSID), precise geolocation, and *plaintext* passwords, among other data

WiFi Finder - WiFi Map does work but you also have to download speedcheck to use it.

it gives only a few but not really helpful or useful. it also constantly pesters you to buy the pay version unless it is a billion times better not even worth free.

All I wanted was to find a wifi hotspot in a bit of an emergency. But after a few minutes of fighting the advertisements, I gave up and started looking for a different app.

I would have eventually given the app 4-5 stars but I don't like being forced to rate an app. No sooner than I opened the app, before I even used it, it asked me to rate it. Lame! Change that.

Just shows a small fraction of hotspots in my downtown area with no info on passwords or option to connect. Completely useless waste of time unless something.

Just finds wifi connected to not those unconnected but visible. Thought I could add a wifi to map and it tried to get me to download more stuff. I don't like that. Uninstalled.

Doesnt have any networks! In my city, it displays two networks from hotels. The Starbucks and McDonald's aren't even on there. If it doesn't display the obvious places that advertise free WiFi, how is this helpful? The ads are also atrocious.

Completely useless. Not a single point in the whole map. It's just not doing anything. There needs to be a quick button to refresh right on the map as I move it around.

It always starts off in London and not in the location when I am. Apparently there are only 4 places in Bordeaux France. I can find more than this by walking passed McDonald's and hotels. Very poor app.

"Free", only costs $$. The app is useless without map that shows you locations of hotspots. So you'll need to download the map. That'll be 1.33 per month for 3 months subscription or 0.58 per month for 12 month subscription. Subscription, you read it right. So after 3 months (or 12) you're going to have to pay again. No thanks.
