I used this app 2.5 years ago for my first baby with my Willow Go pump. It was very basic and not super useful. Since then, they've added so many great features! Session history, volume totals, two way control of suction levels, alarms, and a timer. It's great that I didn't need to get a new pump in order to use the upgraded features of the app!

9/10, the app doesn't sync with the pumps, so you can't see your pump history. Or it will count one pump session and not the other. I continuously get the "There was a problem updating your session info. We'll try again later." I have checked for updates, and I'm current. Looks like I'm going to have to uninstall and install again. Otherwise, the app isn't too terrible.

I have an Android. The app paired with my pumps at first but then was saying it was disconnected. After multiple attempts to connect, I ended up unpairing from the app and my Bluetooth. Now, it doesn't pair at all. But the strange thing is, it knows when I last used the pumps. However, it does not track anything else nor can I use it to it's full functionality. I did call the help desk and they instructed me on another way to try and correct the problem. Nothing I've done is working.

I have had these pumps for months, and while I love the pumps themselves, the app is useless. I've not once gotten them to connect to the app, and I have both the 3.0 pumps and the willow go pumps. Neither will connect, so no way of controlling them through the app. You would think with how much money you spend on the pumps, the app would at least work bare minimum. Awful.

I am pretty surprised that this app is really nothing more than a timer. I mean it does start and stop and control the pumps within the app that's nice. But it's so annoying that they "disconnect" the minute u exit the app for whatever reason. Also it doesn't keep track of the sessions you have pumped and I have to use a separate app for that, which I find very inconvenient.

This app is pretty unhelpful, and not really worth the space it occupies on my phone. Can't change pump settings in the app and the pump turns itself off after 25 minutes anyway so tracking time in the app is not essential. Also, after I installed it, my phone (galaxy s20+) has been periodically restarting. I've uninstalled the app to see if that fixes it, because I've never had that problem with my phone before.

I bought the Willow Go pumps about a month and a half ago. When I first set them up via Bluetooth with this app, it worked fine. After an app update, it sucks. I connect the pumps via Bluetooth, but the app doesn't recognize them as connected. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled several times. I needed to see how long I am pumping for instead of having to remember what time I started. That was the only feature I used, but now can't use at all. Dissapointing.

Really wish the app did more. Like track your sessions for you or at least tell you the time of your last session not just the date. Every time you leave the app the pumps disconnect and it's really annoying because you have to wait for it to reconnect to see how long you've been pumping for. If you could set the amount of time you want to pump for that wouldn't be as big of a deal. For how much the pumps cost the app should be way more advanced.

Love the new update! Finally being able to track daily sessions and milk output without needing a separate app!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Also I love being able to control pumps from phone. It's a great benefit when working in an office. Plus, yes there is some noise from the pumps but if there's any kind of background noise, like a furnace running, no one is going to know your pumps are in unless there standing right next to you. My coworker and I are less than 10 feet from each other

The app SUCKS it's always an issue with the connection so I can't track any of the sessions. When I first downloaded it, it was only a few times that it wouldn't sync but now it doesn't sync at all and deleted the previous days that I actually was able to track. For the price of the pumps you would think the app would be a lot more functional.

I am getting more than pissed about your app. I am wasting my time on it. I have put two emails on the app to help me and it still won't send a confirmation to me. I need the confirmation to even start it. This is frustrating! Plz fix it or get rid of it and make a better app! Unless there are technical situations that are stopping it, then I just need a timeframe.

I regularly have issues with the app connecting to my pumps and freezing. I have to troubleshoot quite frequently to get it to connect. As of right now, the app hasn't connected to my pumps for 6 days despite going through each of the steps provided by the company. I also wish it did more than just time your last pump. It would be really useful to, at the very least, have a start and end time, and even better if there was a full pump log. I'd love if it could also record ozs pumped.

Prior to the update, the app was working okay. It would crash on me, but closing it and reopening it would do the trick. Now, with the update, it's a complete mess! I was using the app to keep track of my time and sessions... with the update, it doesn't register my current session correctly or even connect to my pumps..

This app does not sync accurately with the Willow 3.0 pumps. The pumping session start times are inaccurate if I am offline during the session and sync the information to the app afterward. Some of my sessions are not recorded in the app if I am unable to get online until after midnight. I do appreciate the ability to select if I want to measure the amount pumped in mL or oz. I also appreciate the ability to edit the amounts if they are slightly inaccurate.

This app is almost worthless. One pump will almost never connect, the other takes several minutes to connect and disconnects frequently, especially if I look at anything else on my phone. Since it's usually not connected or trying to connect, I can't really use it to operate the pumps. It doesn't even keep accurate time, despite an update the other day that supposedly fixed that problem but has not.

- long delay between app controls and the actual pump - it can't detect the end of a session (tells you to check your pump alignment each time) - missed pump sessions from the logs before - connection between the pump and app is not good. It will flicker and show data from a previous session. - recently, there is a sale promo that pops up every time I open the app. It is intrusive and annoying to dismiss it each time ( I don't want to see more sales being shoved in my face)

Tracking isn't accurate and there is not way to manually add a session. I just finished pumping and it's not even showing up..so now there's no way to track it. Also no Android support for the watch features? UPDATE: Pumping every 2 hours and I've already lost two sessions in tracking on the app. It's so unfortunate especially when you're trying to track your supply and the data is just lost.

It's nice to have an app working in tandem with the pumps; however, more often than not, the app is messed up... for example, most days after a session the session is not recorded so I have to make note of the milk volume in my notes app and sometimes it will take a day or two for all the sessions to actually record. right now, the last session recorded was from yesterday at 630 a.m., and I've had 5 sessions since then all waiting in my notes app for the Willow app to get it together. need 2 fix

Right now, the app is really only useful for starting, stopping, and adjusting the pumps. It is supposed to also allow for tracking but I'd say 3 out of 4 times my pumps get dropped so I cannot see all my pumps nor add volumes. A feature I'd also like to see is more comprehensive tracking logs and trends. Occasionally, I'd like to see more than one day's data at a time, and see overall/lifetime pump totals.

use to be a 5 star review, now for some reason I keep having multiple issues, connection is the biggest one keeps telling me I have to take it apart and put it back together ( did it 10 times) and still don't want to work. then one of them won't pair to the app. I tried deleted app and then reinstalled, still can't get it to pair, says the left side is paired but the number is for the right side. So honestly it's so screwed up
