It's really stupid to have customers waste so much time creating an account in the app and placing an order through it when calling and placing an order or ordering in person is much faster. Also, whenever you relaunch the app it forgets that you were already signed in.

Easy order they get it right everytime. Never have to hold or repeat an order. 8sep22 Still the best It's "Wings Over" all others. I would say they are better than the competition, if they truly had any. Still kicking Wings from other places to the curb. Yep stop easy app Awesome wings

I liked the old online ordering system better because options like "extra crispy" and "extra sauce" were a click versus a comment session. I have had more errors with my orders since the switch. Food is still great though!

Works fine mostly, but you need cash if you're placing a small order, because it won't allow you to tip on a card more than 25% On a sandwich meal that comes to $2.87 which just feels insulting to the driver. Had to borrow some cash from a room mate so I could give a proper tip. Your app shouldn't encourage lousy tipping. I get that percentage wise, 25% is fine, but if they drove over here, $2.87 is garbage.

Food is great just an unhealthy choice because of the oil they cook with, they could just air fry, then it would be a healthier choice when choosing to eat out. This option may not be as convenient idk. I really hate how the app tries to automatically add a tip that needs to go away.

App keeps crashing everytime I go the the "Add Payment" page (before i even see the option to add my numbers or anything, just to be clear). Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same thing over and over again. I literally just wanted to use their bathroom and eat dinner ffs 😂

In the App my address is not found. The message says they don't deliver to my address. If I call in the order they always deliver to me. Not sure what the issue is with the mapping. Please hurry and fix it!!!!

App is literally useless. I can't login. It asks for a pin when you log in and then doesn't go to the next screen where you can input a pin nor resend it if you don't receive it. Better off just using the website

Not the greatest but gets the job done. It has pictures and stuff but the app and the actual prices of the store differ and aren't accurate with the menu in store. Other than that the wings and tenders are good tho the loaded fried aren't ready yet.( Too salty and cheese sauce tastes like cheap cheese wiz sadly)

Wings over has been listed as closed on GrubHub since this app came out so I can no longer benefit from free delivery perks, which reduces how much I can tip in this vampiric system, which in turn makes it take longer for my food to get to me since most drivers don't take untipped deliveries.

Good app. Even better chicken. Sauces are saucy and super freaking tasteful and wings are tender juicy hot and crispy all in one and I'm really a fan. food is ready within 20 mins of ordering and it's so hot and good when open the bag is steaming. Just one thing sometimes u guys put the drink in the bag and it kinda heats up the drink which is not a problem. The chicken is so worth it. Could use some deals on chicken tho but rewards are always great. Thank you and I will be back a million

This whole revamp is not great. The new menu is so much more confusing; not as intuitive. And you're cheaping out on the rewards. The old app was much more generous with rewards and coupons. There is also now no longer an option to pay in the store or use gift cards while ordering from the app. This new system is average at best; I definitely won't be ordering from here as often as I did before.

I was cool with this app until they decided to make tipping almost a mandatory thing automatically putting you at a 20% tip it's kind of BS. And then when I tried to do a custom tip of zero (it was already zero)it didn't want to let me do that until I typed in 0. $33 for 25wings. When did it become custom to tip for a pickup only place. PAY YOUR DAMN WORKERS A LIVING WAGE.

I've tried numerous times over the course of months to order on the app without success. The overall app layout is fine, but everytime I spend time building a large order for my family, it doesn't go through. After hitting submit order, error message appears stating order not found. Extremely frustrating.

The Wings are great but the app is very restrictive and buggy. The new menu is also very limited and is really missing some of the previously offered combos/meals. It's a shame they got rid of many different flavors, hopefully they will rethink some of their menu choices. Overall a poor experience with the app, thankfully the food being great is a silver lining.

App doesn't work ever. Literally never. I add food, go to try and pay, and get an error literally every time. The website is the same, never lets me pre-order, not once. Which means I can never use the coupons they send because I am unable to mobile order. I see the coupon and I want to order, but I get so mad that it's just bait that I end up ordering somewhere else instead.

Well, I started off trying to use a valid promo code that the app refused to take, so not a great start. Getting assistance with it isn't very good either, you can only send a message and wait to hear back from them, which doesn't help when you're trying to order food right now. The store employees that you can call can't do anything if you're having trouble with the app, and the app itself isn't great to look at or easy to navigate. Wanna customize your order? Too bad!
