Sign up process was awful. Once you're in, every single thing you do in the app triggers a loading spinner. It's so jarring and annoying to use. It feels like it was built by first year students rather than professionals. Not only that, they give a very unfavourable rate of exchange from AED to other currencies. All around, terrible app and I only use because there are no alternatives.

Highly recommended! Easy to use,everything in one place, user friendly and customer support is extremely cooperative and supportive. This bank will be great for anyone, especially for new companies and start ups as its so easy to use that will really help your business to be hassle free. Plus, you can operate locally or internationally, they provide check book,conversion rates are reasonable and packages are adjusted according to the level of your business. Once again,Highly recommended!

Installed on a brand new modern smartphone. Still, the application is terribly slow. It provides Incomple reports. For example, there is no way to produce a monthly statrment with all transactions. There is no option to produce a report of detailed credit card usage. Some icons are non standard and require a learning curve. Emailing Wio's support yields generic responses that do not solve problem and do not address the content of the email. Diapointing.

Overall experience is good. But their technical support team takes days to respond. Because they cant identify the root cause of the issue. They need to hire some experienced back end support team. Otherwise it will impact their image in the market, Especially Business Banking segment.

Very bad service. Since 3,5 months applied for a business account and still not open. Every time they delay with another reason. You can never talk to any decision maker even as a business client. If they tell you to call you back, no one is calling at all. How should someone run a business under these conditions?

It's been almost 2 months and still didn't establish WIO bank account which doesn't need more than 72 hours. The issue was an error in the system and till now it's not resolved. Everytime, I ask for help, I receive a lot of promises but with no action. The customer service are professionals in wasting their clients time. I have already sent a screenshot of this review to the customer service whatspp number, but in vain. Ignorance is the only response.

They have no idea how to solve some issues, poor customer service where they just ping pong you around for weeks, even months. They mark the problem as solved and in reality they don't solve the issues. Their monthly charges are automatic but their service is pathetic. Don't recommend this platform untill they solve their technical issues. Updated 25th july 2024-issue not solved and I have told them that I am done updating their same video and screenshot requests, uninstalled, now using desktop

The app keeps closing for no reason when I tried to login. Also when I went to reset my password, the face recognition does not work. The app keeps crashing when I need access to my own funds. Please fix it!!!

WIO is the biggest nightmare for entrepreneurs. Hands off. For us, it has the characteristics of fraudsters who illegally keep the money in the account and find excuses for months not to keep it. The whole team is constantly lying and finding new excuses. About the app: Many functions did not work here. For example, the checkbook was never issued with a lot of system problems. Transfering money was not working. Error messages over error messages.
