Dear WIO team, i used to be a big fan of your work. The app is great and helped a lot of people in the UAE (saving & cashback). However it is not possible to get a statement of all account transaction in xls format. This forces us to record the transactions by screen shot and manual entry every month. Come on guys, exporting accounts is a default feature to have

Really poor experience. They allow post dated rental cheques to be cashed 6 months before the cheque date, have no recourse what so ever and customer support is extremely unhelpful. No urgency or empathy and no ownership of their mistakes. Really disappointing from a "neo bank".

Took weeks to verify my passport, and now it's been 2 months and they haven't been able to fix an issue with my debit card payments

Everything is good until they freeze accounts without any prior notice and do not give you any information regarding the freeze till you call. Even after you call them they will keep giving you a lollipop of 7 working days again and again until it's a fat month. DONT RECOMMEND FOR LARGE FUNDS! 100K OF MINE IS STUCK SINCE A MONTH! Edit: You guys are pathetic. The dev responded to me to contact them on Instagram and I have been left unseen for days.

Been over a month and they cannot verify my passport so I'm unable to use most of the services. Supervisors and managers have refused to help. Awful customer service, do not recommend.

Apparently Wise isn't operating in UAE, but while it was easy for me to open a Wise account this local alternative rejected my application for a personal account with an Emirates ID with no given reason and no method to reapply or change details in my application (such as income status which matters for opening for whatever reason).

The back button on Android closes the app instead of taking me to the app's homepage . Very annoying, any of the options I click on I can't rely on the back button to go back, which just closes the app.

For some reason they do important things by text. You get a text whenever you transact with your card, rather than a notification. Whenever you have to verify payments it's by text, and they ALWAYS take 30 minutes to come through, meaning you found another way of doing whatever you were trying to do - book a cab, order food, make an online purchase. I'm really not sure why they're stuck in the 2000s with this tech setup. Absolutely nothing should be SMS based. It's 2024, get with the times.

Good app. But 2 problems: 1 - Tapping phone at ATM can withdrawal not working. (Google Pay/Garmin Pay not working) 2 - SMS cash withdrawal feature also not available. Since you are a digital bank, really surprising above 2 features are missing. Please fix the issues. Thank you.

Worst ever experience with a banking application. Onc you deposited money they open old request and whitelist your account and your blocked. your account is inaccessible. you have to make 100 calls and chats. fraudulent bank ...annoyed with the service. 6 days the issue in same status

Would give it Zero starts if possible. Useless App. Keeps crashing at login. Support is pretty useless. At each escalation they keep asking the same questions that were already answered. Beware of using this as you may get locked out of your funds.

The app and user experience are amazing. 2 comments. 1. There were no fees on trading and the interest rate was higher few months ago. No there are fees on every trade and the interest rate is lower. This breaks the trust and makes the user skeptical whether Wio will keep on adding fees and they used the high interest and zero fees to lure in customers. 2. Don't let the back button get you out of the app, ask if you want yo exit or not, otherwise i have to sign in again.

The ux has been worked on and thought of a 100 times before the design. Kudos. Speed of app is perfect. Just one small bug but that I assume is cuz you designed for ios first is when I click the bsck button sometimes it just exits the app. If you can fix that. I would appreciate it you work on adding Samsung pay to the accepted mobile wallets.

This app is broken, once you get to that point to enter your address it gives an error. Can't continue. I've contacted the contact center but they haven't got back yet. I am scared that if a banks only interface is an app and it's broken how bad would everything else be. Other banks at least have offices you can visit incase something goes wrong. Phone is S24 Ultra.

Updated Review: Support reached out (a bit late) and explained the situation. Issues were resolved with a promise of minimising them in the future. Everything is running smoothly now. Some upgrades are much needed on the investment interface, though. Providing more trading related data, etc... Original Review: Unable to login to the app. I did everything, still doesn't work. Support are not responding. How can an app that offers investments, glitch in the middle of a trading day?! Very risky!
