the verification process was the point of my frustration but the issue has been resolved and now I am able to use the app. However I have some nuance with the app but it is not restricting me to use or access the app. Please note the ticket number 5886018 . Why I do customer have to resort to complaints being answer through this means and not the regular customer service channels?

There are always ways for improvement, like live stats of daily card use. What I miss is limit order trading. But what I am thankfull is the flawlessly working debit card (5 stars for that only), spot crypto exchange and ability of fast transfers to and from own IBAN (which is fast only for the new age digital banks not the old school ones). What is not very clear is the purpose of WXT, which you cannot trade

Ticket# 5863024: I've uploaded requested proofs for the sudden (re) verification block without prior notice. May I know if any extra info needed,sir/madam? My main concern is : If you'll block it for long, will u charge (forced) "inactivity fee" ? My status has always shown "verification complete" on WIREX app. And I don't need PRO level cuz it's just my small amt shopping card. I find so many similar cases here. U need "verification" that you're not just another wirecard scandal in 2020.

I have had trouble with my verification for over a month . I opened 3 tickets and 2 emails and zero response from wirex. In the meantime, my funds are locked, while my verification is in progress for a month now. Horrible experience

Find another app to invest on. This is so bad its almost funny. The app is terrible, and it's always been this way. Updates tend to introduce new bugs rather than fixing existing ones. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING WITH YOUR MONEY ONCE THEY HAVE IT. DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH OF CLOWNS TO INVEST YOUR MONEY!!!! EDIT: OH so NOW they are interested in solving my issue. Nah Wirex you can stick your app.

I opened an account a few weeks ago. After like 1 week of use, after I deposit over 20K euros in crypto on my account, they suddenly blocked my account for review. And asked me for more info promising it is a matter of hours. I supplied all the info requested and more (I have accounts with all major hot wallets and more and been working with crypto for 8 years). 10 days later no answer and account is still frozen. Impossible to transfer my funds to another wallet. I am very disappointed.

Don't install this app, they will block your account suddenly and ask for verifications and stuff and you'll lose any access to your funds. Read reviews on the internet before installing, some people have had their funds blocked for MONTHS or even YEARS!!! My account was finally unblocked after a week or 2 but still the same, the customer service is literally the worst I've ever experienced, AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COSTS. I'M ALREADY LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT ONE. I contacted a week ago, no response

Truly awful. I bought XLM. Tried to withdraw to external wallet. "Send" link was still grayed out after 2 days. No explanation. No response from "Support". Link became active after 1 week. Tried to use it to withdraw some XLM to my Stellardex wallet. But only option available was to enter email addresses from my Contacts. No thanks. Am I likely to get any solution? I doubt it. One star. I would award zero if I could.

this app is a disaster. The worst service I have evet used. Once you top up your account, you can't withdraw money. The bank transfer and Mastercard don't work. Even the crypto transfer is pending since yesterday where it is instant in other services. Support is very slow and unhelpful. Stay away from this app. My money is stuck inside and I can't withdraw it at all. Why don't you want answer to my request? It's been over a month now and no answer from you!! Horrible. Support unresponsive. With my card expiring 04/2024, I ordered a new card on March 20th and paid 15 EUR for express delivery. The card has not arrived and the app doesn't show a tracking number. I contacted support twice asking for the tracking number but they don't care answering. The support tickets were automatically put to Resolved even though nothing got resolved. You just lost a customer forever. Too bad you don't even care to attend to a simple support request. Good-bye.

Today I withdrew everything from my account, and I recommend to do the same to everyone. Worst support ever, worst service. They lost some kind of card issuing license and didn't give any updates for one year! And cards were unable to use. If you'll try to withdraw money you'll meet their well known insane commissions - in my case it was almost 10%. Anyway, in the world of crypto there are lots of better alternatives, wish everyone to avoid my mistake and start using wirex

Seem good at the moment but there is no online help on the app. On the website took me ages to find the help and then it only for certain scenarios. Eventually raised a request and the answer was totally unrelated to question I asked. Automated too much! Bit awful there. Plus you can't see crypto prices in usd just shows them in gbp. You can't change it. Who looks at bitcoin price in gbp?

Honestly don't waste your time. This is the most clunky, unreliable, full of errors money app I've ever seen. Simple things like adding money gives error and if you ever need help support takes weeks to respond. Don't bother. Edit: Since I left their platform I've received a phishing email from someone pretending to be from wirex asking for my crypto wallet address to give me free crypto. Clearly they sell customers data as well. Please stay away from those scammers.

I try to set everything up the only problem was is the day that I was born every time when I change it to one specific number it goes back to the other one can you guys please fix that issue that is a bug that thinks it's correcting me when clearly I accidentally put one thing that I wasn't even trying to put everything else went swimmingly besides that specific issue

The App is very good and the card works very well, I have used overseas. The authentication or signing process needs to be changed to use the Google auth as at the moment they insist on sending you an SMS, that's useless if you are already overseas and not using your regular home country SIM card . I would give it a 5 out 5 if it were not for that

Could be so much better. The app and the card are great but the customer support is extremely difficult process to navigate and this let's Wirex down a lot. Also I am too worried about getting locked out of my account to transfer any significant amount of funds to my Wirex account - too many stories of blocked accounts and surprise security protocols.

I tried all fintech apps available or almost and was always skeptic with this app. They do not have a standard non a sense of responsibility. Customers are just number that go uo and down according to promotions on how likely they can attract them. Customer service is extinct here. They do not reply to in app messages nor emails I have been sending for the past two months. I even experienced a bery bad service with a loan, no notifications that assets will be liquidated like Nexo for example!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP, worst trading app. You can easily deposit your money but they make obstructions for withdraw. For example you can see Stellar network as an option for usdc but if you have usdc they hide Stellar network for withdraw. Also they don't accept your valid wallet addresses for available networks and shows "This doesn't look like an address. Please enter a valid one" It's tricky, stay away from wirex.

Verification can be arduous but once you have it set up, it's good to go. The UI design is passable but some things are really annoying; for example I can't exchange fiat money easily. When I go to "add account", I can add many crypto coins but the only fiat currencies I can add are for Hong Kong and Singapore. I live in NZ and buy many items online from USA, Japan, Britain, China, etc. Please add more fiat currencies to be available for use. I want Wirex to be good.

I have been trying to resolve issues with just being able to use my Wirex App, and there have been so many verification problems. It really looked like the verification process was complete when I received yet another email to re-do my identity etc. Now for the past 5 days there has been no answer to my last email. Incredibly frustrating. I have not been given a ticket number either... so I can't even quote it here so that customer support or somebody can even acknowledge there is a problem.
