dont know what I'd do w/out this when Im out food shopping if it wasnt for this app when Idk if something is Approved or not ALL I do is take my phone go to MyWic go to benefits&it shows ALL Benefits are just simply pull up WIC Scanner&scan barcode on the item I wanted but wasnt sure if it was WIC approved or not it surely does save Foodstamps or extra cash that doesn't even have or need to get spent💰💳

Its always worked great for me, but I just got a new card and it won't let me switch the card numbers or anything. It won't show the option to, so if I buy stuff with this new card it won't show on the app bc the app is linked to old card.

App used to work wonderful but now it won't load at all. My husband got it to come up on his phone when he downloaded it but I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. Please fix ASAP!!

It worked great the first 6 months. Now it just says error. I have uninstalled and tried to download it again it nothing seems to works. Now I can only save receipt to know what I have. :(

Had it for over a year and all of a sudden it just keeps saying NETWORK ERROR, but I AM connected to WIFI at home...I've installed and uninstalled, and it keeps saying the same thing!

Went to use the app for the first time yesterday and it was just a blank screen. Deleted and reinstalled downloaded a few times since and can't get past the registration page. Frustrated!!

It was great until it stopped loading. Now it's just a white screen and doesn't show anything. I'm uninstalled it and I've restarted my phone. Super irritated.

What good is the ap for searching items when its based off counties? Its not like i have time to scan every single item. I searched before going. Said item is accepted. Get to the check out and am there for 30 min trying to get it figured out. Just frustrating.

I love this app. Though it came up blank, I just updated it and it's working fine again! To anyone getting a blank page, just update the app! I don't know if it will work for everyone or every time, but it worked for me so it's worth a shot.

The app was definitely helpful at first but it has not worked for at least the last month. I've uninstalled and and reinstalled it about 3 times now and nothing happens just a white screen. Very unsatisfied with this issue.

Really loved the app until is started messing up on me. Wont load anything on my screen. I have restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and nothing seems to work. Very disappointed...

The app has been extremely useful, but it stopped working a week or so ago. Just a blank screen. The local Wic office was not much help and there is not contact to reach out to for trouble shooting.

Not resolved. This app has stopped loading now blank white screen when you open it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times. Cleared catch and data. Still not working properly. Over a week ago i sent email about this issue contacted the app support.

When I first downloaded the app, everything was working fine, now it's just not responding. I open the app and it just shows a blank page. I used it to check my balance and scan products to see which ones were eligible. It's a real hassle to find out at the cash register that the cereal or juice I picked is not covered by my WIC!

at one point this app was very useful and informative but since my rectification this month it has not loaded properly, it only opens to a blank screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but yet again I've come to the same outcome as last time. At this time I've u installed it and will reinstall once problem is resolved.

I absolutely LOVE being able to check my balance. I can see messages from the WIC office and appointment dates and info. My favorite thing is the scanner that will tell you if an item is WIC eligible (life saver!!) And even tells you how many of the product you can get, if it is eligible. I would love to be able to make a list in the app but really not a big deal.

Was very excited to use the scan product and product search features but they don't work. In fact the only thing on the app that does work is the balance checker, at least it did until it stopped loading. Now it just won't open, biggest waste of time.
