Wizz has its way of scamming, and they know how to play it very well, so be careful! My experience is very bad; very long delays without even an excuse, rude crews for no reason, and last but not least, which is absolutely ridiculous, if you happen to choose "Wizz Flex" if you aren't sure about a flight, they will happily charge you and additional amount, then when you cancel.. No refund! What am I paying you for if you are guaranteed to take my money anyway!!!

5 free places in front of the plane, 1 single in the back. I got the back seat, wife got the front. App doesn't work properly, freezes, kicks me from the buying process. Taxes and extra fees every step, in the end the price is double for almost nothing. Would not recommend.

Arrived in time in Bergamo with the check in ticked via the app. we were told at the airport that the check in was not made. they made us pay extra 280euros to switch tickets and flight from Bologna. Arrived there late due to train delays and missed the flight. then we were asked for another 280euros. App is faulty as hell and the company will not take any responsibe for it. Wizz staff is simply not caring and only looking to scam you of money. Do not use this app. Uninstall it ASAP

A small update about the problematic behavior of this app with my rooted OnePlus 12. Although it was working fine for months, now for the last week it just force closes every time I open it. So all other apps like banking apps or airline apps (like Ryanair, Aegean air) have no issues with my device, but Wizzair decided to be the smartass of them all.

I tried desperately more than 3 hours before flight to cancel my flight. this app doesn't have an easy cancellation process or it's missing entirely from the flight company it's hidden under so many layers that you don't have a chance to actually cancel a flight. even though I made my booking with priority especially for a case like this.

I recently booked a return flight using my first name and family name. However, upon arrival at the airport, I was denied boarding because my family name does not appear on my passport. As a result, I was forced to pay 680 AED to correct the name on the ticket—an unexpected and burdensome expense that I had to borrow money to cover. Problems with payment using iDeal and Google pay, no notification or other way to pay again. After some time booking is lost and removed from the system - there's no way to troubleshoot or get support on it (you can talk with AI chat bot if you want). I had to order the tickets again, with the higher price - (over two times higher than original price) - there was no problem with the payment this time....

App works well , however the service is good enough only untill your flight get canceled or any other issue. in my example holiday trip got spoiled, the cancelled the flights on the destination without explaining any reason, and simply leaving you on your own. No alternative is offered (in the app on the route) my hotel will reservation os not refundable, but ofcourse they don't care:) customer support is unfortunately bad as hell.

Unfortunately this app is full with bugs. I was unable to do my check-in with it, it gave stupid errors when I wanted to choose my seat, like "Invalid tax number", howevere there is no such data in my app. After that I choosen random seat, then the "tax number" was ok, but it gave later at the end of the checkin process another error, like "invalid contact details". Finally I had to make my checkin on the website. It is very strange and unprofessional that the app and the webpage is working diff

Poor service from Wizz Air Abu Dhabi. Even though they are suspending flights from September 2025, they are still changing the schedules of existing bookings they are own time! Also, if you miss the email or message for online check-in, you’ll have to pay an additional fee. It’s better to book another flight. This flight may seem cheap, but if you're not careful, you could end up paying as much as a regular flight.

Not for the first time, I booked a nice, conveniently timed flight for the early evening only for Wizzair to change the timings by bringing it forward to 05.40. This effectively shortened our holiday by one day. I have now booked a total of 18 flights with this airline and had 15 of those moved by in excess of 12 hours, 1 by 6 hours, while the other 2 actually managed to stay at the given time.

Worst airline ever! Can't proceed if seats are not booked for which you need to pay extra, smaller luggage extra charges for normal size luggage that all airlines accept! Only good thing that crew on flights are nice and have to deal with stupid decisions their bosses make... i avoid this airline at all costs!!!! People watch out, while in the middle of booking app updates/refreshes while kicking me back to start page and the same flight suddenly becomes more expensive!!! 😡

Opens and immediately closes automatically last two months or so can't use it. Complete removal including any user data a cache to no help. Ignoring fact it's practically non existing app I am not able to use, Wizzair company overcharges for luggage and more people to report it to EU commission the better (luggage price three times the ticket at times) . Luggage is often times twice the price compared to Ryan Air for instance.

So many hidden extra costs, including the so called 'free' check in 24 hours before departure. I had to buy a seat for each passenger, added another £160 to the trip. Just be upfront and clear about what you're selling, instead of tricking your customers into spending more money, it's a terrible experience and I won't be buying from you again.

Someone else booked. During online check-in I was able to learn their address. I also couldn't make a payment because the address doesn't match that on my card. You're releasing someone else's sensitive data and failing to provide a functioning service to allow me to select a seat. Also because someone else booked I have to "Find my Booking" by entering the booking reference EVERY TIME I want to look at my flight details. Also I don't get information about delays anywhere, they do.

went to open app on my phone. new banner and, with "powered by Revolut and a white rotating circle. eventually goes to a screen, saying app must be updated. Pressed "Update Now", takes me here to Google Play and no update available. uninstalled and reinstalled, switched my phone off and on, cleared the cache and still nothing. utter pants. If I can't book, it's your loss Wizz Air, I'll find another airline.

Extremely poor experience with the app. Trying to book a flight and getting since morning a message that "There seems to be internet connection on your appliance". Immediately after using Wizzair app, without switching networks or anything, I open Ryanair app - and its flying! Everything is found in a matter of seconds! And I am not mentioning how they manipulate prices...

This is the worst airline I've ever flown with and the app is no different. Hidden fees are everywhere, even when you're careful to avoid them. Departure times are highly unreliable. They don't tell you your departure gate until just before the flight, so you're just hoping you're in the correct terminal while you wait for your gate to be announced. Every aspect of this is confusing, expensive, and ultimately very frustrating... even for experienced travelers.

this app does not work. It does not allow you to login. I can log in without issues on the web browser but the app says my username and password do not match on the app. I have locked my account a few times and had to reset my password because of this. the app also automatically log you out when switching between screens. very frustrating. the airline is OK, the app is horrible.

I created a sign-in & password and linked my flight confirmation. It worked for a few weeks. Then the login & the flight confirmation stopped working. I tried customer support and got an AI. It suggested that I might not have a confirmed booking. So I downloaded the app. It worked for another 2 weeks. I even added luggage. The day before the flight I tried checking in online and got a message that my device isn't online! I uninstalled the app and downloaded it again. Now I couldn't even sign in!
