I got 3 breaches. I was leaving home heading to a job. My car engine stopped while I was driving. Before I had the time to notify the requestor and cancel. The requestor marked me as a no call no show. I contacted Wonolo Support explaining the situation. The only thing they offered was a second chance test. If you don't get every question right. You remain permanently restricted from jobs. At the point you might as well just delete the app and never think about it again.

Its very buggy since the May 12th update. It showed on the app I was scheduled for a job. Although, I was emailed my job was canceled via the customer. So, I showed up anyways since the app still showed the job on my schedule. It was a waste of 8usd in gas RT and time. The app stopped working, and it froze on the loading screen. Then, it prompted me to create a new account when I kept trying to reset my password. A lot of bugs in the new update. This is my income for school and COL.

There's a issue with logging in. I've reset the password twice and when logging in it says invalid. I uninstalled and re-installed the app as well but nothing🤷🏾♀️. Also I couldn't "start" or "complete" the app. I worked that day and let HR know as well as wonolo. They want documents from the store as to what times I was there but still I was marked as a no show.

I can't even sign up, the front screen displays the sign up button. When I click it it brings me to a small menu to accept the privacy policy and put in my number. First off the privacy policy checkbox is smushed in with all the other writing, then once I put in my number and click on the box to agree nothing happens and I'm just sitting there stuck. I can't even use the app

while it has leagues of room improvement and clearly holds preference for benefiting the job providers over the crew members, it is a phenomenal app that opens up a great lifestyle of travel. when you can travel to a destination and work only when and where you want and need, you have a freedom that has been impossible to guarantee in decades past. sadly this work will scarcely develop a career and as such has severe limitations, but you didn't download this because you were looking for a 9-5.

Great app for daily pay. Never had a problem, and support is pretty good at handling situations. I gave 4 stars because of the Trust & Safety fee. Its not a set rate for the job. So if you make more money that day, they take more for that. Outside of that, just wished they had more options for work, but overall, I'm happy. Been with them I believe a year. Hope I can take them east with me when I move.

I signed up out of curiosity. No jobs in Pittsburgh so I was like ok. Whatever. I work full time and was just curious. Now, several months later my phone is constantly blowing up. Not only does the app send you notifications, you'll receive texts, calls, and emails from multiple employees and addresses/ phone numbers. I've now asked 3 times for it to stop. I can't even blacklist because they use different phone numbers. THERE IS NOT AN UNSUBSCRIBE OR DEACTIVATE IN THE APP. Additionally, the job they're trying to recruit me for is just horrible pay and work. The job paid less than $10 an hour and required you to work in a 38 degree refrigerator for the whole shift. It feels like the company is taking advantage of people in need rather than a traditional temp agency that realizes that temp employees come at a premium. Not a discount.

the concept is perfect. my problem is that I'm between the cities of Arlington,tx and dallas,tx. even though I'm in this large area with plenty of jobs I get a notification maybe once a day. and all of the jobs that are posted have already passed. I know you have to do a few jobs to get access to more, but with the options being so low the app really won't benefit me. I'm trying to fit this app in around my fulltime job. cant do that with one option once a day that doesn't work time wise.

The notifications always arrive late. I've had this app for almost 5months. NOT ONCE have I been able to receive a notification before a job is no longer available. I always get the message "This Job is No Longer Available"... Frustrating. My push notifications are on. Always have been. I just updated this app. Will give this app 1 more month before I delete and move on

I like the app. Much better than other staffing apps I tried. You see a gig and accept it and it's yours, unlike others that you hope to get selected for. Unfortunately there's not many gigs accessable to me or in my city. The few that are posted I keep missing because the notification feature doesn't work on my phone. So I keep missing gigs. Hopefully more jobs will be available but until than I don't see myself using this long.

It's been very annoying and time consuming signing up for this app. It's not quick and I see why it's not that popular. Everytime u go to another app, answer the phone, check the time, or just breathe wrong it makes u start the whole hour orientation video ALL OVER AGAIN! There's no way to resume where u left off. Just prolonging my efforts. This a terrible feature. Makes me want to say forget it, move to other apps promisinge fast work, not wasting my time for quotas with my personal info.

Pick up shifts through the app only to be cancelled shortly after which then results with you being a no call no show! Purpose of the app was to get shifts easily without having to deal with the coordinators! What a joke!! Update: 1/29/19 Went to login and I get a "Oops login failed" notification telling me that my account exists already and if I keep having problems to contact the support services. Opened an account using a different email address and the same thing. This app has many bugs!!

UPDATED: I gave a 2 star from a 1 star because support is really good. i wish i could give it more but the app has been useless, most links on the main page are broken and pull an error message, especially irritating because i can't select the types of jobs I'm looking for, and the jobs i can see are either expired or have less than 12 hours online. i had one pop up with an hour before start, would have taken it if i had enough time to get there. great concept and i hope it gets working right

Have started to not see jobs that are seen by other people's apps. Have absolutely NO jobs in the surrounding area or really anywhere in most of the state for that matter. The ONLY job around requires a "deeper" background check which if you do not pass that, which would be the second background check on Wonolo, you will lose access to the app altogether which is complete bs. However doesnt really matter since there are no more jobs available for me personally, its absolutely ridiculous.

I wish there was an immediate address shown of where the job is actually located.to show distance from your location. As a new user I'm afraid of clicking on the "onboard to accept job" button (unsure if this is where you find the job address) and have to commit to a certain job then kicked off the platform because you clicked on that button and only wanted to see an address and not actually "commit". Great idea for an app but poor execution.

I started using Wonolo (i.e., the app) in September of 2021. The sign-up process was quite easy and straightforward. I was ready and set to work within a day or two. The app works great, except occasionally when there seems to be a problem with the app gauging my exact location for clocking in purposes. However, I'm not sure whether that's due to my phone's location settings or the app itself. Despite this issue, I still give it a 5-star rating.

Great app! I've been doing this for 2 weeks. The pay comes quickly, the jobs are as described and there're a few to choose from with different start times. The down sides are that they auto-complete your jobs, so its a process to get paid over the listed hours, but it can be done. Also they don't take any taxes or socal security etc... Actually, I'm not sure that's a down side, just a little extra work to do taxes when that season rolls back around. Overall, it's great to make a little extra $$

It's an ok app & easy to use. My only problem is that they don't show me a variety of job options and there isn't an option to manually search for certain jobs, I can only select from a small list of jobs which is mostly stuff that I can't do like 20degree temperate warehouse, 45+ mile commute, overnight shifts, lift over 50 pound boxes, and $8/hr jobs. Most times it's difficult to accept a job because by the time you click it and read the description, it says "job is now no longer available".

No jobs in California which is weird .I also think it's weird I can only see like 8 job across the entire country. Maybe this is just the beginning but you would think that if you were going to launch a new job app you would secure enough accounts so that the app can actually be used. Otherwise what's the point. Like for instance im not going to check this app everyday for a year hoping a job pops up. If I check it 2 more times and there is nothing I'm deleting it.

Ok but not available in my area. The sign up is a great easy concept. However, once signing up and completing all the steps to "see jobs" nothing was available in my area, a huge metropolitan city. I found it odd, so I submitted an IT request. I was then informed "if it's available in my area" jobs will appear. This is definitely a feature that should be built in BEFORE you have customers go through all the sign ups and steps to see jobs, otherwise it's a complete waste of time.
