I have some financial problem and when I paid, I immediately asked to cancel my subscription via email and to refund the amount. It's been 4 days now and I did not get a concrete answer(neither refund nor cancelation). There are consumer complaints on the Internet just search for 'woo app complaints' you will get how much money has been debited from customers account. I am also requesting to cancel the subscription but they aren't listening and I'm afraid of unusual debits by them.

Great app for online dating!! It is the best option for matchmaking. It is best for finding, chatting and meeting new people. All the profiles are genuine and verified. There are no chances of fraud or fake profiles in this app. Its interface is easy to use and and very interactive. The suggestions given by the AI is superb and very useful. It also shows and recommends profile based on your location. This app provides private chat room which definitely aids in sparking great conversations!!

Issues are mostly fixed... But in the newest release... I'm not able to switch to the dark mode... Also I am not able to add woo questions too. That's the only reason why I'm holding back 1 star. Rest... If you can ignore the occasional ads of paid WhatsApp service and be a decent human being... You'd definitely find some good matches here. Free version works too... But matching with people is really hard there... But that's kind of the whole point I think... 😂 All in all... Good experience. 😊

Fake dating app..I was totally fooled seeing the ad and installed it. Even paid for 3 month package. Before paying, you'll get around 4-5 interests which will motivate you to go for the payment method. After paying, even for sending any interest, each time you have to make additional payment to chat. Also found out that the interest which we get before paying are all fake profiles. Total waste of money. Not at all recommended.

Clean and classy dating app. I specially like the interface, it is easy, intuitive and well designed as compared to other dating apps. It also has a large number of people. Has short term paid features which are very economical. You must reply in 24hrs when your match sends you a message, it is a neat feature that i really like.

It is an amazing platform for dating online. It has a crush feature too, for the special ones at a very low cost, unlike tinder, etc. It is secure and safe as people can only see your first name and we can also report profiles which are offensive. There are rules and guidelines too everywhere for help. There are notification if we match someone. There is a detailed profile with choice filters too, for a better chance to meet like people. It is a really good app!!

You wanna know why I'm rating this one star? It's not even about the lack of matches. While uploading picture from 'Gallery' there is no option to browse to a specific folder. I prefer using my native photo viewer, but no. Genius developers decided to put all the pictures in ascending order so that you get tired of scrolling and looking for the picture you wanna put. Amazing logistics.

It’s a big scam and a fraud dating app. The moment you create a profile, you start receiving notifications that a or b girl has liked your profile but too see who they are and to message, you will have to opt for paid memebrship (Wooplus). The moment you pay, you can only see them but cannot message. To send personalize message you have to take another membership (Get crushes) that too limited. Despite of mutual matching, you can’t message them. It seems to be a big fraud. Do not register

Pathetic, I took one month Woo plus subscription and it just shows people who visited, not liked, coz when you like them back it doesn't show a match. The app is misleading and will give you a lot of notifications so that you will buy their subscription. Another thing is that there are no unlimited likes as they promised, once you run out of likes, an option to boost your profile shows up on the screen and you have to pay for that, you can't skip it to get back to swiping mode.

I don't find any option for a new person to explore the possibilities of the app to like and buy it. Every activity needs to be paid. Even for seeing who you liked or skipped, you need to subscrib. Then sending messages needs separate payment. Then crush boost is another. And I guess You will discover more payments as you go further. Everything is elusive unless you pay. Luckily, updating the profile is for Free. Had I known this, I would have not subscribed. I sincerely am disappointed.

Couple of problems in the app that needs to be addressed quickly: 1. FAQs are fine, but we need a contact email/number to reach out for technical help. 2. Why do I lose the data after logging out from the account? It's bad to lose everything. 3. I'm seeing 'Check back soon' display in finding more profiles. This is weird. Can this be explained?

Been using this app for quite some time now and must say that the user friendly interface makes the whole experience of finding and connecting with like-minded people blissful. Besides the added features of privacy and security ensure that one can like pictures and call anonymously. All in all, my experience has been pretty satisfactory. Would surely recommend this to anyone who is looking forward to meet and associate with a compatible partner.

This app is nothing but a cheap way of tricking people to get money out of their wallet. Installed, updated profile and guess what I found, forget about matches, even for sending a single message and use their feature you've to pay. And damn the price points are so expensive you can't even think of giving it try. They are looting in the name of premium service. Tinder is way better than this, and it works sometimes. So unistalling this. Another dating app, same old story.

It's my favorite dating app that I've used thus far. Its is very good app. The interface is cool, it makes swiping super easy, and you can apply filters such as height, religion, political preferences, and location (in miles) which makes things easier when actually trying to find someone who fits what you're looking for. I went on several enjoyable dates and saw someone on and off for a couple of months. Also had some great orgasms, so yeah. Success.👍🏻

I hate this app. It's basically the paid version of tinder. There's nothing new here, but they monetise everything. You can't chat to anyone unless you pay. The free version is pointless. They use every trick in the book to make you pay. For instance, there's an expiry timer for each person that liked you. Their photo is blurred out so you can't see who liked you, you can't like anyone beyond your current location, you can't message unless you pick a monthly package etc. This app targets suckers

Concept is good but there are way too many fake profiles. All the profiles supposedly from Los Angeles conveniently only have 1-3 pictures and are all really broken English (like a translator was used) or all magically have just a one line profile. Otherwise it appears that if they had actual people on here that you could message for free if you mutually match. So for that I give it an extra star.
