The latest version does not allow to delete pictures from products ... The old version was showing a tick in the top right corner now the tick is not there , and if u delete the pictures they come back again if you press back. And i wish to add the brand option, whenever i add a new product i need to go to wordpress desktop page to add the brand. If u solve both issues u will get my 5 star rating.

The app doesn't allow me to log into my account, its keeps showing a pop up telling me it didnt work even tho the password is completely correct

Lost notification "KaChing" sound now it's very difficult to track the notification for New order, that sound was very useful and unique, I was able to know I received a new order even without looking at my phone, kindly do help to get it back

Rearranging photos and duplicating listings are not working correctly. I cannot reorder images. There's no check mark to save when reordering or deleting photos.

Please work on the app again, the old version of this app was good, when you filter the order status and then select what you want example on hold, if you complete the order, it automatically goes away from the filter orders because it's no more part of it. But your recent update doesn't work like that anymore which is not good. Please work on it.

Would love to leave a better review but have been trying to connect to our store for the past 2 months and always get "cannot connect". I've opened a ticket to no avail and, like many others in these reviews, am disappointed in the fact that such a reputable company can't have an app that works - especially in these days that smartphones are used more than PCs. Although your Windows app works great, I've since moved on to another Android app which works wonders and never gives me problems.

Very slow to pull data from your WooCommmerce store (very buggy with a 50/50 success of a pull), loginig in for thr first time is a pain and the app is very limited in functionaliy. -----Update 23-3-24 Recent update makes this app even less useful! Before I could see visits in 'My Store', now it just an ad trying to get me to share my store on social media. This app is even less useful for managing my store. Probably deleting it soon.

The most recent update may be fine on a tablet, but almost completely makes accessing orders on a phone impossible. Bring back the option to view an order fullscreen. *** This has now been fixed by the latest update and order processing had been restored. Thank you.

Add minus figure in custom amount, allow us to minus any custom amount. The new version currently, we can't use minus sign as like we can use an add fee in woocommerce order screen via browser. I have sent many emails and requests for that feature but got no response from the woocommerce team. This is because i need to minus advance paid amount by that feature.

Notifications no longer work for months. Galaxy S21 but even with updates from Samsung and Woo i no longer get woo Notifications or cha ching. Uninstalled and reinstalled and dont even see the settings anymore to change or view the sound notification. All very odd, is it just me?

Latest update not working, I changed phones and the app is not connecting my store on the new phone, very frustrating Edit: I had to download jetpack for the app to finally connect, I hope jetpack won't slow down my site the way it did when I started.

Was great. Last release is terrible. Date range selection is clunky. once custom date is selected, can't go back to day, week , month. Can't see realtime daily anymore. Date range select sucks. Put it back the way it was before.

Regrettably, a fraudulent transaction occurred in my store, resulting in an unauthorized phone order. This incident has affected not only the fraudulent order but also the pending weekly payments from legitimate customers. Consequently, the WooPay and Bank Strip plugins have suspended my account and withheld all payments for orders that have already been dispatched to customers. Despite my prompt request to reverse the fraudulent transaction and recover the funds, I have not received a response

Products show incorrect images. If I click on "share" and view the products on website via browser, images are correct. But in this app, first image of each product is incorrect in every product details page. And same issue with the entire products list because the list shows first image of each product which this app randomizes.

Overall not a bad app, but as more and more updates have come out in 2023/2024 the app works less and less... - Notifications no longer appear, I have to refresh the app to check for orders which isn't ideal - The order tab at the bottom used to show how many open orders between 1-99 (99+ being the maximum) - This was helpful and now, no longer shows - Unable to duplicate products from the app anymore, they lose their attributes/variations meaning the show as "Out of Stock" when published.

Worked very well for most of this year, five star well actually. Unfortunately for the past week, I haven't been able to see my store stats or orders on PC or within the app. I also can't add product photos within the app either. Noth my plugin and app are up to date, but I can't get any info. Please help or fix whatever errors these are!

This has promise, but get rid of the need for Jetpack. There are other secure ways of syncing up. Other apps have done it for years. This app has been long overdue, but is poor in execution when you need to install a plugin that tends to bog down your site and that most don't need. Give an alternative means of syncing and allow us to edit at least the basics of a product on the go.

Update: Getting better! Now I get notifications for orders from all of my connected stores. Old review: Seems ok, but really missing a good multi-store experience. You can switch stores via a settings menu, but I'd like a way to quickly cycle between various stores to check up on them. Furthermore (and most importantly), it seems you can only receive notifications for the currently selected store. It would be fantastic if I could get notifications for all the stores I've linked to the app.

Completely unable to add products through this app. When I try to add a product and want to add an image, the only option that works is to take a photo in the camera app at the lowest resolution possible, and even then it only sometimes works. I can't take a photo from this app and make it work. It also publishes the item sometimes, and when it does it gives me an error but publishes it anyway. Buggy mess, and frustrating to use.

Of course I tried Xing out the Blaze ad. It still reappears. A lot. Super annoying. And why is it in my Woocommerce settings with no way to remove it?? How do I get rid of the ads for Blaze that pop up constantly? I'm trying to run a business, not fight constant ads. A star off for that. Otherwise, it's gotten better. A new install on a tablet didn't prompt me to install jetpack so hopefully that's gone. Seems to work pretty well, other than the inability to edit a product variant.
