I love playing this game. So over a year ago I subscribed with an annual subscription. On 2 occasions, the app resets back to just a game with ads that are constant and yet my subscription currently isn't due again until March 2024. So I have lost all my data, had to uninstall and reinstall with still no success. It keeps asking for me to pay premium again. It's very aggravating and annoying.

I'm a word game junkie and this game is easily in my top 3 favorite word games of all time. It's challenging, it's straight to the point (the homepage isn't packed w sales nor useless, boring "goals" that are ridiculous), the duels are legit, there isn't an influx of ads disrupting your game every few seconds (1 short ad between games that you can pay to opt out of, which is fair to the creators), you can play offline, and you don't have to nor are you pressured to spend a single penny. TY!!❤️

Relentless ads ruin the game experience. I like the game and minimal UI. I don't mind ads in between rounds, but the relentless ads that randomly pop up during a round as I'm entering a word really kills the experience and turns me off from continuing to play. To get rid of ads... its a subscription... for a game. What a joke! Greed at its finest.

I love this game for its simplicity of design - I play it to relax. The music is sweet and cheerful, and the ads between levels aren't aggressive or predatory and can be skipped quickly. It doesn't pester you to come back or keep playing - it's a very chill game for word-lovers. (Side note - I've only played single-player, not sure how the multiplayer is.)

The good news is that I like the game. The bad news is that all progress is lost once you uninstall the game!!! As any Android user can tell you, sometimes you have to uninstall apps to make room for others. When it's a favored game and you have to start from the beginning after completing thirty plus levels, it can frustrating really quick. In a future update, maybe you could have a game progress save. When that happens, I will be more than happy to update my rating to five stars.

Very basic and simple but fun to play. Definitely a challenge and great for building vocabulary. Not a ton of ads either. One suggestion, and maybe it's already available but I'm missing it, is to have the definition of the word used for making smaller words. Many of them futher along in the levels are uncommon and I'd love to know the definition without having to look each one up individually. Otherwise a great simple word game.

Ads are out of control, more than I've ever seen in any app. I play mostly free games so I totally understand the need for ads but they are popping up literally every few seconds. Not between levels, not even between entering words, just all over all the time. I never even finished the first level because after about the 8th set of ads (while still on the first level!!) I decided to uninstall. Seriously, about every 3 or so words worth of time I had to watch ads again. Too much.

Great game, lots of levels to explore and a bunch of challenging words to keep you entertained for hours. The to do list shouldn't open an ad, but what is really annoying is the after level ads that pop up. It gives you a skip arrow that once you click it opens the play store and takes you out of the game. Ads are fine with me, I'd prefer none but if I have ads I would prefer to not be taken out of the app and for the skip button to actually function.

Love the concept of this game, but the ads are super predatory.. I ended up at the play store 3 times before I could figure out how to skip an ad- it was not intuitive whatsoever and I didn't even actually know what I did to finally get back to the game. So then I considered paying for no ads, but the price is a subscription and it's kind of outrageous.. $1.99/week?? $3.99/month? But don't worry because you can pay $24.99 for the whole year.. sorry, but I don't want to play this game THAT bad.

As an older person, I enjoy playing Words in Word because it helps to keep the "dictionary" between my ears from deleting pages! And I love that it does NOT have a timer. I can take as much time as I need on the words and not feel pushed to beat the clock. Even though that was a great game show in my younger days, I don't need it in Words. I wish there were more games and puzzles without timers or the option to turn it off. Thank you so much for Words. ❤️

Love the actual gameplay. It has potential to really be a popular app but the ads are not reasonable and I know for a fact that the excessive ads ruin it for people. I'm used to ads, it's how the games are free, I get it. But EVERY TIME you tap or change a screen is RIDICULOUS. That's just being greedy. I would rate this a 4 or 5 if not for that nonsense. Functionality is cool, you can play offline, doesn't seem to crash much. But it's a "1" for me dawg.

My family and I have been playing an sms version of this. I never knew that there was a mobile game version. This version is really great. Suggestion: There is a section for "multiplayer" and you play against randomized players from all over. Is there a possibility to play against family members or friends by sending an invite to a challenge? Thank you.

Fun, but there are some levels where obvious words are missing from the bank, which can be a little irritating, especially when there is no way to suggest words or report that there are missing words from the game. For instance, on the most recent level I played, 351, the main word was 'bumbledom.' Mumble, mumbled, mobbed, and lobbed were all denied as words not found. These are not exactly rare words, and I ended up stopping out of frustration (obviously I come back because I'm 300+ levels in)

I absolutely love this game!! Super addicting and lots of fun!! A simple word game that makes you think and really dig deep at times to expand your mind and challenge your brain! I also like how it tells you the specifics on each word and the fact that you actually earn coins to be able to use hints and stuff if need be unlike others that make hints extremely expensive so impossible to use unless you pay! So it's quite rewarding for sure!! Absolute awesome game all around!! Thank you for it!!

Been playing this on/off for three plus years on numerous devices. Great offline game. Challenging, yet achievable. My only complaint is when you go to check the stats to see how many words left to find, or just to compare how many you have to how many possible, they play ad. However, if I play thru to next level without checking, only standard ad between levels. It's unfair ad punishment to stats peak. You gets 5 stars because my impatience and ADHD may be to blame.

LOVE IT! I have a word game on my PC but it doesn't play the same on my phone, so I've been looking for something. Most of them are too simple and aggravating because they only let you do what they want - which isn't much. This let's you go word crazy, and I am! No timer! The only time I see an ad is when I check to see my level requirements and I can deal with that. GREAT JOB! PLEASE DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING!!!

I really like this word game. Its straightforward, not a bunch of extra, useless stuff. You simply find as many words that u can using the letters in whatever long word they give u. Makes u really think & concentrate. Some are easier than others of course, some are very simple & some are very long & much more challenging. If you get stuck u can get clues using your coins or u have the option to skip to the next puzzle & come back later. I love this feature! Many games won't let u move on.

At first, I thought it'd be a little too basic until i started trying to get all 3 stars completed. It got a bit harder towards the higher levels, but now I'm bummed that I've completed all of them after about a week. There are several words it doesn't recognize, but it didn't matter. If you liked the Nintendo DS Anagram games-then this is a good comparison. The ads also don't force you to stop & watch- most are only a couple seconds before you go back to playing.

I've been playing this for several years now and I love it! I'm currently on level 280 and still cruising along! However, I'm having a problem with tournaments and multiplayer not loading anymore. I don't know if your services are discontinued or something, but they both don't load and then say to check my internet connection, which I know is fine. Aside from not being able to buy anything from the store despite having more than enough funds, that's all that's wrong!

When I'm done getting beat up by Baikoh, I turn to this game. Baikoh and Words in Word (suggestion: fire whoever named this app) have offline capabilities. It's challenging (so tired of typical word games), yet beatable. Not heavily laden with advertisements like so many others in this genre. I even approve of the sound effects. Get the person who picked the sound to pick a new name.
