App syncing after I take pics and doesn't save the pic so I have to retake the pic several times if I didn't need this app for work id delete it

If I could get a Verizon-1 million I they tell me I'm going to be charged $70 for one phone plus another another 70 and I get charged almost $600 a month I go back like 15 years later they tell me I'm going to be charged 79.00 just and what do I get 671 and that's just for me and the phone didn't even work a week it was in less than one weak they just rob you and that's all they now I have bad credit because of them tell me I'll be charged $70 for each phone and then I get charged almost 600 but

I already gave classic the worst rating possible and this app is so much worse they tried to dress it up and make it look pretty to hide the fact that it's a bigger piece of trash than the first this is only my 2nd comment ever but people need to know not to pay for this garbage service.

Biggest pile of trash. Shouldnt have to uninstall and reinstall the app every week to keep it working correctly.

Lots of aggrivating clitchy problems. I have to Uninstall and reinstall the app all the time to make it start working again. I really wish they would make this app work better.

apple and android devices sharing the same app do not pair well. Information is lost between the 2 devices when using the app.

If I could put a 0 I would charging my phone was supposed to be 7999 yes this is for public people who use the service when I first started using it I was guaranteed a price but I got charged over $500 a month it was just a little over $100 months but we got charged over$500 then I tried it again just for myself because my husband died of waffling on him in Newton Massachusetts on May 4th 2020 I end up setting up a new account & I didn't even use phone one week and they charged me $674 just for

App installed as it's required by my job... Then deleted and reinstalled as it does nothing but hang at log in screen ~ NO error messages or anything, just sits and does nothing. All phone updates current.

Not user friendly at all. Clearly the app developers have no idea of how a typical user needs to navigate the app. Putting a message in a bottle would be more use than contacting support, they have no interest in listening to users.

Horrible app. While trying to clock in/out, it will make me do it multiple times before accepting. Today I have tried to clock in several times and even after it says accepted reverts back to still clocked out.

Originally used to fleetmatics work app. Changed over to the work mobile app and have been much happier with the functionality. I only have one problem. We take care of clients that have multiple sites. When a dispatch is sent out to the mobile user for a client at a particular site it only shows the client name it does not show the site name. Developers must have overlooked. For example to take care of a school district. And each school has its own name. Please fix.....

Main reason I don't like this app is because us working in the field can't see our hours. Please create an option where our hours of time worked are visible. Also I'll clock in in the morning and at the end of the day it'll ask me to clock in again. Gets frustrating especially when we can't see our hours. I have to download a separate app that tracks hours, Just inconvenient. But other than that it's great.

Update: I have now been experiencing several new glitches. The app crashes daily on me and makes me lose a large majority of my information that I have to reenter by memory. When I contacted Verizon connect all Verizon support staff could tell me is that my phone is the issue and not the app itself. All of my coworkers seem to have different problems. If I didn't have to use this app for my work I wouldn't touch it with a 10-ft pool. Verizon needs to fix their app. Crashes DAILY

Needs ability to add custom questions or screens like the original app did so the techs can check a box that shows complete or parts ordered ect.. It's missing the ability to see other people's completed jobs so therefore I can't event search a client and help of workers with their calls. It's not able to add equipment from onsite do when I go out and work on a piece of equipment I can't add it to our company's data base for future growth without an admin wasting money and time. It's like this app is going backwards from original classic than making the job more efficient and less cumbersome.

When it works it is great. However, we seem to get less and less of good operational time. Jobs may not appear on the app sometimes for 10 minutes or more. After sales support is catastrophic. Calls almost never answered. All their operators are taking other calls Forever! Don't leave a message as no will ring back.

It looks better than the Classic but is shocking to use. Issue with Start & Finish questions not showing. Verizon's answer - use the Classic until it's fixed. Now been an issue for over 2 weeks, unsolved and no-one has reverted back to me despite requesting our account manager contact me. It was rolled out as the next best thing and that all should migrate to it. Clearly no-one bothered decent beta testing properly. Seriously, don't bother downloading this app if you want your field ops to be able to do their jobs properly.

Phone is full of screenshots of notes because it doesn't sync up constantly. Everyday I have my office girls ask me for notes on a job that I have already done, but when I pull up the app it's gone. 80% of the jobs this happens too and it makes me want to drive my van off a bridge sometimes. Especially when weeks worth of notes doesn't sync!

Has trouble syncing between two devices. Half the time invoices sent to clients are zeroed out with no notes or materials shown even though they were added. Creates more work for the office and myself in the end. Android and IPad have issues syncing with one another. Have to uninstall and reinstall to get maybe a week of sync back then it happens again.
