Can't clock in or out! What's the point of having this when it won't let you clock in/out? Just taking up space in my phone then. It also won't approve your time card. Work doesn't want us use it anymore for that reason then why should I keep it on my phone. Fix up your bugs on this app.. invalid server response is all I ever get. Can't even request time off on it, bcus work won't see it.

I started out absolutely loving this app. However after an update I have not been able to log back in. It doesn't send me the link to reset my password, and there's no contact option for support. What started out as an amazing success for me has turned into a flop and I'm highly disappointed.

Absolute worst app! Auto logs you out every few days, you constantly have to reset your password it's literally the biggest nightmare! This app always crashes & is a daily problem! I don't know anyone at work who has never had issues! It's unanimous at my job! Work Jam sucks! We are begging them to stop using it but corporate won't allow it! Notifications are often & usually unimportant, I can't even reset my own password I have to go to work and call a 1800 number with my manager to approve it

I'd give it ZERO stars if I could. It has NEVER worked for the clock in/out feature. It's ALWAYS lagging & even if I'm clocked out/in I'm still getting notifications that my shift ends/starts even if I'm not scheduled. You can't request off or even shift sawp. I've turned off all notifications & I still get them. The only reason why I use this app is to view my schedule otherwise I'd delete it. The app is basically TRASH

First time I opened it and logged in, GREAT! tried to review my schedule and check messages and it doesnt work. It shoes an error unable to connect to server. I tried it with cell signal and wifi. I restarted the All and my phone a couple times. I have an android. My coworkers ,who all have apple, find it very useful.

It's fine when it works, it just crashes all the time. I have required video trainings and 50% of the time I can't get to them when I need to. Loading times are unnecessarily long even when on WiFi and I never get notifications on time no matter how often I update notification settings. It also works weird with my location so I can't punch in when I get in the doors but I can when I'm in the parking lot??

I love this app. It is so effective at keeping up with my schedule and coworkers. I like that I can communicate with my Coworkers. As a Manager, I am able to offer up call out shifts to other associates and get them filled quickly. Recently though, the Timecard portion on the app has stopped working. It will load for a second and then when I refresh it then it says there was a problem. It could not connect with the server : I hope this can be fixed soon.

Doesn't let you see the next week's schedule. Plus my schedule is in until March 2019 at work but can't see it on work jam. What's the point of having it? Should be able to see more than current weeks schedule. Pointless if you want to see your schedule several weeks or to set personal life to work life. I've tried emailing work jam and get no response. Not at all impressed with this app. Oh and now when I log in to see postings by my employer, it shows all the pictures are broken links. My profile picture is gone and I can't see any other profile pictures. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, same thing. 😶 I am the one responsible for loading the schedule we at work. It's done. And yes I've emailed twice and no response. It is showing all pictures as broken links and now none of my schedules are showing. Not even for today.

App is super glitchy. Every 3 or 4 times I open the app I have to do some kind of survey then takes forever to finish loading. I'll get notifications at 2 or 3 in the morning that a change was made to my schedule but nothing is different. Time cards never load either, instead it force closes the app. Only nice thing is that I'm able to see my schedule.

Was looking for a feedback button in the app. The help button just brings up a page that says "this is a help page" and is otherwise blank...? App UI is very outdated and looks like an android app from 10+ years ago and uses none of android's current design elements. It makes it much more cumbersome and slow to navigate than the iOS equivalent.

After the last update I lost the message feature in the app. So it's very inconvenient when I need to message my managers or any of the other employees for anything. Currently while I'm in the building I am "out of range", so I'm unable to click in. Constant glitches. There is always something new happening. I understand glitches and whatever else may happen, but this app directly affects our livelihoods especially if we rely on it for our schedules. Back to physical schedules, more reliable.

This app is good to use.... When it wants to. Doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or data. For some reason it clocks me out at random times and clocks me back in again at the same time. It loads too long, and makes me late on my punches sometimes, and doesn't like to connect to either wifi or data. Sometimes I have to switch between the two multiple times until I can get it to work. I don't like that it does this, because then I'm not getting my full hours and getting in trouble for late punches.

Very annoying app. I suddenly can't find where to view my messages. The place just disappeared. And when I click on my message notifications it just takes me home. I also can't request days off, offer my shift for people to just grab, it has to be to a specific person, and even then it doesn't give me all the options of who to give it to. Crew was so much better.

It worked great in the beginning...now everytime I try to sign in it says something is wrong went wrong with the server authentication. I tried updating it, still not working, tried uninstalling and reinstalling still getting the same response...I know it's not the server, because I can access work jam on the computer and tablet. My phone is samsung 8+, any help would be appreciated!

Worthless app. I have an Android phone. No matter what I do, this app will not send me notifications or emails. I have uninstalled multiple times. I have checked all settings EVERYWHERE. You have to constantly sign in and type in your full username and password, then wait for a code. Stupid. My friend has Apple and it works for her.

This app is absolutely terrible!! I have the "stay signed in" switch to on at all times, but I constantly have to type my username and password because im constantly being auto-singed out. The "reset my password" option sends a link to my username!? It also will not let me reset my password, so now I can't sign in at all. The "help" button leads to a dead end. My experience with this app has been a HUGE inconvenience as it is poorly optimized with no real support put in place. -2 out of 5 stars

This app is trash. It took over a month from my hire date for the authentication error to be resolved (logging in takes you to a blank page that never loads.) If your manager calls technically support, they don't know what to do if your login is spelled correctly. The ticket was escalated, and they left me a voice mail telling me to make sure my login info is correct, and that would fix the problem. Eventually, they fixed the authentication problem, but now it's happening again.

First, the 'stay signed in' feature is useless. It makes me put in my password every time. Second, you can't always get into your account. It has 2-step verification, with no option to turn it off. And it doesn't always send the verification code to my phone, so sometimes I can't check my schedule. Looking at the reviews, people have been having similar problems for YEARS. In essence, this app is garbage, and the developers have no interest in fixing it. Wish I didn't have to use this thing.

I hate this app so much. I've had nothing but issues with logging in on both my jobs separately. Not to mention, there's an option to add account, but it's not like I can swith easily back and forth between the two. I have to log off one to log into the other. I get that all of this is supposed to keep our information safe, but having difficulties for seemingly no reason is frustrating. Not to mention, to speak to the support for the app, I have to create ANOTHER account with their website.

Why cant I clock in and out anymore? There was an issue with clocking in and out that was supposedly resolved, was not resolved for me though. I've un-installed, reinstalled, reset my mobile network settings, refreshed my network connection, pretty much everything I can do beyond completely resetting my phone to factory settings. Used to work fine then gave an error message "an unexpected error occurred". Now it doesn't even do that, just does nothing.
