super buggy. displays wrong names on messages, often doesnt open images, has crashed multiple times when trying to open images that are further back in the chat history. navigating the app is also not super intuitive but that could be on the client company's side of things

For the most part, this is a good app. I do get a lot of duplicate messages though..

App previously used to just work now it's a complete mess. Maybe the devs should I don't know playtest the product reliability first. Not just surprise, good luck getting the app to work.

Does not rotate or expand messages or broadcasts. Maybe only works on Crapple.

If I was able to give a lower star, then it'd be a negative. This new, updated version is awful. I don't have the time to explain but yeah, this ain't it 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

The company I work for has 500 employees. We are about to drop this app,Because of the bugs. Contact your IT department and encourage them to get rid of redy app and use other resources

This UPDATE IS HORRIBLE!!!! nothing loads! Then every time I open a conversation it goes to the very first msg ever sent!! Takes me 3 mins... just to scroll to find! The new msg! 90% of it does not LOAD! just broken pictures icon... the is embarrassing & you should have JUST LEFT IT ALONE!!! UPDATES are not supposed to make products worse... & to the degree ITS NOT USABLE!!

I like the new app. Thank you for the dark theme, thank you. Curious who came up with the name? Anyway... I was hoping that in the future updates you might include option to allow downloading of pdf from the app. They are already downloaded to our phone to be displayed anyway, so maybe you could add long press option as to choose download. Just a thought. Thank you. Good app, congrats

The transition to Workrede has been rough. I had to switch to light mode, since messages aren't appearing in dark. More often than not, however, I can't even open messages and the app is empty when it does work.

I'm forced to use this app for work. I've had zero issues with it until this TERRIBLE update! Messages have been deleted, I can't scroll up or it glitches out and jump back down, every time I open a message threat it shoots me to the top with literally YEARS of Messages and makes me scroll all the way down. It SUCKS

The new update not only makes it harder to see messages but is a completely different layout that is now more complicated than necessary. I use it for work and now have to find an alternative because of how buggy it it and the lack of contrast in text and background.

Buggy, crashes quite often on Android 12. Honestly liked the red-e-app better. Edit: crashed again when opened. This app is not ready, nor does it work... Edit 2: This is getting ridiculous. It crashes every time I open a notification. I can't believe my employer still chooses to use this garbage app. FIX IT NOW

After the last Android update I lost the ability to toggle between weeks in the forms section. Example: our company has a file that includes weekly information, when I select a date the dates info appears although when I select a different date the previous info is still displayed. Fellow employees who use IPhone are not experiencing this problem. The only fix I found to display a different date was to Uninstaller and to install which leaves me repeating the process with no different results.

Edit. Since the newest update I can no longer send pics/screenshots. Payroll always messes up my shift pick up bonuses so I send her the screenshot of my supervisor's msg about the bonus. And lately the app has been crashing once a week. I cant do 5 stars for this app anymore..... Love this app! I never have crashes or any issues with it. Especially like that my supervisors can send messages out so we instantly know what's going on. It's so difficult to depend on everybody to "spread the word."

Needs work. Half the time you try to load an image the app crashes. This is a problem on iOS and Android as my coworkers have issues as well. Edit: after a year and a half since my last review, this app has only gotten worse. Now you can't send pictures in the app at all or it crashes. I'm changing to a 1 star. Every single other free messaging app I have used works better than this. If my work didn't require it I would have deleted this a long time ago.

Unfortunately the last Android update has a built-in pdf viewer that does not allow to search or zoom any pdf format file that is attached to any message. Please reconsider your built-in pdf viewer and go back to the older version. It was a better one. You can also allow users to be able to change the default pdf viewer. Stop making unnecessary updates. Thank you.

This update is completely useless. I have messages saved from over a year ago and can't access current ones. I attempted to contact support and they reverted the issue to claim my manager must not have given me access, which was ridiculous , was receiving the message and then it was completely lost if I attempted to re-open it a second time. The original version worked fine, you messed up a good thing. The app does not deserve 1 star.
