I continually need to delete app and reinstall so I may open and read chats. It happens on a weekly basis. Group chats are too restrictive as not all team members are able to join group chat as it doesn't allow the larger number of people needed. This means not all are receiving important daily communication.

Always updating- can be frustrating because of how frequent they are. Good app in the way, you can keep being updated on what the organization is up to.

Why are employers pushing this app so much. Its usefulness probably depends on what an employer puts in it. But is it to force you to use this as hub for links to company websites , rostering etc . While also pushing banal company information and updates that very few people have any interest in. Previously you could bookmark websites , put them in a folder on a mobile device and not have to be exposed to the latest initiative or hairbrained scheme some manager has thought up.

My company switched to this app. It is a poorly designed app. It doesn't work smoothly. When you get a notification that someone posted something, you click it and it doesn't take you to the post or comment. Often times you can't create a post. I would not advise any company to use this app.

Corporate user feedback: 1. Keeps getting stuck in the middle of writing comments on an android device, blacking/bluing out the keyboard; 2. There is no feedback option in the app to report issues (so I am writing here); 3. You can not zoom pictures posted in the app. Please address. Overall, it is a good platform to bring big organizations together. Giving you 3 stars. 1 extra is for Mandy, so I do not have to explain her why I gave you 3 😁

Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall to use chat function. Very frustrating.

Workvivo works fine on my work computer, but it's not great on mobile. The first time I opened it and logged in, I had to use the Authenticator to verify. After that, I couldn't get back in. To close the app and go back in later left me unable to get in. It gave a screen with "unlock" and "log out" on it, but all I could click on was to log out and I couldn't log back in again. Uninstalled after this. The issue doesn't inspire reinstallation. Probably for the best in keeping a work-life balance.

I can't be the only one who has to apply for SICK LEAVE A MONTH IN ADVANCE?!!! Request - Sick leave paid - date I was sick - it's outside the time allowed off??? But if i pick a date 4 weeks later I'm allowed sick leave??? Please help, app experts.

This app is honestly the worst app I've ever used when to come to communicating with work. I have to reinstall the app constantly, it'll say that I'm using bad language when I've reread my text 20 times and there's no bad language. It takes 30 years to load ANYTHING. Please fix it because this is horrendous and a complete joke

For the one or two tasks i use it for, it works fine. I wish it would stay in the desktop folder i put it in! Everytime my phone restarts, the app has moved back to the desktop to the last page. Annoying.

Works fine but... It's still don't notify of shifts available until you log in then it's too late someone else has jumped on it. I have every notification turned on and still nothing have also updated it like what?? Now I'm losing shifts coz of a dumb app 🙄

Nice interface, lots of options, but until the app wil actually send out notifications it is utterly useless to me. I don't check my (fill in any work app) just for the fun if it. I check it because I get notified there is a new email/message/chat/etc. No notifications means I do not see the app, means I end up not knowing whatever it is my company & colleagues want to let me know.
