I agree with the people who said cooking takes too long. The ship supplies and wines all so long. You cannot enjoy play for long you run out of things to do quickly. I understand the developers need to make money but the times are out of hand.

Game is cool and all but it just takes too long to prepare the food... some dishes can take up to 3 hours to prepare and if you have a customer that wants 4 of those items you have to wait 12 hours just to fulfill that one request.. like others said it takes the fun away from the game, they have to really fix that

The game is cool but takes so long to finish cooking one item, and really spoils the playability of the game, takes the fun out of it. I see so many people complaining about the timings in the review sections, seems that the developers have turned a deaf ear towards the reviews and do not want to improve the mess they made.

The game is fine regarding the dishes variety, the chefs and design, however once you reach a higher level it becomes impossible to complete or get any of the chefs for the special events, the drop rate is horrible for them so unless you spend a lot of cash, after level 40 you cannot get any chef from a special event. I saved up now around 15-16 times to be able to open the box and I only got 2 pieces for the chef, so either fix this for the higher levels or what's the point in even trying😕

Unplayable. I used to love this game so much it was a lot of fun but when Tasty Town came out its like they stopped caring. Everytime I try to go back in stuck on a black screen not able to even start the game. Literally it is unplayable. Please fix I would like to go back to the game I enjoy.

I do enjoy playing this game. Love getting new dishes & decoing the restaurant. However, what's really frustrating is the special events, where you can get a new chef or deco items. It's currently the spring one & I have 18/15 points for the 2nd deco. It's so stupid that my chance for getting the chef doesn't go up after getting the 15 points for the other items. The points just keep going into those. I had 13/15 for the valentine one & points kept overflowing the other 2. This needs to be fixed

Love the game. Diamonds are pricey. Getting materials to expand are hard to come by. Dishes take too long. Overall my favorite game. Bring back the 6 hour winning box. I'd purchase more but everytime I do I get charged twice and have to file a Complaint with Google play then wait for my money to be reimbursed with no explanation why it happens every time.

There's some kind of glitch on the screen when you click on your level to review rewards you can get when you go on to the next level. An orange dashed block comes under one of the rewards. There's no writing but you can click on it. When I go to click on it, I lost 48 diamonds. I still cant find what I spent 48 diamonds on. I really loved this game, but now I dont even want to play anymore. The game is very glitchy than when I first played years ago.

I am liking this game however I cannot build any walls, and every time I add land I end up with open space. I went to the FAQs and watched the video and walls are not even an option under my decorations. Is this an error with anyone else's app? Also the Italian dudes food takes forever...seems very unrealistic that pasta takes 2 hours to make... but otherwise so far I have enjoyed playing. Hopefully the wall situation will be fixed

I played this a few years back and loved playing it. Recently got a new phone and redownloaded to play again to find that a lot of the game doesn't like to render on my phone such as trying to make new food items with the cooks and it only shows a blue buffering circle for the choices I can make. Sadly I must delete the game and hopefully this review catches the developers eyes to fix this issue I would love to play it again with no problems.

I absolutely love this game. The only problem I have with it is the wait times. I'll be waiting for multiple hours for chefs to build, for food to be ready, etc. And the wait times only get longer the further in you get. If the developers could reduce the wait times on things a bit, then I would love the game that much more. The wait times just aren't very ADHD friendly, and I have ADHD so yeah 😅 Otherwise I love this game, even after getting burnt out of playing it, I always reinstall it.

Don't waste your time or your money. I've been playing for several years. I put a lot of money into this game and I've been having issues it wouldn't load tried uninstalling reinstalling now even though it was backed up to Google Play and backed up to my Facebook it wants to start me off at level 7 when I was way higher than that. Tried numerous times to reach out to support their email is no longer valid. And the website that they send you two won't let me submit a support request

The timers are way out of whack, nothing in a real restaurant should ever take more than 30 minutes to prepare.. It forces you to have to close the game! Not going to invest gems into moving food faster.. Not at all! And the game doesn't drop items needed to expand and upgrade. Gems are needed to make the game functional, I don't mind buying some but I'm not going to drop $20 a week to keep it functional.. Fix the timers!! Filling orders is the best part of the game!

Too many "glitches". Everytime there is a special chef event the game works fine in the begining but after gaining enough for 3 maybe 4 sets of 5 towards getting a new chef or decoration it stops working. Any order after that doesnt get applied. And it doesnt properly work until the event is almost over and there is no chance of me getting anything. It happens EVERYTIME!! At this point i think its just a plot to have me buy gems to get the chef! Im uninstalling. I hate tricks to get my money.

Played this game a bunch a few years back. It was one of my favorite games. But then they decided to make some changes, and it made progression impossible (boat upgrades would reverse overnight but still steal all my coins, expansion supplies not dropping, etc.) Now I'm back and the helper chef is annoying the daylights out of me. I know I need more meat, but I don't have storage. Stop taking up my screen with useless information. I'd like a way to turn him off please.

I honestly enjoy this game but watching the videos for the free gems is incredibly frustrating. I watch the entire video, and I even let it sit on the "install" page for 30+ seconds, but when I close out the video it says I skipped the video and won't get the reward. Sometimes it works fine, sometimes I need to watch 2-3 videos to get it to work, and then you have mornings like today where I swear I watched 10+ videos with no reward. Since watching the videos seems to be the only way to get gems for free, it's really super annoying that something that should only taked a minute and a half - 2 minutes (I think they let you watch 4 or so videos before cutting you off, so 4 30 second vidoes = 2 minutes) ends up taking 10+ because I'm not getting the reward correctly. If it weren't for the issue with the videos I'd rate this higher.

Edit: you fixed video speeds and being able to cook on SOME stations while food waits. I absolutely love this game (I've been playing for over 5 years) and it only shows you ads if you WANT for gems. However, I have too many coins right now, because I can no longer use them to expand my restaurant, just decorate. I'd love a way to convert them to gems so I can do that. Mini challenges are nice, but hard to get a chef unless you play constantly. Building materials are also way too hard to get.

Like: Easy to play, fun, and different chefs Don't like: I don't like the fact that when I download this game onto a new device, the tutorial takes over before you can get back to your current level... For example, if you're on level 25 or 26, or higher, it makes you do the basics of the game before you can change back to your current level. Like most games, I wish this one would ask if you want to play or skip the tutorial so you wouldn't have to repeat these steps. Other than that, I love it

Worse since Tasty Town came out. I love this game and have been playing it for a while now, but it seems that ever since Tasty Town came out, it's very glitchy and freezes up a lot. I'm not sure how the two would correlate, but it's very frustrating. Would be 5 stars, had this not started to happen. I don't even mind when it freezes up and shuts down, all you have to do is restart the app. But now, it's constantly lagging.

I was always such a fan of this game. I've been playing since the game's release, with my progress spanning 3 different phones that synced my progress each time I had to upgrade...until today. I got a new phone. I started up the game, finished the tutorial, and logged into Play Games and Facebook. At that point, the game is supposed to give you the option to sync your data and use your cloud save. This option never appeared. My 3-star restaurant? Gone. Years of gameplay wasted.
