Incorrect info in app (shows points when points are NOT accepted at hotel). I also can NOT book w points even at hotels that accept points. App defaults back to $$. I'm forced to call and talk to reps that are painfully slow and incompetent. I repeat the same info 5-10 times to get basic basic info. Nightmare. I'm sticking w Marriott and Hilton. At least their apps work most of the time. Jeez! Get it together Hyatt.

I enjoyed my time at Hyatt Dewey Beach Hotel. the hotel was clean, relaxing everything was great. the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I love the location and private beach. my stress free week there was awesome. The little strip of all the restaurants and shopping was nice aswell

I work for a Hyatt and I just LOVE the work experience! And I stay at the Hyatt in uncasville CT and it was just outstanding I really enjoyed my stay! Thank you Hyatt for such a great work experience and making sure the guests are happy and comfortable!

Current stay would not show up in app, rendering the app completely useless. Can't Mobile check in, or use the mobile key to access the room. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling as suggested somewhere else, but that didn't work.

This app has worked great for the past 2 years, but suddenly last week I get an error saying it is unable to retrieve my latest reservation info. I've uninstalled and re-installed multiple times. My points, awards and activity shows up, but not my future reservations.

Booking, Check-in, and Service requests work great on the app. Mobile room key and casting to TV services (Chromecast) frequently run into issues. Aside from that, I love using this app. Mobile check-in/out is also a great feature that's available. Every hotel Branch should have this option!

Update: increased stars because even though room key is issue, the app still has all of the other functionality. I was able to temporarily (? Will see) fix the authorization issue by deleting so and starting over, but shouldn't need to. Prior review: Last update eliminated use of mobile key. Every use requires an email authorization and it won't ever pass that. Once authorized and key is ready, tapping key starts a need to authorize all over. Gotta head back to desk and get back in line.

Love this app! So easy to use and very easy to contact Hyatt or hotel for help! I also love being able to see all the different places in the US and around the world through the app! I've found places that are very close to places I already visit and would have never know about them other than seeing them on here. Places ranging from cheaper, to more convenient, to palaces and have tried many! The app also gives you good insight as to how the hotels really look and all they provide! Great App!

The app is pretty easy to use and Hyatt is doing an awesome job of adding more properties to their portfolio, making the prospect of finding a hotel within their network in your desired location even easier. My only criticism of the app is that they need to provide more pictures and details of the rooms. I see suites for $2,000 a night in some locations and they only provide two pictures. This review is 3 years old and still no improvement.

Works quick and consistently, im not too techy, and makes sense to me how it works. also very quick with very little downtime. I find it to be my only real need for contacting the properties or globalist line. I even show employees that have reservations question in the elevator the correct info. have not had any problems and again, I don't use too many apps. I say Well Done!

I can never be able login into the app even with entering the right credentials. I can only access my account via web browser. The app says my account is locked but when I called their customer service, they said my account is fine. The app needs major fixes ASAP! I don't understand why I can't use the app when my account has no issues on the web browser. There's clearly a disconnect within thier systems!

Easy to find hotels, sort by award category for points, and book. The only thing we'd like to see changed, and I'm not sure if this is on the hotel side or the app side, is that every time we booked (7 times in the last week during our road trip) we requested a crib and not once was there a crib for us. We always had to ask again at front desk and they never appeared to have known ahead of time that we wanted one. I even tried writing it in as a comment and checking the box for a crib.

This app along with the Hyatt's very generous Loyalty Rewards program has been an absolute lifesaver for my husband and I throughout the last 3, almost 4 months during which we've resided at a Hyatt property. The customer service is one of, if not the best I've experienced. Always accommodating, great benefits, easy point-gaining with a variety of ways to earn said points & just as many easy, useful, fun, & attractive options to chose from whenever you'd like to redeem those points. Love it!

I'm a Lifetime Diamond (yes, Globalist - seriously WORST name ever for premier traveler), the Hyatt website has never been great but the app is pathetic. It only works correctly about half of the time, it doesn't offer the most important features to business travelers, and DEMANDS you update the app from time to time. Inevitably when you don't have the time or the bandwidth. For instance, getting into a cab in Madrid and I couldn't even open the app to get the hotel address but I could see in the background the hotel info (covered by the demand to upgrade). Hyatt service has consistently slid downhill for several years, this app is more of that...

I had an extended stay in Orlando and points seem to build up quick! lol Suites look very nice and I am booking again. They are a little bit pricey (I had seen other options for half the price) but their rewards are actually useful and my next stay will be free with points. It is a much shorter 2nd stay, but I had no complaints from my first experience. Reservation is uneasy requiring a credit card before hand, but they did not bill me until checkout which is PERFECT.

Simple way to book Hyatt hotels. But sometimes it shows no available rewards night while they're available on the web. It is a relatively rare occurrence. When it happens it is usually after you edit the search parameters and search again. It seems to get stuck with the previous search parameters. You'll have to close the app and open it again to reset.

App basic functionality works fine. But this app claims to do above and beyond stuff. I would say it falls short of keeping those greater promises made. Chromecast to your TV for example. This would be a cool feature, but doesn't really function that I could prove. I cast at home often and with ease. This doesn't appear to be the case in the hotel.

Love the app. It's convenient, and easy to use. Especially when i don't have time to call. I travel quite a bit for work so, having the convenience of this app has helped tremendously. When i signed into the app and set all my preferences, its automatic each time i book. The hotel's either meet or beat my expectations, and the beds are comfy too. Thanks Hyatt for making my traveling experiences stress-free and easy.

Great app with a great looking, smooth and easy to navigate interface. Nearly everything you could want in a hotel app. The only issue I've had was sometime within the past 2 weeks the keyless entry "floating key" has disappeared from my app and I haven't been able to get it back even after doing a reinstall. It was working great until then and the hotel says everything on their end is still setup properly. It's a great feature and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
