Great app! It seems amazing for businesses and offices, and with a little bit of tweaking, for personal use. It covers both basic and advanced needs, and is simple to use. My only complaint is that it is a little bit confusing and unoptimized for mobile. Despite that, it's nearly perfect in every way!

Being able to designate a Goal or Task as a Folder or Project is great. However, GANTT is not free and is cumbersome for paid versions. Free version is limited and Trello beats it by a mile. UI is not one of the most friendly. No Kanban. Would have been a great management tool if not for its limitations.

Hello, I needed the subscription based features urgently, but it took 8 hours to upgrade my membership. During that time, i looked elsewhere for the same features. But when I asked for a refund because I didn't use wrike, as I have already done what I needed using another platform, they refused to. Im giving them 1 star.

The wrike app is a constant disappointment. Laggy behavior on both my Pixel and Samsung devices. From video/image uploads taking hours (minutes in TEAMS, FB messenger, to crashes, and a poor GUI; this app is nothing but disappointment. My company uses this and we all have to work around the mobile app. Things are simple in browser simply fail in the mobile app. WHen transferring files its easier to use dropbox links onto the wrike task since photo/video uploads are so iffy. Overall Wrike is not bad but their mobile app is like a 1990's relic of failure.

I cant rate anywhere else so I will do it here: We have had Wrike for almost 2 years. At sign up we were told we could cancel any time. At our renewal our sales rep also didn't state that we could not cancel mid-subscription. The subscription agreement doesn't mention it can't be canceled and the billing/subscription part of my login doesn't include these details either. You have to dive dep into the terms portion of their website to get this. Just saying be careful as they aren't transparent

As far as apps in the project and task management space go, this is among the best. It is well supported, frequently updated, and is fluid and fast. There are a few missing features compared to the web version and mobile time tracking could use better support. But overall, very good.

Why phone number needed for sign up?? Not enough that you can't even have a first look without signing up you have to introduce your phone number in order to do so. What's the reason? I hate that I have to sign up to every single app I just want to TRY if it's the right one for me. EDIT: Amazingly quick reaction to my post! I did the sign up again and was able to get access without being prompted for my phone number. Thank you and stay safe! (From 1 star to 4 stars)

App does not allow the same use as desktop. App should be easier to use, not harder.

Painfully slow app with some cool features, not super user friendly but I'm assuming anyone under 40 can figure it out. Also I dont see many apps with gantt charts that allow for hourly editing which could be something to consider. I can't see ever using this in a professional setting but it has been good so far for personal use.

The app is great. I like how it looks. Especially the courses teaching you how to use it. However, it's troublesome. When I open the phone app, and I click on something, the app closes. On the desktop app, when I try to create a folder and type in a letter, it opens another window. What's happening?

Happy user on web and Windows. Not a bad app but a bit tricky to navigate since the implementation of Spaces. Am finding it hard to find tasks and projects that are not (for historical reasons) not part of a space. Doesnt seem to show up in "browse"? Also, more importantly, there is no functionality to "quote" previous replies when responding (unlike the web and Windows GUI). Keep up the good work!

I was looking to move from paper planners to digital and wanted a nice productivity/management app. I read a few articles that mentioned Wrike and I wanted to test it out. Long story short, I didn't really like it and moved on. My issue isn't so much with the product as it is the overly-aggressive sales team. As soon as I registered, I received a flood of emails and PHONE CALLS about connecting to discuss the premium version! I fully deleted the account, unsubscribed from all email lists, and blocked the number. Within a week calls started again from a different number in a different state. This morning I had enough and finally answered the call. I asked them to stop calling ... and the guy just hung up after that! No apologies about being a annoyance or anything - just a click. Just a terrible experience overall. They made me regret ever downloading the app. You will have to REALLY want this product in order to tolerate the periphery experiences attached to using Wrike.

It has everything you need for project management. Its a flexible application, you can use it the way that works for you. It automatically migrates you to different kinds of productivity systems, like gantt chart, kanban board, table view, list and it even has a built in calendar. Works great, i would highly recommend it. I have tried the other apps out there, the az...,tre..., mon..., etc but so far this one works best for me, it has everything!

Worse ,tried putting password and it even said it's incorrect but it's correct and did even confirm email but it purposely doesn't work after knowing your password thats what I'm assuming.will never use again..

I hate Wrike. The company staff are rude and condescending, and care way more about their work than their customers. They replaced a feature with a new version, only the new version is a useless turd. The features of the old version have not been recreated even several years later, but they're forcing it through nonetheless. The sign of a great company is definitely one that prioritizes ease of work for their employees over ease of work for their customers. 💩

Constantly there are errors with time tracking. Timers on this app do not update based on what you do on the desktop app or browser. I've submitted many tickets and every response just says to open my app settings and clear out cache. You can't get the link from within the app to forward an email to a folder to make a task.

This is one of the most effective and highest performing apps I have used. Our team works off of Apple/Android/Microsoft platforms and we have no issues. It has truly changed our teams' macro communication and efficiency. We highly recommend to anyone looking for additional oversight, transparency and efficiency for their team(s).

Poor user experience. It's hard to find tasks across multiple projects. Task view is overly complicated and needs visual cleaning. For whatever reason sub-tasks don't show on the board, just the main patent task does which is making it very hard to track work and action on time. Not following the best user experience practices in all aspects. I love wrike but overall application did no improve since it originally launched.

Wrike itself is a wonderful tool on the desktop version but the application is disabling if you are hoping to work from both or do much setting up via mobile. The lastest update changed the calendar which made my work week Tuesday - Saturday. I wish the app would get up to speed with the desktop functionality. Also, if a view is a available on the team plan on the desktop, it should also be available on the app - My assignments being the main thing here. Why of all things would this be omitted?
