I don't know how to rate this app. When it comes down to the security questions I put in my answer then when I go back and I try to open up the app and they asked the security question it won't accept my security answers that I put in so that's the reason why I don't know how to write this app because I can't get on it to try it. The only reason I gave it I star is because that's the only way I could post.

OMG.... I JUST LOVE THERE SERVICE. Fast shipping I ordered my card last week and I received it Saturday I got it activated I'm really excited about it I'm looking forward to using when I travel to Mexico, in February I've been with Wise for decades I'm glad that I signed up for this service because now I have another back when I leave the states this X card will be accompanied along with my Wise card for the currencies to be used for different countries... THANK YOU X WORLD WALLET...

Once downloaded, the app was easy to use. After signing up for an account, it was simple to load funds.

Impossible to sign-up because it ALWAYS comes back as an error which directs you to customer service FOR WHICH THERE IS NONE!

I can't even open an account the app crashes as soon as I put my name,email and phone number so pretty lousy app.

I wish I could give these people a -10 rating. So ignore the one star. This company has $60 that belongs to me and the customer service is no service at all. Buy far the worst experience with online banking I have ever had. It's been 2 months and nothing has happened on my behalf. I'm EXTREMELY DISGUSTED!!! to be continued.

Can't log into acct. Every time it ask me security questions especially the 1st one says not valid. Saying it more then 5 x's already. CAN NOT LOG IN. TERRIBLE. To even order my card.

Great product. I used it to convert dollars to pesos before my trip to Mexico to avoid the hassle and cost of pulling pesos out at an ATM. It worked great, and I was earning points, too.

Seems to me from all the latest reviews, that this is definitely a ploy to get you to sign up, earn off your money, close and liquidate your account for their own gains. I think Google should remove the app from the play store. And as for the Rev company, you should be ashamed.

Horrible Customer Service. They constantly place security holds on your account to where you can't use or transfer Any of your funds. And the only department that can remove the hold is there limited hours even though they state their Customer Service is 24hrs.

I signed up for this because friends told me to sign up because they were good but apparently I'm trying to load money and it's saying that the account I have linked has insufficient funds when it doesn't have insufficient funds and then you try to upload your ID there's no way of loading up your ideas and securing system but you can't chat with nobody because they're having problems with their chat area there's no telephone number to call that I know of I think it was a mistake.

Absolute worst experience with an online bank. Had the account for a month or so and one day they decided to close my account for "security risk" with no warning or notification. I had money left in the account from a direct deposit which they still haven't sent back to my employer like they said they would. RUN FROM THIS BANK. Do yourself a favor.

Intuitive and super easy to use. Interface is slick. The ability to have multiple currencies in one wallet is awesome, particularly because I'm headed to Cabo tomorrow and I can use Mexican pesos. Highly recommended - two thumbs up!! 👍👍

READ BEFORE OPENING! ⚠️ Great account, nice card, flawless app. Used mine daily for just over a month with no issues... until one day, out of the blue, almost IMMEDIATELY after adding funds to my card, they locked it on me. When I was finally able to reach support, they told me that I was ineligible for the account... Uh, THEN WHY EVEN APPROVE ME IN THE FIRST PLACE?! I was told that my remaining funds would be refunded back to me within 7-10 days.... that was over a month ago. Still no money.

I wish I'd read the reviews here first. This company is almost certainly a scam. I opened an account, did a few transactions and after 2 days, they closed it without notice, and I had to do a credit card chargeback to get my funds back. Also notice how all the real reviews are 1 star, and the 5 star reviews are nonsensical created by a bot. What legitimate company does that.
