The app is to sale overpriced activities that are not included (Xcaret plus), we were told the app would connects to the GPS to make the park easy to navigate, but this is not true; be ready to walk a lot, and do little. Poor company culture; Xcaret is located in a beautiful place, but many of the workers appear to not like tourists at all. We were mistreated, and some of the workers even show to be xenophobic. After $900 in tickets and a bad park/app design, I do not recommended Xcaret.

very helpful to navigate your way around the park. the park doesn't have wifi though. I wish it had GPS step by step to show you exactly how to get to the attractions you want to go to.

Terrible app. It's not at all helpful or user friendly. It has no other utility other than it being informational, and even then, the informaron provided is misleading or inaccurate - i noticed that prices are also different (higher) when going through the app. So truly, what's the point of it?

Our grand disappointment. This was supposed to be the grand finale to put Mexico trip. It turned out to be our great disappointment. So un organized, expensive and mismanaged. We paid for transportation and they did not get us their until 2.5 hours after it opened. No schedule for shows, no information to guide you in the process. It was such a disappointment.

Very disappointed. We bought out tickets in advance. Spent so much money, planned it with ample time and when we got there we were told the show had been moved to an earlier time. We paid full price however our day was cut short due to an even that the park was planning. The park is beautiful but we were not allowed enough time to see it all. We should have been allowed to go back at no cost to make up the time that was taken anyway from us, however, that was not the case.

Xcaret customer service is terrible. For the price they are charging. You would expect more. Never buy the Xcaret at night. They won't allow you to exchange the ticket until 4:01 pm. Which is absurd. I am not requesting to enter the park before 4 pm, but if I need to exchange my ticket. They should allow to do so. Rude staff. Looks like they hate to work in here. Going once and not coming back. Don't waste your time and money

Please make it clear that you want the email address and not the postal address by putting it in English. When I was paying I don't know why it was not accepting the expiration date but it was accepted on your website. I logged into the app and my purchases were not there although I logged in using the same username and password as in the website. Fix this app please!

The park is amazing. I highly recommend it. All of the activities are exhilarating and great family fun. I highly recommend you do the ziplines and amphibious vehicles doing the day to ensure great pictures. I paid for photos by the park to be taken and I was disappointed that many events were not captured, even with the chip activated in the helmet. We did the ziplines and only 1 fuzzy picture was captured for my husband and not myself. That sucks royally. $75 waste. The buffet is awesome.

For the park, not the app. Xcaret in particular was a bit of a disaster. Paid in advance and had Already gone to two other parks, but upon arriving here they couldn't find the photo pass, the dinner tickets, etc. It took nearly 2 hours in line before getting into the park. Bought additional add-ons while there - one was drone photos that had to be taken at specific time but wasn't told that and we missed the opportunity. Ushered into the river without recourse and wasted time figuring things out

When you pay for pictures and downloaded them through the app. Beware that the 30 days expiring will ALSO delete them from your gallery not just being allowed to download from the app. Customer service will not send them to you or make them available again. They will be lost and you will have paid for a service that you do not get.

So I was worried about my size at this park as I'm 400 lbs. Had no issues getting into life vests. Family had amazing time snorkeling and floating.

Great park, this is the best park you can visit in Mexico, period. The low rate is for the app which is only for buying tickets and download pictures. BuT you need to pay for the digital pictures you took. They wanted to charge me $80 usd for only 10 pictures in digital which is crazy, huge disappointment because they don't tell you that until the end.

Trying to book a day at Xel-ha and looking for a pickup location in Tulum. The hotel selector map for pickups shows hotels where they don't exist, even the middle of the ocean near Africa. Secrets tulum is close to me but the app says its by the ocean? I'm not going to risk picking the wrong spot with this garbage app. Very disappointing. Do better.

Very buggy. If you don't log in /create an account straight away, you end up with app only in espanol. So I uninstalled it, but couldn't log in with my credentials I created on the website (my email address wasn't valid apparently). So created a new account with same credentials, which worked. But now can't import tickets from website like other theme parks we know. Otherwise, good to have an interactive map and nice to see all the attractions which is much more comprehensive than on the website

The Evaluation is merely for the App. We used it for the day in Xcaret. Almost everywhere there is free WiFi, so you always know where you are and headed. The map, the attractions are well described, the recomandations equally for big and small. Sometimes the map does not show, just restart the app and it will work!

I was able to see my photos but the video that I paid for was never on there I waited for days thinking maybe they haven't uploaded it yet but nothing now the pictures have expired and no video

Absolutely useless. No map. Search doesn't work. Xcarat needs a good app-- actually it needs a lot of customer service help, and this app isn't it.

What is the point of this app? It's purely a marketing tool. No help at all if you're there or you've already decided to go and want more info. I assume that you are only encouraged to download it so they can promote their other parks. There's no map if you search, only one restaurant comes up if you search restaurant! The search tool says, "boo you didn't search right" before you've searched!

Love how interactive the app is, you can buy your tickets here, learn more about each park,it has interactive maps of parks and you can also see your photos (xelsies) all in one place. It also lets you choose the language for the content a plus. The only downside is when you try opening your photos is usually makes the app crash and you need to start from the beginning.
