This replacement phone is junk. Xfinity couldn't even make it work. I have canceled my account with XFINITY. They said i would have to pay for the phone anyway. I am done messing with these people. I had to pay for a phone that they couldn't make work. I payed for something i can't even use. I would like to have a company like this. Sell junk to the consumer and get paid for it.

I've been trying to speak with a representative since 10:00 this morning and never got through and it's just poor customer service I'm trying to pay my bill and y'all don't want to accept my call or even answer the phone

so if phone breaks u all still sneek in a deductible of alot of money so what is point of having this assurance on my phone its a free 18 dollars a month what a scam this is a rip off for real explain to me to make since

it will not let me do anything but file a claim. I believe I'm getting ripped off with these Razr Flip Phones. I bought 2 just a few months ago and they were supposed to be new but I know that one of them were refurbished because I'm a developer. mine does nothing but screw up since I received it. freezes, unstable, and gets really hot. The OS tries to totally control your every move. I can change settings and it will constantly change them back, plus 2 identical phones and 2 different OS Apps

I uploaded this as soon as I got the notice that Xfinity Mobile was cutting ties with Pocket Geek. Why did my phone start acting up?? I couldn't get a strong enough signal to fully open/ apps even on wifi!! I did so many searches for updates and restarted my device. Finally figured it all started happening after I downloaded the app. I uninstalled, did another reset and now all my apps are working! I can even have 4 or 5 apps running at the same time all doing fine!

Easy with access to Android opinioned apps that are said to be the best. Lots of specific phone articles that highlight capabilities. For my phn, there are many ill probably never use. I wasn't aware of them, either. It's another rabbit hole of interesting data like the best language courses, printing, photo and video apps. I must keep up with self-learning AI machines out there, right? 😀

Update: I did finally, after 2 weeks of effort and randomly calling corporate support numbers. reach a care team member in the states at corporate escalation who was able to resolve my bill. in general I can say Xfinity provides good products, but customer service outside the United States should be replaced in its entirety.

Horrible, The anti-virus does NOT work! Had a Malware & a PUP on my phone & both Malwarebytes & Surfsharks anti-virus detected it. But the anti-virus by Xfinity Mobile Care did not. Did a update & a scan... came back fine/not detected.

The last image shows an antivirus as part of this app and is the reason I downloaded this however, there is no antivirus as far as I can see on this app. 👉uninstalled 8-12-25 Edit: I stated what the problem was in the review. Instead of sending me elsewhere why not just address my concern in public so others can see it

I have got terrible service... I made a claim on Sept 10 they took $115 off my card on the September 12... an i have not received my device an its September 23.. they charged me a extra $15 for Saturday delivery an its been 2 weeks an still no phone... I have called in numerous times.. 1st they told me That I will receive a Z-fold 6 because my device was unavailable.. I waited a week no phone.. called back an then they said it would be a Z-fold 4...PLEASE I JUST WANT A PHONE... WHY AM I PAYING I

Absolute nightmare. This spring I had a cracked screen & despite living in a large city, the nearest repair facility was an hour to the north. I went ahead & paid the $100 deductible to get a replacement phone sent to me instead. The phone they sent has multiple issues, & when I sent in a repair request explaining this, it was denied. I called them about it as well. So that's 2 yrs of paying a monthly fee along with a $100 deductible for a replacement phone that's defective & they won't fix it.

pop-up and notifications for nothing keep happening and my phone should remain logged in unless I manually exit but it keeps signing out even though my phone service is with Xfinity and the phone was purchased with them.
