Useless. The app itself is good and I like it. The the problems start on the subforums. Most of the post just have no sense. Someone don't understand which model they and on which forum they write, someone want just say "my phone is cool". And this is almost a quote. So if you want some help you need to be lucky or your question will be buried under the previous examples. So moderators work only in places, where Xiaomi needs them. Elsewhere it's just a junkyard. And "thoughts" is the biggest one

Xiaomi Community User Profile Name "mafcarvalho" has serious problems with the app, from not getting notifications for check-in reminders, to update frame "promise" failing miserably. Frame Center shows two new frames (update and Mother's day). My frames tab shows nothing. Empty. And to finish I need to have app night mode working on AMOLED screen. When something gets fixed, I will add stars to my review. Thanks.

Do NOT update to the latest ver 3.7.0. Stay at v3.6.1. There is a severe critical bug in v3.7.0. Cannot login anymore because this app *keep asking* for already granted Permissions (Phone, Storage) in an endless loop! ◼ And it is now forcefully *demanding* permission to collect our private CONTACT data, an irrelevant requirement that clearly indicate a spyware-like behavior!

Doesn't even work won't log me in and brings up zero data. So no clue at all what it is supposed to even be like???!!! I'm afraid. ALSO ON ANOTHER NOTE. PLZ XIAOMI, CAN U GIVE OPTION OR UPDATE TO INCLUDE 4x3 Phone keypad for typing. Ten times faster for writing than qwerty. Only 9 keys to hit. Always used, gutted Xiaomi does not have this. Plz develop a gr8 predictive 1 like Samsung J5 or HTC 620 which also has arrows to help move curser. Not all r same I found when upgraded to newer Samsung.

Here is my review from after 30 minutes of using. Users can see links without having to "commented". However... one posted a message can choose hidden it, and here we go again. There is language option(YES, like previous forum app), but all it can do is change button names at intial screen. The app keep popping up permission request after launch if you disable some certain permissions. Global event won't available in some region even it doesn't host a similar.

I published a post asking for the battery drain from MIUI 11 even on standby mode. I did everything to stop facebook from running in the background but still failed. So I asked for help but no one is helping. I created post for the request for feature like turn off wifi during screen off and sd card encryption but admin asked me to created another post with a poll. Why not just pass the message directly to the developer. So much hassle!

On a Xiaomi A2 Lite, this app cannot be uninstalled or disabled and yet it cannot be updated because we get an error message. The app is unusable without updating and yet the issue seems unresolvable. Worse still, the issue stops any other apps from updating.

This app always has issues with displaying recent items. It will very often show as last added post a post from 5 months ago. If you refresh it it changes displayed items but still does not show recent updated items in the forums. Example, mi 11 forum, if you open it it will show you as last posted message something from like May, 5 months ago. Sad, it used to be quite good.

Worst update (Android 10) ever!! having a terrible trouble with wifi calls, especially with sound, on top of that youtube video speed became slow motion as default, screen freezes almost everytime etc.etc.etc. Never experienced anything like this with any other devices since smart phone ever created. l've never written any complaints before, but this is extremely serious problem. Please do something about it, l really love this mi a2 lite, it has good battery performance, used to be perfect...

The worst customer service. The only solution that is given is factory reset and reboot. When they are requested for bringing certain changes they never listen to their customers except for their premium users. Instead they keep disabling features after every update. I don't understand why such an application is needed when you don't care about the customers. Well I think you should also make mi community premium which will be meant only for only the high end premium users.

A lot of bugs and nonsense problems I told a lot of admins to report this problems to the developers to work on it and solve but unfortunately, they don't respond and nothing has been solved till now (middle East especially egypt version)

Hello MI Community, I have upgraded MI Version 11 in my Phone, after upgrading i found one bug on this current version. Issue: Audio sound is very low after upgrading the latest version. I have tried with this at most of the places even i tried YouTube and even YouTube video is also not running with proper audio. & Unable to use search feature. No thread to be found although those thread still exist Could you please look at this issue and resolved as soon as possible. If you want i can give more detail on this. My Mobile is MI 6 Pro.

Bad experience. Applied for beta. Nobody accepted/responded. The app is dumb. Make beta software like apple or samsung. And other than that app is slow. Not optimisted. No dark mode.

Too broken, looks rushed out w/o testing. Cannot change avatar image (png/jpg) nor nickname, cannot find "Beta testing" option referred to in customer feedback as "How to apply: Xiaomi Community-->ME-->Beta Testing". Please do some quality checking first, because this is on the brink of offensive.

It would have been a nice platform for many users to voice the experiences and show their creativity. But it isn't. It's just jumbled up, I mean writing an article is so stressful, you can't minimize and come back to see the function keys tray, it just disappears. It crashes everytime I try to upload a picture. And applying fonts and colours isn't so easy. Please just fix it, cos I would like to use it more. Fix your browser as well. It's just terrible now. To think it used to be great😞😞
