Very worst experience even while creating a profile. Not even able to add another work experience without subscribing premium. How is it even possible for a fresher to subscribe and pay a big amount of money, even if anyone purchase a subscription too... They won't even be getting a job from this app anytime soon.

Unprofessional!! Do not Buy Premium!! The way to cancel the premium is even more difficult then a Treasure hunt. No emails confirming cancellation and then renew automatically without prior notice. Highly unprofessional for a company that Tries to offer a product for professionals!! Disappointed!!

Overall good experience. The filters work great and the UI is pleasant, but it's quite a shame the job offers there are fewer than other apps. Some more filters would be great (such as when was the job published, hiding irrelevant jobs and businesses, negative keywords for unwanted positions)

DON'T GET PREMIUM!!! App works great. They will however send you great offers for Premium Memberships that seem cheap. It is hard to find how to cancel that Premium Subscription once you are in. Also it needs to be canceled 3 Months before the 1 year membership is over. Else they will charge you almost 100 Euros for another year. They will NOT send you reminders that your Membership will extend.Also they will NOT be accomodating and allow you to cancel your membership if it automaticaly renewed.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Although using their paid services were adequate and helpful, it turns out that Xing is one of those company that would automatically renew all your subscriptions. They will only inform you at the time of billing that the subscription was renewed and that you will be billed. I am VERY disappointed to learn that Xing is another company that would rather "trick you" into paying for its services rather than believing in its own services and products to have you come back again.

App is okay, but a little counter-intuitive bc things are in different places than on the Web. Also not sure if the Story feature makes sense in Xing, especially if it's only available in the app. Haven't seen it being used by anyone of my contacts. A little bug: Language settings are taken from the system and cannot be overridden. Although my system settings are English, I want Xing to be in German. Parts of the app (the parts that are embedded from the web site) are in German, tho

Really slow. I just wanted to shoot someone a quick message, but the app was unresponsive for about 10 seconds while I kept clicking the contact button. When the screen did shift, it hadn't loaded my contacts, but rather a bunch of ads and other useless stuff. Also it's really annoying that you have to manually turn off profile visit notifications, because when I click them it blocks me from setting them until I pay. This feels more like a dating app than a professional career app.

Terrible service. I requested the premium subscription for a year and after that period they automatically renewed the contract for another year charging almost 3 times the first year period. It's a horrible customer experience service because they don't inform you regarding the expiration and the platform doesn't even allow you to remove your own billing information. For me this is a bad user experience if you want to provide your client transparency and respect.

They will not send you reminder that your membership will extend and it's be automatically renewed. I have experience with other Apps but they sent me reminders. I contacted with customer service, but unfortunately they behaved impolitely. I recommend anybody: Don't Use This App.

Very bad, do not pay for nothing, no benefits comes from it, if you pay, those are memberships and no reminder is sent to you before renewal, it looks like 1 time payment, but after 3 months u will see the money gone from ur account. It's even difficoult to cancel the membership.

Overall pretty good. One really big minus: the push notification features one specific news article. By pressing it I only get to the news page where I can choose the news article I want to read. Often this ends in the frustration of taking too long to find the specific featured news article I am really interested in (@Xing: please don't autoreply. Everything you need to reproduce is written here. I don't want to provide more detail for stuff that is simple like that). Otherwise the app is nice to use but not perfect in every way (bad UX on home page). Pretty average, hence 3 stars. Edit: Read more in messages doesn't work anymore. The mobile app pretty much becomes useless since for most messages I need to go to the web page :/ (@Xing: see above)

I subscribed for 3 months and went to cancel the subscription by invistigating the website which referred me to the app store and I checked and there was no Xing subscription under "My subscriptions" tag. Yet they extend the subscription for another 3 months and charged me 35 Euros without any notice. Well done! You make the cancellation process so complicated so you can suck more money of people's pockets using what's called "the Black patterns" methodology. Not useful to find job either!

The app was working fine initially then it started saying: "Sorry, but something went wrong. Please try again" whenever I try to connect with someone. Now I cannot even send a connect request. I even updated it but the issue is still there. On support there is nothing that says how to report the issue and there is no information whatsoever on how to resolve it. Bad experience.

Cannot log in via Android anymore for a week now and customer service is not very helpful. As a paying customer: would not recommend. Stick to the free version, you will not get anything worthwhile. Update: ...besides the suggestion to reinstall the app everytime someone can be bothered to answer. Guys...I tried that five times now. It does not work.

Nice app, but don't forget to ask cancellation for your premium account 3 weeks before your annual payment. Money is taken automatically from your credit card as given in the agreement terms. No refund. I can't call them thieves, but I was just robbed in 120 euros for a year subscription that I don't need. Watch out for the written lines in small letters, you have to read the agreement terms very carefully.

I am very dissapointed. The app has a lot of errors, the same as the webservice. I am trying since weeks to retrieve my password. The support was useless... When I decided to cancel the subscription, another big surprise. The proces is hidden and even after you find it, it s full of errors so you can't do a thing. TRY IT. Finally managed to write them... already 3 times. No answer. Really Xing? This is how you plan to compete to Linkedin?? Or just trying to show this amazing service quality.

Terrible platform. 1. Cannot find basic features like uploaded CV. 2. Mandatory profile info - I will apply with my CV for jobs I am interested in. I do not want mandatory Social Media. 3. It auto completed profile based on application and refuses to let me delete it. Now I get constant network recommendations from a past employer. Don't want this. 4. Do not control out of date and fake listings 5. They feel justified in everything they do and ignore user feedback which explains their rating.

German focused app, not much to do with it, or you work for them and enrich their database by filling out the forms for companies that are abroad, free of salary of course 🤔. The app is not really free to use... So, don't expect to find a LinkedIn alternative here...

Endless loop of captchas just to open app each time. App never opens as "something went wrong". Free model training for xing, perhaps. edit: login fixed by dev

When I created a résumé on a website, a Xing profile was created without my consent. It was very difficult to delete this profile again. Very unprofessional.
