It's garbage I came to buy a house not knowing that there will be a 5% just for the auction so if a house was for 800k they alone would take 70k onto of the house they would make a house listed for 600k after ending the auction for 750k only

This app shows you land auctions. It includes maps of the area you are looking for property to bid on.

Service is bad. After they take thousands dollar deposits and you win auction, seller has option to renege and does.

I am unable to enter location. Keyboard vanishes so no way to type.

Trash, look elsewhere. Cannot even do a plain search in my state. No matter what I type in for areas, gives me every listing

I was actually surprised to find multiple properties in my area of interest.This app is well organized and easy to use.No bothersome adds to interrupt your search.I would recommend this app to everyone.

horrible UI. list wouldn't update after searching a specific area on the map. filters never apply properly.

Successful closing however extended by 3 weeks. With that said legit auction site. I was sceptical but we closed today and I got a sweet deal. Update: Second successful closing! I will purchase more properties with XOME.

This is by far the worst app you will ever download. They place a house for auction and give a deadline for 2pm and then when you think you won the auction they open auction for 5 more minutes. They did this for an extra 30 minutes causing me to loose the house I placed bid on. This is a scam if you ask me. Stay away from this app. Shame you you!!!

App is great, but sometimes has problems refreshing timers and such. I'd recommend the app for keeping an eye on a property but doing final bids on desk/laptop.

Freezes all the time. Forces you to update and the updates are what ruin the app. Could be working fine finally, then forces you to update and after the update, the app goes back to freezing all the time.

I like the app, it has lots of homes, but everytime you click on a house to look at and then go back to search results it starts you back at the top of the page so you have to scrolls back down which is irritating.fix that and get 2 more stars

Freud, Check BBB and reviews. I was putting in my 2nd bid on a property and they ended the auction 20 minutes early. I called the realtor assigned to the property and she said that she had several calls complaining that they were unable to bid. I contacted the company and was told there was nothing they could do. That it was probably an internet problem on my end. I was using 2 different feeds so I know that was incorrect. I asked to talk to their IT and complaint depart they said no.

Stuck in a loop where it requires me to update when I open the app, then I update, then it gives me the same update pop up when I open it right after updating. Tried completely shutting the app down through task manager and restarting, but this didn't change anything. Uninstall!

They bid against you if there is no one else, or to increase bid. And even if you win, they will relist it because of minimum bid. Amazingly shill bidding homes is legal. They wasted my time and gave me false impression of buying something at reasonable price. I bid @ 70% home market price for home needing a lot of fixing, so it was not low balling, still wasn't enough. What's the point of an auction?
