Ordered on 3/9/24. Got DHL tracking on 3/11. Today is 3/16/24. No movement whatsoever on shipment. DHL only shows that they received shipping info, and nothing else since. Will give it 3 more days. If nothing still, I will try to get my money back.

I had an existing account, but the retrieve password process hasn't worked. Just now I tried sending an email to the app support person and that email came back undelivered. Worthless

When I saw the ad for this app I immediately downloaded! In America we can find lots of Asian snacks often, and the prices are super cheap! Haven't bought anything YET but I definitely think the app deserves five stars (^o^)/

To fix the language issue, tap the icon in the bottom right corner that looks like the upper half of a person. You'll see a list of icons with a bunch of Chinese characters. Now, scroll down to the icon that looks like nut (that you'd put on a bolt). On this page you should see in English "Language" next to some more Chinese. Tap it and choose "English". It will immediately revert back to your chosen language.

This is super convenient when you don't want to drag yourself to the Chinese supermarket to get a few things you need. It also has the option to ship some of the goodies directly from China, Japan or Korea, a much pricer option, but worth it when you have the special craving and can't make a trip back! I noticed they don't really sell items in more economic/bulk sizes I guess I understand the shipping aspect of things, it would be nice to have the bulk sizes for rice, soy sauce.etc...

Good app. But a lot of stuff always out of stock. If you've got a order with 5 different things. 1-3 will always be out of stock. So you might wait until everything is there before you order but something else will go out of stock when something else comes back IN stock. Very annoying if you're trying to save on shipping or take advantage of the minimum free shipping you have to spend.

I was a little unsure about this app at first. Since most places either charge alot for products or take forever to deliver. I was wrong. This is an awesome app. Everything is nicely priced and shipping is expensive either especially if you spend a certain amount. The deliver time wasnt bad either. I got my order about a week and half after i ordered it which was great! I will definitely be using this app more often to get snacks i cant get near me very easily.

Words cannot express how much I love this app. This app has food ingredients i can't find at my local grocery stores for extremely low prices. They also deliver super quickly too. I've ordered multiple times from this app and the longest I've had to wait for my order has been three days, i believe. Items are also extremely well packaged. I've never received anything broken or opened. You can order anything from toys, to cooking appliances, to snacks, to food ingredients.

App is mediocre. Their shipping speeds on the app are wrong. "Local express" is not really express. The search function kind of works. It's hard to find specific brands. The app is always out of stock of a lot of things. The restock alerts don't always work. Some parts of the app are Chinese language only, like the reviews, the community page, and some product listings.

The service, shipping, and products are pretty great but I can no longer use this app due to the unnecessary update. Opening the app my phone immediately had a pop up of a MCDONALD'S AD!???? and it was making my phone vibrate so violently I had to close the app. I'm sorry but I'm going to find a completely different online grocery service if they don't remove the ads.

This app was good enough that I had to take the time to leave the first review I've made for an app. Obviously there are no ads, so that's nice. The UI is easy to understand and gives you a multitude of options to choose from. The selection of products is fairly large and varied. The process of buying and ordering things is easy. (Part of the UI I guess) Most impressive of all was the customer service, though. I emailed them on the weekend and got a response by eight o'clock Monday. Great team!

Works well. Its easy to find an item or a similar items. Lots of filtering options. Plenty of options from food to dish soap. Offers many items at an affordable price that are not super accessible here in the United States. Shipping is reasonable price and is not super slow. Overall, good app, lots of options, good deals, good service. I have already told my friends about it because they have issues getting things here too, so we can get many things we miss.

I also was excited to find a way to order my Chinese son's favorite snacks. The moment I linked it with my Google account everything reverts to Chinese and duplicates the order, and suddenly the cost (even when you fix the order quantity), is quite a bit more. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3x, to no avail.. This is a major glitch that needs to be fixed. Please do so, as I'd love to actually use this service but I do not speak or read in Chinese. Also, I don't want the price gouging.
