Best keyboard out. Only thing that sucks is how many companies they let track you through their app. If I didn't have a tracker block enabled I wouldn't have known. I've only had it for 30 minutes I've blocked 300 attempts to track me and my phone. I really don't want to have to go back to Gboard. I don't understand why it says no data shared with third parties but that's not true at all. At this point I think the only way to have any type of privacy is to have a flip phone. Smh

Didn't work for me. Predictive text was all off never close to what I actually typed. Auto correct changed words and sentences to garble or completely different sentences. Keys were hard to hit even with keyboard set to 160%. Swipe was off but keys ignored that setting entirely. Suggested words to hard to change as there was no space between word options. 2023 Moto Razr flip. Android 13.

Not really sure how this keyboard makes money being completely free. I assume our data is used somehow or another to help improve the keyboard. With that being said this is actually really great. The auto correction doesn't feel as overly crazy as the Google keyboard and the animations are really smooth. One small bug though is that it doesn't seem to auto capitalize the letter I. Would like to see that fixed but for a free keyboard really don't have any complaints.

Oh man so much potential but falls short. The swipe feature doesn't work. Even when I'm close to the word it can't guess anything close to what I'm trying to put in. The voice to speech doesn't work AT ALL. When I try to choose a gif it won't let me put the keyboard down so it takes up half the gif options, so I can't see them! It's frustrating. I lasted a week, then deleted it.

So far I'm really liking this keyboard. It's predictive text and swiping is so much better than Microsoft's swiftkey keyboard. The only reason I'm not rating it 5 stars is because I'm not happy with a few things. Like how the top row of letters don't get extra symbols like ~<>[] added when you move the number keys to a new row. Or that when long pressing the delete key, there's no vibration feedback for each word deleted.

I love this keyboard. Much better than Gboard. Only suggestion is a way to move the cursor vertically. I switch from iPhone and they had a feature where you could long press the space bar and it would move the cursor all over and if you pressed harder it would highlight text. If this feature could be added it is 100% the best keyboard app in my opinion.

The best keyboard app available, in my humble opinion (I've used Gboard, Swype, Swiftkey, LG, Samsung, & a few others). Really no complaints, but a few suggestions/observations. The app lacks ability to export configuration settings, custom themes & support for simultaneous multilingual typing (available on Gboard & Swiftkey). One other thing to note is that regardless of your keyboard language selection, some things are still showing only in Russian. Great work guys (& gals), keep it up! 👍

This is an almost perfect keyboard. The features, customization, prediction accuracy, and just about everything else is top notch. Unfortunately, Russian language features keep creeping in regardless of the set language. Even when set to English, the quotation mark symbols ("") get automatically converted into the Cyrillic versions («») in Microsoft Office apps and a few others. You have to go further into symbols and select the italicized version (“”) to get them to stick. Please fix!

Absolutely brilliant! Yandex are living up to their promise. Features are being added, bugs are getting fixed. It's clear that they care about the app, although development is a bit relaxed since it's not a top priority project. Best keyboard app I've been using for the past few years, as most importantly they don't collect any data either. Highly recommended!

My default keyboard. Love it. Let me start off by saying that I love Yandex services. I have been wanting to distance myself from Google for awhile, Yandex does the trick. The keyboard is accurate and fast. Never lags, freezes, or crashes. It has Yandex search built in. It doesn't support different versions of the English language. It only offers UK English at the moment. The only features I'd like to see is the ability to search for gifs in the keyboard. Other than that, I am very pleased.

This is a really great keyboard. It's like Gboard but with more features and better animations. Maybe I'm just picky but most keyboards on Google Play aren't that comfortable to use as a daily driver, and this one is one of the few exceptions. Only issue is that searching doesn't redirect to the English version of yandex on English devices. Otherwise I can't think of any issues the keyboard has.

Update: heard back immediately after sending feedback through the app! Original: Definitely the best keyboard out there. Very customizable themes. It does have some issues. When you swipe to delete several words, it will often jumble the previous word into gibberish. The "block offensive words" setting does absolutely nothing and it's like it looks for them instead. But overall, definitely the best.

Love this app! Have looked for Gboard alternative and I've found a better keyboard. Shortcut keys for moving cursor by character, to beginning and to the end are handy. Select all Clipboard is not limited to small number of clips and is not cleared in a very short period of time (you know who you are:). Very customizable look and prediction is spot on. Just give it a try. You wont go back.

I love the animations on the suggestions, the fluidity is really nice and i was just wondering if that can be added to the character pop up on keypress , I love smooth animations on everything and also i don't know if it's just me but whenever i try to use another colour for letters and symbols only, it ends up changing the color on the main keys as well when using key outlines of course. Don't know if it's a bug, I am on android 8. could you fix that please. Overall best keyboard ever !!

This is hands down the best keyboard I have used on android. I was looking for an alternative to g-board whose dictation feature does not always start. This keyboard seems to support an unlimited number of simultaneous languages. I have currently set mine for 6. This keyboard also does a great job of knowing which language I am speaking at the moment. I can even speak English with an American or a British accent and it will actually switch between American and British spellings, respectively.

Solid product, better than most of the swipe keyboards I've used in the past few years. Two things that would get it to five stars: 1) set the dictionary to differentiate between capital and lower case words. I want to have lol in my suggested words but for some reason it will only do LOL and most stuff isn't that funny 2) The swipe from delete to remove a whole word function deletes way too many words, should just be the letters to the left until it hits a space. Otherwise it's a very solid!

I need a keyboard that doesn't bring back words I've deleted, and they all do that. Thought I'd found the one in Yandex, but it keeps using Russian quotes. No way to change it, as far as I can tell. I've gone through every setting on the keyboard, Word, and in Android, and it keeps defaulting to Russian. It also tracks everything, hundreds of times in the hour I had it installed.

I'm another Swype refugee. Best keyboard I've found so far. Long pressing backspace deletes whole words. Biggest complaint: I can't turn off the auto-space between predicted words, which means I cant swipe new compound words or modify words that were predicted incorrectly but close. Like if I swipe "incorrect" then try to add "ly" at the end, I get "incorrect ly". I have to tap out "supergiant" instead of just swiping "super" and "giant". Edit: I get why. I'd just like the option.

I used gboard for a bit till I couldn't take it anymore. Then I used Microsoft's keyboard and it was OK but nothing impressive type wise. Yandex hands down is the best keyboard out or the 10+ I've tried. There's never any lag, and they text correction is way more on point than the others I've used. It is simple in its way which IMO is a great thing because keyboards should be for typing. The emoji layouts and emoji search works great too. Overall its a great and simple keyboard!

I'm in love with this keyboard. Effectively esrased gboard from my conscience. Don't backspace with it on average. I turn off auto-correct because the word suggestions tend to distract me, but it's size is just ideal for a smartphone. You are less prone to make spelling mistakes with this bad boy, full stop. It's other functions are pretty good too.
