Would totally not recommend at all I have been trying to call their customer support for the past 48 hours and never get the chance to speak with their agent, not even a call back. I even sent messages on their social media platforms, I am very disappointed. Even on email I get no answer. This is unbelievable. So Im receiving a reply on this review and sent an email to the email address mentioned, but is is invalid recipient, this email address cannot be found. This is really disappointing

Pathetic service YAP Bank has been a profoundly disappointing experience. Despite applying for a new account almost a year ago, there has been no progress. The app shows numbers, but there has been no communication from the bank regarding my account. Customer service is unresponsive and fails to address the issue. Numerous attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. It is evident that YAP Bank is unreliable and should be approached with caution.

Very terrible experience! It's been over a month and still didn't receive the card. Few of the staff who interact on WHATSAPP have absolutely no clue of what they're saying. Disgusting. And after sometime without even solving the issue they'll send automated messages like "we haven't heard from you, we are closing this chat now" just few seconds after.

Worst banking services I have ever seen i my entire life. We have been trying to get them a call for the past 4 days, and nothing is happening. Tried their whatsapp, email calls, and other social media platforms, but still they didn't respond. My payment has been stuck in this account, and now i am having trouble getting my own payment. I dont know what and how to do. The worst service and banks as well.

One of the worst "digital" banks I've ever tried. The customer service is non-existent, their communication is not clear and worse their app has many inconsistencies almost on every page. I really can't understand how such a useless business is still running in the UAE!

Previous years, processing speed & customer service was very worst & also gave on 1 star ⭐ for some reason .Recently checking previous months, customer service very fast they're giving response time on the time as well as email through. Right now, I am giving for star ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐ because some android phone live chat is supported. Lastly, if you guys keep your performance better day by day & people will change a review. Thank you

One of the worst experiences I had with a banking app! Lost my card and issued a new one... Since then it has been 4 days, I haven't been able to access my stupid account with this ridiculous banking app. Now I can't make any payments, no transactions... Nothing!! An the customer service is surely worsening the situation, providing no detail or information! Just spitting out some robotics messages and repeating them.

yes, they are responding to the bad reviews but no solution at all. telling me that i need to send an email to a some help email address then what??? ever since i cant access my acct i have been sending tons of email, sending whatsapp msg. spending credits on calls just to reach your agents but none of that works.. still no response coming from your side.

Creating a Yap account takes 30 seconds, activating it can take 30 days! Requires a tons of paperwork (document requirements are bank statements for the last 10 years!) Also sending out a card before activation... While waiting for activation, YOU have to follow up and contact support for additional requirements... No way of canceling account. A lot to learn from different digital banking apps present in the country.

It doesn't provide option to update number I lost my old sim card bought new number not able to register on new number nor able to login my previous account. They even blocked my account. I don't even wana give them single star.

Very bad experience. I requested for a new bank account 2 weeks ago. It was mentioned everywhere that it should take up to 48 hours. I needed account asap, so I started the process. Now, after 2 weeks and submitting all the possible documents (it was not mentioned anywhere that additional documents are required), activation of the account is still in progress. I'm contacting customers service constantly Truly disappointed.

I have never encountered such poor service before. They are incapable of resolving any issues that may arise, such as your deposit getting stuck in the machine, and they will not assist you. I recommend avoiding their services as their entire team has proven to be incompetent.

This app just wasted my time. After signing up, there is an option to get friends to sign up as well. But the link does not open in the friend's phone. What is the ultimate purpose of making such useless policies? Wasting time? This option should be cancelled. In this way the bank is not advertised but the customer becomes disgusted and eventually abandons the bank.

If you don't want to continue with this service, kindly close and remove it from play store and stop leading people on. How is it on me to enforce others to use your services, people who need it will eventually find it if you provide the best services. I wouldn't have minded waiting on queue but the fact that no matter how long you wait, days, weeks, months, nothing changes shows a high level of disregard for your customers. If not, I need to give a star to comment, you shouldn't be getting any.

What an annoying KYC experience! There's no indication of how long the process is going to be, I had to do something quick in the app, but I got lost in the KYC. It is so long! Also, the file uploader is so dumb. It doesn't support any format other than photos AND it doesn't support multiple files. You're asking for last 30 days bank statement, how am I supposed to put all that in a single image!! So stupid and waste of time. Also, it times out! ATLEAST GIVE ME ENOUGH TIME TO COLLECT EVERYTHING!
