Should have given 0 stars. Everytime there is some kind of error or exception which logs you out of the app. If there are so many errors then what is the developer being paid for? No use of this app. Better switch banks. The bank employees are encouraging the public to use this defective app!! Shame on the bank.

Worse app. Asking for pin update every month and never allows to use last 5 pins. Who on earth will remember so many pin numbers ! Very illogical. This to restrict bank account owners with difficult login, not the scammers.

This application is not getting logged in despite several attempts. Every time when i am trying to log in by entering Cust Id and password it redirects to login page flashing the message you are redirected to login page. Kindly solve the problem.

After update on 4 th April we can't type login pin and who try to register can't enter atm pin for login/Register.

This bank has came up with concept of new era. Your services are very smoothly working except login pin creation. I am trying since last month but the app doesn't work when need to create login PIN . The text boxes are not writeable. Kindly make this function working as soon as possible.

Bad app. Very slow with bad interface.while other banking applications providing such good features and technology this feels like a decade old app every time i make an transaction it makes me log out and after that i can't login. I have uninstall the app and reinstall it to make another transaction.. pathetic experience.

The application just doesn't seem to open. Have to reinstall to use it. Every single time. Eeeerrrr......😠 So many people have faced this issue and the only reply is send mail to yeetouch. What have you actually done about it? Nothing. Reply for the mail is also no good.

The app needs to re-configured. Evertime at the time of usage the app throws out & ask for the re-login. I had a very bad experience. In comparison YES Mobile App is very good. Hope there would be improvement as early as possible. Also, there is no fingerprints facility available...

Looking at the app of such a big bank in India, it seems that the app of a co-operative bank is much better. There is no new update, there is no looking, there is no style, it is boring. The customer will want the system of the bank we work with to be their app standard SBI, PNB one, ect bank government bank so how beautiful. Sir please change it. Please update new Yes MSME app.

Horrible App. Makes me want to leave YES Bank and this happens every now and then. After the pin it logs out with "Exception occurred" message. I updated the app and still doesn't work. YES Bank needs to kick out their IT team and employ better people. Doesn't allow to take screen shots for "security reasons". This is exactly the problem. See the reply you have give, stating "share the screenshot" - when my complaint says that your app doesn't allow screenshots.

This is not a good bank. My current account was opened with zero balance but I was charged minimum balance for 2 months and transactions were also done in those months and now no one is listening in the branch.

Horrible app Sbi and kotak app are much much batter I am filling stupid for opening account in yes bank I can't able to add beneficiary. And clicking on some of tab goes round and round but at last I have leave the page.

Worst bank ever seen. I opened my company account last month and full fill their all documents requirments. Account activated and kit delivered 2 transaction I have done. They hv charged for debit card on 13/06/2024. But unfortunately I received call from sales person at 13/06/2024 that account is freez and you need to buy our products to continue your account. They have opened my savings account also. Now I have some transactions And don't having 2 option. Branch YESB0001264

Worst banking experience with this bank. Anytime I transferred the money the pop up is showing (has been rejected from API ) what is the reason I can't transfer my money. My money is stuck in this account. Please tell me how to resolve this problem.

I am already a user for Axis & Kotak Bank app, This app is very poor in user interfere like below points which are available in other banks app. 1) Touch ID login is not available. 2) screenshot are not available. 3) adding beneficiary is very pathetic, same yes bank account can't be verified and need to add same as NEFT & RTGS beneficiary, why mobile no is mandatory, nick name field must have facility to spilt work with space for better recognising, and Many other issues. VERY SLOW APP.

Worst banking experience with this App. After recent 2 updates, the app wont let you login into your account. How would we enter our login PIN if the KeyBoard wont pop up? Everything else works fine( not really), this silly app wont let you login. I'll be closing my account, I'm done with this Bank!
