No way to search for specific types of workouts. The app interrupts every single session with a demand to rate it, which implies building an algorithm to recommend other things to you, but that's not the case. It's super annoying. The workouts are repetitive and the program I want to do requires using a wall, which is more pilates than yoga. I wish I hadn't subscribed for a year.

This app is a scam. Don't do it. The refund policy is extremely restrictive. If you simply don't like the content and want your money back, that is not a good enough reason to cancel. In addition, the app grayed out the cancel subscription button. So I couldn't cancel before it placed 3 months on my card. Won't refund w/o 14 consecutive days of exercise and screenshots which the app doesn't allow. & the app doesn't show content anymore but I"m still charged. SCAM

Don't get excited and waste your money.. ☹ The App looked like it would be great, well not so much. The app has no fluidity. It's not really a personalized plan for you. The daily practices are 10 mins, and uses AI instead of a real instructor and goes so fast thru the poses that you really don't get a workout. You have to choose which exercises you want to do and if you're a novice it's easy to get confused. So disappointing 😞

The app itself isn't terrible but billing is a nightmare. I canceled after the first 3 month subscription, or at least attempted to, the cancelation actually changed to a discounted price for another three months (which i failed to notice), and then after those 3 months, it charged me an additional 3 months at the full price. The company refused to refund the latest charge. Buyer beware. It's easy to sign up but difficult to cancel!

THIS IS A SCAM! Absolutely horrible app. After the initial trial period they will not let you out of your subscription. I tried to cancel my subscription 2 days before the end of the initial purchase and was unable. After I sent an email they still charged my account for 3 more month of service which I will NOT use.if you are a beginner they do not explain the poses or the workouts you will be doing so it is just frustrating. Wish I had NEVER signed up for this app on the 1st place.

I paid for a full year. Two "beginner" videos that very quickly sped through poses and have very minimal instructions on how to achieve the poses already turned me off. Then I started getting notifications saying things like "Dinner can wait. Yoga can't." and now I'm absolutely disgusted by this app. Messaging like that is toxic and potentially very harmful for some people. The last thing women need is a literal pop-up on their phone shaming them for eating instead of exercising 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I signed up for 6 month program. Then it wants you to buy a flat belly and 7 min workout for another 16.99 then another thing for 6.99. I did this through the link I found on Facebook. I used PayPal to pay for it. Got to the step to download the app and it started me all over including wanting me to pay for subscription 🙄 when I click skip ahead it says I don't have a subscription. Now going through steps of cancellation and getting my money back.

While I'm looking forward to using this app and I'm sure I'll get beautiful results, I'd love it if we could switch up the language to a more nurturing approach. Personally, I don't like that the reminder advises for one to "tone their flabby body." This approach may work for some, but for others, I'm wondering if there's a way to change the wording. Maybe stick some affirmations in there...

Absolutely wonderful. After being away from working out for sometime, I wanted to try something new. Something that was based on a structured result. Not insanely stressful. Yoga-Go was perfect for me. I also love the idea that if life takes you away from working out. You pick back up where you left off without feeling like your behind in anyway. I also like that if after your daily structured workout is completed and you feel like you want to continue working app offers add'l workouts 5*

I could not get Signed in and once I did, it kept asking me to pay extra for everything. After I had paid for the year it has been nothing but trouble. I have had no success and just won a refund. It's been a horrible experience. The guy helping me has been great, but waiting for answers. Didn't get me in the app any sooner? And then being in the app is kind of a nightmare. After reading that it's AI-generated and all the other people that are having issues. DO NOT BUY

I like the different videos of workouts it gives me to practice yoga. What bothers me is that the voice is not synchronized with the exercise. Sometimes, it glitches and jumps from one yoga pose to another without flow or explanation. It doesn't give you a workout for nighttime, and also, the more advanced the workouts, the longer it gets (which doesn't bother me), but it repeats, like if the workouts are 24 min. half of it is a repeat.

Although the app was easy to navigate and intuitive, the actual workouts themselves are awkward and weird. The directions are confusing and seem incomplete. No information before a workout of what you might need or where you need to be, and I kept having to look at my phone to see what the workout looked like. This wasn't and isn't for me.

The verbal instructions that give you do not match the video so you have to watch your tiny phone screen to try to figure out what she is doing. It says you can cast to your TV, but the app also needs to be on the TV for this to work. I have searched all the roku apps and don't see one, leaving my phone screen to follow while trying to exercise. Verbal instructions will say reach for the sky while the lady on the screen will have hands on the floor or stand with your back against the wall when

The app does not give you much new content, and I got burned out pretty quickly. When it was close to renewal, it was at a much higher rate. I followed the instructions to cancel, but I could not. The button to cancel subscription was not there. I emailed support (April 20th) and got an automated response restating the same instructions to cancel. After the subscription auto-renewed (April 26th) the button to cancel now shows up. I emailed wanting a refund, they will not! Very scam like.

I like the movements in the workouts I have chosen, however, I thought after answering questions it was creating a program specifically or me to follow. Yet, I had to pick and choose within the app so I don't know if I am doing what I need to to loose weight. Also the voice doesn't match what the person on screen is doing. If they could fix this (because you can always look at the screen while doing the exercises) it would help tremendously! I'm not sure it's worth paying for.

It is difficult to follow, the woman doing the exercises I was trying to do doesn't appear to be in line with the robot sounding voice instructions. I've tried and enjoyed many online exercise tutorials and this one was one of the worst. I downloaded it, paid, tried it for 3 mins and already knew I didn't like it. I've given it a few more attempts since I paid for 3 months, but that voice, so electronic, is incredibly annoying. I wish I had read other reviews before wasting my money and time.

Really disappointed. I'm not affiliated or benefit from saying this: FitCoach app is 10 times better. I only signed up for this to use somatic yoga, and was disappointed. The exercises are not balanced on the left and right side of the body, it skips sides. The timing is off, it jumps from one position to the other with no time to gracefully change position, instructions are incomplete or wrong. You have to keep looking at the screen. All in all, a disappointing experience.

I signed up on a sale. I would really like to do yoga but don't really know how. I've had a couple herniated discs that required surgery. Frankly, it's hard to believe that a service that claims to offer a personalized plan doesn't include a limitations selector so I can avoid exercises that might be unsafe for me. Especially with something as common as lumbar spine trouble. I'll likely be better off doing YouTube videos designed for people with bad backs for free. The app is fine though.

The app did not open up from the beginning after I paid; just repeatedly said my e- mail was already in use, and sent me in circles! I received emails reminding me to use my account, but no way to access it! When I tried to get customer service by email (the only apparent option), I got an automatic reply that they are too busy to respond! Meanwhile, I have been charged 3 monthly charges of $38.95 , but the google play account said it was annual charge. This app is a scam.

I did a 3 month trial on a whim and was surprised how much I enjoyed the convenience of this app. It's nice for short casual exercise at home, and I can actually tell my condition has improved. I like the gentle sound effects which help make it a relaxing experience. My only complaint is that sometimes the verbal directions are a little off or confusing, but it's easy to watch the video and then rewind to follow along. Just renewed another 3 months and hoping for more good results!
