Every time I launch the app, it persistently requests to upload my entire contact list to the cloud, despite my initial refusal the first time I opened it. It seems to struggle with accepting a 'no' for an answer. This raises significant privacy concerns that need to be addressed immediately.

First thing this app did was asking me put my mobile number. Which I did. It's still allowing me to add my mobile number and my correct country, it would change the country to a different country every time I put my number in. So therefore it is incorrect and had no option for me to change it. Not interested in an app that is working and correctly on the very first step.

I really didn't like that the price on payment was higher due to "added VAT." Why wouldn't you show a real price. I realised it only after my 4 dollars tirned out to be 4.71 euros. Little difference, tight, but so annoying.

Connecting time is high. Loud speaker can not be enabled. Sound quality is also not so good.

EDIT: The number display issue was fixed very quickly by the developers after I got in touch with support via email. Upgrading my review to 3 stars. Pressing the 'Contact support' button within the app still causes it to crash though. I've sent the developers a stack trace so hopefully this will be fixed as well.

Very very useless. And can't get a second number... Unless it a sim card active number.... This app is put under the wrong searching category I search for a second number not to use my own number and pay money....

VERY POOR SERVICE AND VERY POOR SIGNAL! + the prices are very expensive more than the real provider itself and it consumes the credit unfairly from just beeping, I topped up 4$ then I rang someone a couple of times but they never answered to just find out later that all my credit was gone though I didn't have any of the calls answered ... Scam app uninstalled successfully, DONT install BE CAREFUL ! DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY

The app works alright I guess but I have a believe that it keeps taking my credit when I'm not even using the app, and the connection still up and down in some cases, also for some reasons I can't talk to people in this aa0 while my phone is connected to Bluetooth speakers stereo or headphones.

I have downloaded the app. Verifying my number is the issue. My internet connectivity is excellent but each time I try to sign up, it fails due to 'lack of internet connection' I already have a negative experience with the app.

Been using this a few years. It's wonderful, reliable , and has saved a fortune. Always good call quality. I can talk to my dad as long as I want... I top up £8 every 6 to 8 months! Cant get a better rate anywhere. I am in UK, family in US. It can access my phone book... highly recommend.

Rates are misleading and confusing. Installed app because the call rates were advertised cheaper then others. During payment process I realised the actual rate is nearly double that. Example: their advertised rate to my country is 26c per minute. To purchase $4 credit cost me $7.50 (via Google Play), so the actual rate is not 26, but 50 cents. RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: VAT in my country is 10% (that's 40c), paying with PayPal would cost $6.13 - things don't add up! Still misleading AND confusing!

When I first downloaded the app, it was excellent to use cheap rate, but now I can't hear the other person, and when I wear my air buds, the call will not accept me wearing air buds. I even tried putting the call on loud speakers, and that is even worse.

Worked well for international calls from Japan to landlines and mobiles in the U.S. and Philippines. Pricing seems really good so far. I tried a few other apps all that failed or required dodgy subscriptions, happy to find one that works finally. Really happy with it, and it syncs with my regular call app as well. Also, it was super quick to set up and payment was via the Google store. I didn't need to enter any card details so I definitely felt more comfortable.

I added 4$ credit, tried to make a call but it keeps saying "poor wifi connection" and the person in the other country can't hear me. I have perfect wifi connection and tested it with other apps. I spent 3$ just trying to have a single call without any success. I contacted the support already and they keep telling we are investigating without any helpful solution. Very disappointed!

This app is so frustrating. Was fine with the first 2 attempts to add credits and make calls but afterwards have been unable to add credits for the past 1month. I uninstall and reinstalled it still not working.

worthless app, calls don't register your voice or button presses if you're calling something like your bank for example, wouldn't refund me even though their product literally doesn't function. use Skype instead, much better international calling service that actually works

There's no option to add a new contact that actually works. Dialing a new number "gives that option". But when tried, the contact isn't added. I uploaded the contacts from my phone. One contact didn't have all the phone number saved to sajd contact. When creating a new contact with the phone number that was absent, I updated this contact on my phone. It resulted in this contact being deleted from yolla app! When I search for this contact's name in the search bar, it is absent!

It took me 3 minutes to set up, including the download. I only paid $4 out of pocket (safely through the app store, did not have to use a credit card) for the lowest plan of minutes. I made my call to New Zealand with absolutely no issues. And I still have $3.67 worth of credit for future calls. I'm beyond pleased. Highly recommend this app.

Beware: The app's dial-up doesn't work during calls. I needed to call a customer service abroad. During the call, I was asked to enter a number for different departments. Unfortunately, when I pressed the number, nothing happened. It seems that the app has limitations as once the call is connected, the dial-up stops working. I kept pressing "1" to speak to a department but it wouldn't go through and I wasted my money buying credits for the call.

Used to be best International call App by far in my personal point of view,but for a very long time now,it endlessly discriminates amongst certain numbers. You just can't make a call to them. It keeps saying, " Call has ended," immediately after you press the call button to those numbers. Moreover,now I can't even make a single phone call without wifi. It doesn't connect with my mobile internet data. "Can't connect to server,check your internet,"it forever keeps saying. Never use it again. Awful
