yoma bank is very poor customer service. we can see their app is crushing all the time but they not try to fix its. They dont even care if you call to customer service

App Crashing Every Single Time. Not working on OnePlus Phone Android 14. Was working on Previous Version. 1.9.2 Crashes the App now.

This app keep crashing whenever I click on the icon to use. Very poor application. My device is on Android 13 and Redmi note 11E Pro (Global).

It's called Next Gen but there's nothing about the app that's next generation. The map is bugged. The whole idea of using map to located is to search where the bank branches are and it keep coming back to my own location. FAQ and User Guide is incomplete. The app should named Beta version instead of Next Gen. Why release the app to public when it's not even fully finish.

It is not inconvenient and get in trouble when the receipt doesn't include the other account no and owner's name. If money is transferred to another bank account, it only shows the bank name, like only kbz, aya. Not including the account number and account owner's name.

Bad YOMA app. YOMA app didn't login since last three months. I contacted their call centre but their service was really bad. They didn't follow up me yet 😞.
