I feel very irritating that this application have some issue in every month and very slow also. Last year login problem happened then I calling and sending mail. After some time again not working and they asking for work permit . After submitting the documents this time again login problem coming.They have our phone number can call and tell us what documents you need but no. When i call they said send a mail. It's not only me it's happened with my friend also. Please fix all this problem..

The application is terrible. Many errors through all the services. OTP is not working for hours almost everyday. It doesn't accept any signals (.,/) or even numbers when you write the beneficiary name so you may need to ask your beneficiary to change his account name to be able to transfer!!? If you are stuck in the application and you try your luck on the website, you will find yourself on website plateform looks like 30 years old . The website hangs more than the application

Overall performance of the app is great. The layout is easy. Its visually pleasing. However, having to login everytime to use the app is very tiredsome. Since phones are personal devices, no one has access to it; hence I feel login should be automatic after first login. Plus, having to enter the secret answer is giving me panics, thinking that I have entered a wrong password. It is like a password recovery process.

What is the use of installing this app if we cannot send any money to anywhere.? We don't need an app just to check the balance and to find out that a big amount has been deducting every month for the money we are investing in the bank. SBI is the only way to send the money to the home country, but even that bank is not allowing us to send the basic amount for a family to live in. We can get to know the balance amount in our account through the message. So this app doesn't have any good for us!

Worse app and bank. This app is totally useless. U can't do any transfer from mobile. Very poor customer service, they will never answer your emails and card will be ready in 2 months. If you face an online shopping cancelation and have to get your money back on SBI card, be ready not to get any money...You have to go their bank and claim your money and even in this case just God knows if u recieve them. I still didn't recieve mine. Very big ques and very slow service.

this app is too much worst and I would suggest all people don't use YONO.lot of crash in app while using YONO because multiple OTP comes same time

The crappiest bank app out there offers hardly any accessibility, lacks features, crashes all the time, and makes logging in and transferring money way too complicated.

Every one hour the App server is down, half way thru the transaction the app will stop. Very worst experience using this app.

such an irritating app ever I seen , you cant login when u need to login, OTP will not generate, after few days they will send OTP which is no use. kindly dont promote first of all fix this issue.

it's very unsatisfactory application.. OTP not generated from last 24 hours, even the customer support team also not responding for calls and Emails. I think this SBI Maldives bank holding customer's money in their bank for showing this OTP reasons!!! This useless banking service I had never seen.

it's really difficult to log in and do transactions because OTP is never generated. For days at end, we don't receive any OTP. Better to choose another bank.

Using the app is a headache because for most of the time, you have to wait without being able to login, and if logged in, unable to do any transaction due to failing to receive OTP after many attempts. You will succeed only very few times.

This service is really irritating, whenever i loginto the app or even through website, i hardly get the OTP number, not even to the email. I myself not being able to loginto the my account is a curse. Please join with some other bank, don't try SBI. This review itself was done several months back and no response, this itself says how they treat the customers
