The app does not even open now under Android v15. Please sort it out asap. Always get the same issue with a new version of Android.

Am having difficulty to open the app. Asking me internet banking id and password! Which I don't have. Gone to ebene customer care. Felt like I was disturbing them. Very slow service. Felt disgusted. Wanted to remove my money from the bank 🙄🙄😒😒😒

one time on three the OTP to log in does not come in time. was supposed to receive the OTP at 17:30 but it came in at 18:52 please fix these bugs

Since the update on 14.07.2023, my app is not opening. Its crashing as soon as it try to open. I have uninstalled the app and install again, but problem still the same. Please provide some solution.

This App is a headache...baaaad headache. Please make some changes for the app to be more user friendly...its zero star for now.. unfortunately no option for that. You already invested in the app make it better one time...

Hi, Recently I transferred some amount transferred to my wife account through YONO SBI but not credited yet, then I secrch for transaction details then found some faurd happened OTP came from another number I didn't recognize I typed OTP in YONO SBI Suddenly another sms came cash debited from your account Be careful these kind of applications

Recently added 2 factor authentication to login by OTP, but I never received OTP on 1st attempt, always need to resend OTP, waste of time. Please update this.

I cannot login since long time now. It says user id disabled and try after 24 hours but even 24 hours it remains same and this going on for almost 2 weeks or more now. I contacted customer care and even visited nearest branch more than 5 times and despite they mentioned they enabled it and sent IT mail nothing seems to work. Please advise way forward.

This app comes with a lot of problems....kindly take people's review into consideration...we are the users...if you solve the problems...it can be a good app... Impossible to open. Cannot get my pin code therefore. This is ridiculous. How will I then use my card. What is the use of having an account with SBI then?

This is the worst banking app i ever used. Everytime there is a prob with it. Either authentication failures or server down. Facing issues since years. Cant wait to switch to my previous bank.

The app just keep telling me that my Id is disabled and I have to wait 24hours before I can log in. This issue is here for more than a month and still am waiting for the IT team to do the necessary. Really bothersome for a bank not to have a good running app.
