Tried to get the app to get the free boba advertised on their flyers, and it was an endless cycle of 'sign in or create account', I hit the button, only gives me 'create account' option, which I already have, so just can't sign in. Annoying as heck

Horrible experience. There is no option to sign in. Only let's you create account. Now missed out on multiple offers!

Missing "no skin" option for chicken bowls. I really want to use this app rather than the horrible drive-thru AI.

It will not let me log in. I've tried multiple times to reinstall the app. It asks for my phone number, and then it gives me an error message.

The 20 cent hidden fee seems to have been removed for now. However, the app crashes everytime I try to use my reward credit. It also does this annoying thing where it makes you select the store everytime by zooming out to a map of the entire world then slowly zooming in to where it thinks you are.

The app before was better and easier to navigate this new app adds the coupon but doesn't apply to check out. For that reason I got over charged and when I went to the store to pickup my already paid food they didn't know how to refund my money nor could I do it on my end from the app.

You mail out coupons with QR codes but your app has no facility for scanning the same. Someone in IT should stop sitting on their hands and fix this.

Constant crashing and sometimes won't even launch. They've probably lost at least $100 with of ordering from me because they can't have a working app for their customers.

Oh my god i thought i was the only one having the ridiculous problem not. Being able to login,i received a reward for my birthday if a free bowl after creating an account, well i obviously had an account in order to receive the reward, but it wont let me login, there is no option,it sends you in this stupid circle of trying to login in to be repeatedly asked to create a new account and when using my original email that i received the reward on it says email is taken, well duhhh by me, ridiculous

Unable to Facebook login due to "app not active: this app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of this issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated." Are you aware? Its been days and it's not fixed. How are accounts locked to facebook logins supposed to do anything? Hurry up and fix this ASAP. Ridiculous.

I've tried to log in and it just keeps trying to create my account and then shows error since my email already exists. I keep getting the emails to entice me to order but I can't even log in to use my coupon that is very close to expiring soon. Fix this!!!

Do NOT use this app for delivery because if anything goes wrong with your order they'll tell you it's out of their hands and you will have no way to get your money back. I ordered, waited over an hour just for the food to leave the restaurant, then the food never arrived at all and lost $30 and my rewards points used on the order bc they don't have in-app support like every other food delivery platform to account for this. Just order through Door dash or UberEats.

App works but isn't as easy to navigate. Been using the app for awhile, order and pickup so don't have to wait as long. The downside, that wasn't the case before, is ordering through the app now charges a digital service fee (Yoshinoya advertises the app but charges for using it, wow). Once I saw that, I just went somewhere else for food.

I like the fact that there's a reward system, investment for rewards is balanced. Easy enough to order online, customization is a bit limited. What I didn't like was that the coupons that are sent every so often (1-3 times a month) last one day only. So it feels a bit too strict. But overall, if the coupons were a bit more lenient, it would be a solid app.

The app is clunky, not at all user friendly, not intuitive whatsoever. In fact, it's extremely confusing and frustrating. The relevant customization options for certain things like "no skin" on teryaki chicken are non-existant in the app. Any coupons you receive in the mail have QR codes. They lead nowhere, literally. Want to add them to your app account like you used to? You can't, despite the option being there to fool you in the app. Horrible.

Can't open app without giving permission to use my location, so that they can collect a fee for clogging me up with nearby restaurant locations. Also, my Yoshi branch doesn't have a scannable qr code or a code to enter for rewards. That makes it two things: privacy invasive, and useless as a reward scoring app. Deleting it. Doesn't serve me, doesn't belong on my phone.

The old app was dated and overdue for a redesign. Unfortunately it looks like they launched it without testing it, because it doesn't work. Once I select my store, I can't so anything else to place an order; zero menu items appear. Kinda crazy that this is a live app that can't do the one thing it was created for: place an order for food.

The app does what it needs to. My only 2 major complaints are what seems to be them refusing to include a vegetables option for gyudon beef bowls (a staple of theirs, in my opinion) and the "new" reward system. The new reward system probably saves them money, but it's otherwise serviceable. Just not the greatest deal for the consumers compared to the old system.

App stopped working after the latest update. First I wasn't able to add to orders without hitting the bank button all the way back to the main menu. Now it's logged me out and won't allow me to log back in. Logging in with Facebook just brings me back to the login screen then asks for my phone# and then claims it already has an account. Guess I'll be going elsewhere when I'm in a bind for time. App is not great, but I'll still visit the chains when I'm feeling it. Just not my go to for pickup

I just spent over 30 minutes trying to order on this app (uninstalled/reinstalled, logged in), but the dang app won't even let you move on from the "takeout/delivery" option screen. I can't even start an order. I guess I'll have to eat Panda Express tonight. UPDATE: (June 9, 2024) The app started working afterwards, at least for two visits, but today it started with the SAME PROBLEM again as before: The menu items DO NOT appear in order to select. FIX IT!
