This app is very user friendly. It's so simple and transparent in what they are doing. Yes the fees might be a little high but thats the price you pay if you want to make 10 times your deposit in 1 hour. This is subject to doing a bit of research on price action prior to committing to a trade, because this has to be 100% accurate if you are depositing larger amounts or you could lose it all. I've not seen anything else out there like this, they really have captured a little niche in crypto.

Tried a few times to complete the verification process tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app just to be constantly told the documents failed to upload and to check my internet connection. My connection is clearly fine if im able to get on here and leave a review as well as download and install repeatedly. In app I was also notified my account was being deactivated due to not verifying my identity. Its been 2 weeks and verification process doesnt work. What a joke.

Cannot upload my verification documents - get CHECK THE INTERNET CONNECTION error. Tried on cellular net and on WiFi, several times, on different days. Needless to say my internet connection is fine. Support suggested to reinstall the app and try again. Tried. Same error. I don't feel comfortable to trust my crypto with development team, that has such trivial issue with their most important user interface.

I will give 5 stars! The features are great and convenient. I love the security of this app to the user, when you logged in to a NEW device, they will send first an email to verify if it's you and there is a code before you can open the application. It is also user-friendly so if you are a beginner, you can use this. Icons are great, you can easily identify want command you will use. Lastly, the "Miner" featured, i'm impressed it's my first time seeing that featured in an App. Well built!

as of now its 4Star . i like the app to be honest this is the first time ive seen this kind of wallet that combines in-app cloud mining + choice of coins that you cant be seen through other wallets . Its very convinient and helpful to new users also new to crypto , lots of feature to be gathered at one wallet . Hoping to see more great features . Keep it up and keep building !!!

Very troublesome until account verification was possible with several contacts to support That apps lags too much, to a point where one's just looking at a menu for ages to see if anything happens at all. My phone is new and I have no such problem with other apps. I see a lot of support answers here saying to reinstall app!!! Not a solution, why would one need to keep reinstalling it to see if works?

This is the most scammy, buggy app I've ever downloaded on to my phone and now honestly I'm worried about the security of my device. I went to delete my account and the app just won't let me delete my account! The screen for entering the OTP keeps flickering, making it impossible to type the digits in, and I'm seriously considering if this is intentional.

One star because of the interest and the way of staking. At the bast it was auto staking on all currency wallet's now its not. You shuld take a look at the the other apps 16 and 17 apr. You was the pest but now the worst with the staking profits 👎

So anyone who promises to make a profit with this app or system should forget it. This is just a different type of gambling where 99.8% of the time you only generate losses and only 0.2% of the time you manage to make some profit.

Cannot do Kyc because of incomplete document, why only use passport for verification? Should add other government issues Card like Aadhar card for verification.

Low score is mostly for the deception and questionable practices. Problem with naming: this app has HODL in the name, but doesn't offer the most basic HODLing functionality: staking and crypto wallet. It is not good for trading: high fees, extreme slippage, glitchingand lagging GUI _always_ resulting in worst execution of trades. Add an extreme focus on high risk leverage trading, and fictional mining, and false advertisement, and we get a bingo of crypto gambling.

The app ia easy to use and has a friendly interface. The main problem is that after you use 100 energy points even if tou 1 month to refill them, you'll get just 9 and from this point they force you to buy them eorh real money. That is reason that I prefer to uninstall ir.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DIRTY SCAM! Why do you have to give so much personal info?! You have to give camera acces, location, then a high resolution identification document, then it requires photos of you and even has a "liveness check" to ensure its a real person. At this point I gave up 'cause it had many other ways to ensure the personal data you give them isn't fake. Why? WHAT KIND OF STALKER MADE THIS APP?!

The app feels great while using it. Sadly, the ads are misleading, and you can never withdraw any money/bitcoin or transfer it to another wallet without investing your own money. Therefore, false advertisement and no free bitcoin. To be on the safe site, I asked the customer support if they could confirm this, and they reassured me that I had to invest money before getting any. Edit: Yes, I am aware. It advertised "to mine free bitcoin" though, which are not there.
