The app is good and works well veritery of Show , but it isn't connected to TV from Samsung Phones. It would be great if we could connect to TV easily like others' apps.

I have paid for VIP subscription via Google pay but the app is not allowing me to view VIP programmes. I am not able to make fresh payment via alternate methods as I get the prompt 'already subscribed'. This app has the biggest glitches always. Very frustrating.

The dramas are good. However, I've got problems while buying the express package. My balance have been deducted but I still can't play the express episodes. Let me watch asap or return my money!

Not TV Browser friendly. I tried to watch it with LG TV Browser it works but frozen many times. Also, why cant you have Vietnamese Dubbed for all the movies/dramas? I selected language of Vietnamese but only subtitles. Many are not dubbed. Im in US but since I paid fee I should have access to all Vietnamese Dubbed movies/dramas. I try to watch Hoa Gian Lenh today with Vietnamese language selected and the mono-dubbed is Thai not Vietnamese.

I was not satisfied with this app, I sawed the reviews it was bad, but I thought to try the app and it was very poor. But in YouTube I sawed their videos that was very nice. And though to download this app because of their YouTube channel. If anyone want you can try that. And the bad think in this app was, there was 90% of dramas were VIP(which cannot be seen free). And the designing was so poor. But if you want you can try their YouTube channel.and you try the app Viki rakutan. That was good.

This app is kinda good. 'KINDA GOOD' I emphasized because some of the dramas isn't in the app. VIP thing is irritating 'cause I could only watch for six minutes and then have to pay. I don't wanna sound cheap but the app uses connection isn't that enough? And this is why I am giving it 3 stars

We already paid for VIP but some movie in the halfway don't have sounds and already send the feedback. They just reply please check my connection, I already checked my connection so I have switch to the stable one but the result still same. Please fix it properly. You already asked the viewer to paid so you must give us the best service & fix the problem. Thanks

Awful app, paid for quarterly subscription via Google, money taken but it is not showing in the app. I keep getting prompts to pay again?

I decided to get the 1yr non renewable subs and so far, things are good. Though, it needs more info when subscribing. ^^; i should chosen the renewable to save money. Anyway, they have pretty good drama selection. Not a fan of the interface but it will suffice for now. Still, its good and worth it...

I just downloaded this apps also buy the VIP too for 3 month but I feel so disappointed because the reason I downloaded this apps is to watching the variety show,but I'm so sad also angry because too many of them no subtitles. this is make me feel my money is waste for nothing , I really hope Youku team please improve yours subtitles . PLEASE NOTICE THIS COMMENT OR REVIEW

Horrible app. No way of resetting or recovering account or password. Logged back in using my Gmail account which has an active VIP membership but the app just creates a new account with the subscription.

The software is smooth to go. However, there are features that are not functioning well, such as editing of Profile Picture and Username. Do improve some glitches and features to make it 5STARS. I'm HOPING YOU'LL READ MY COMMENT.

Terrible!!! I have just purchased the VIP membership, tried to watch videos. Not working on my mobile. Videos dont play. Just showing shaking dots. Tried the same on the ipad app. Both the phone & iPad versions don't recognize I am already a member! Keep asking me to sign up!! Very disappointing!! What a terrible experience!! Cannot believe this. Just submitted a feedback. I want my money back!

0 star . it's terrible app . you're paying for VIP but still getting Ads promoting their other app. The Resume function does not work on TV , the playback will always restart from episode 01. I've report the bug but the Rude customer service support, They keep telling me to clear cache and history. Told them it still not work ,I've followed their advice and it still not work but then what ? they said i didn't follow their instructions. None can stay sane without cursing at their service.

Is there ANY way to increase the font size on the subtitles? Since the app is not supported on tablets, I'm forced to view programming on my phone. There is an option to increase font size, however when I choose the large option the tiny size font remains the same, despite the screen prompt confirming my choice. Edit: changed my rating fm. 1 star to 3. Within days of my original review I received an email requesting screen shot of the problem. The issue has been resolved.

I really wanted to get a subscription, but I will wait until a few things get fixed. Firstly, the phone app is okay, but I hate watching drama's on my phone. The screen mirroring my tv works, but I can't watch it because it is lagging too bad. It's not my networking because I have over a gig of internet speed, and I have no problems mirroring other apps. The second thing is that they don't have a Roku App, so there is no way to watch it on my tv. So until they fix these things, I can't subscribe
