While the app works well, the logging in is an issue. I have both pin and biometric log in turned on, yet both fail every time and I need to use log in and password. Please fix these options, or get rid of them. Thanks

No option to save credentials and use biometric login. No ability to assign a nickname to different linked accounts. Payment processing is slow. This app is about 20 years behind the times, but does technically work...so there's that at least.

The app seems okay, I do not like how it won't save even my user name on the log in screen, and everytime I log in I have to do the 6 digit verification code to my email. All my bank and credit card apps use my fingerprint. That would be nice to incorporate to the app.....

When it worked it was okay. Currently broken with login issues. Once I log in it starts to initialize app for your account but then goes back to login page. I've done the usual clearing storage and cache, uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

I attempted to pay off my Escrow account and they refunded the money. They said the couldn't find my account details on the web portal with all my information. It showed on my banking statement they they pulled the money then returned it. I'm worried they'll do it with the monthly payments and make me pay a late fee due to processing errors.

UPDATED REVIEW ON SEPT 17, 2021: This app is so much better now with the recent update. Now, the app does allow for proper login via fingerprint and doesn't "forget" the setting. And if I sign in manually, it actually remembers the device and doesn't send a PIN to my email every time.

not a fan of manually logging in every time, it doesn't even save your username. if applicable, a workaround is if you have samsung pass. it might even be faster to just access the website directly, which i've found myself doing lately. also wish it allowed scheduling a payment further out and not within a week.

Great app for easily paying your bills. What I don't like is no matter how many times I sign in on the same phone, it sends me email verification codes every single time because it "doesn't recognize" the device I've used every single time I pay my mortgage.

Autopay doesn't allow you to frontrun your payment. Only delay your payment. Why would you delay your payment past the due date? Obviously just a design to encourage and scam late fees. ACH payments take 1-3 days to post in modern banking. Also Autopay is completely turned off once there is a single issue, requiring the user to manually get back online. Horrible design to again, encourage more late payments.

I was excited to find this app at first. No one wants to pay their mortgage by snail mail. However, the next time I went to use it, there were no fields to enter login information, just a drawing of a neighborhood with moving clouds. I'll correct this review if the devs read my email and fix the issue Samsung A32

Never saves my login info, makes you jump through hoops to retrieve any of it. Also, after collecting all required info, won't let me login by saying "an issue has occurred, try again later". I try again later several times, doesn't let me log in. So how am I suppose to pay my mortgage if the app won't let me log in??? Guess I'll just have to call in every month. Terrible app.

Like others are mentioning, the app continually forgets your saved fingerprint, username, password etc. So that takes from the ease of access. Beyond that it does make payments easier and I've never had an issue in the department. I would like the ease of access login fixed though for sure.

App works as expected once you are logged in but I continually have the same issue when trying to login using fingerprint. The app asks for a 6 digit pin which is set up at time of finger print verification, after using my fingerprint it asks for my pin then says an error occurred and I have to go back and type in my password to log in. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled and set up new pins, but it never works as expected.

Bad functionality. App made like a new developer made it. Most importantly no saved payment options. Continuously enter your routing and account number. Never saves pin or biometric scanner to login The account detail screen is marginal. Not user friendly. Considering I'm a software engineer I would require fixing the app or give you your money back.

I absolutely dislike this app. I also dislike the servicer of my mortgage, whom ultimately forces the use of this ridiculous app (which was not disclosed to me that I would not be paying my lender direct, until after I closed on my house). The app is not user friendly at all. It does not give functions to pay more into principle. There is no in-depth information available about my mortgage as a whole. The app looks and behaves like a child built it. Insert annoyed face.

The concept of ease of use is an excelent idea but as many others have graded the app forgets or disengages your pin code or finger print... kind of defeats the purpose, and be careful as the system is so archaic that once you do set in a pin code to get in you cant change it or your password from the app... nothing too many complications and it could be understood that its for safety but thats why you use 2 step verifications and email confirmations needs work could be amazing not there yet.

Very bare bones, hardly functional. In the payment category, there's only an option to add additional payment to principal for up to 3 months at a time and a note "this is not the same functionality as autopay"... Literally the only thing people would want this app for is adjusting autopay, adding a payment to principal and checking the balance of their mortgage. This app somehow fails to accomplish those very reasonable objectives. Please add "SEE AUTOPAY" and "MAKE CHANGES TO AUTOPAY".

Not user-friendly, no response on the message center. Pending payments don't show, I accidentally made a duplicate payment because of this, and then the company would not stop the second payment. You basically get 1 hour to cancel a payment. I was basically told that there was nothing they could do, even though none of the 2 payments had been processed. AWFUL!!!

The worst company to deal with. EVERY time I update online for additional payments to be made to principal they verify it but then mess it up, end up reversing the payments instead and then sending a late warning on a 30 year loan that will be paid off this year (4 years into it). Im about to pay it completely off and never use them again!
