Useless, only input is camera. Can't import data format or even scan from saved picture. Had few minutes and probably not install again, there are better applications with same or better functionality.

I thought I would like the app having everything in one place, however, when I went to use my wallet yesterday to get into Morton Arboretum where I have a membership that I paid for, it wouldn't show up. So that was obviously pointless since that's where my membership card is supposed to be stored. It wasn't there. So the gentleman at the gate had to look it up for me.

There is no way to organize items within a category or to create subcategories. We have season theatre tickets at three different venues plus additional shows we purchase through the year. They are all jumbled together and can't be sorted by date, which would be a useful feature.

Looks pretty, but navigation is slow and not efficient. When you create your own category, moving a card to it is slow, and the display didn't update properly, catfight on top left does not update unless you select a different category first

Confusing and uncooperative. Have to use it with The Cleveland Playhouse to retrieve digital tickets because TCP uses Apple Wallet. I used to like digital tickets

Despite claims by the developers, existing pkpass files cannot be imported. Settings -> import section explains that only files with an ".ywe" extension can be imported this way. Browsing your phone from here will not display any pkpass files. Pkpass files can be opened in the app by clicking from another app (e.g. file browser). In this case a red button "Add to wallet" will be displayed. Clicking it, however, only shows a message "Unable to add pass".

Loved it at first. It was great for getting the Covid pass into the phone via the QR-trickery but it is becoming increasingly useless, as one still needs the other apps for importing already generated .pkpass files. Rarely if ever do I need to export them, I need to USE them that is, import them. I have a check-in pass from a hotel and I need to revert to my old Wallet app to open it. Unless that changes, Yourwallet will have to leave my device soon. Which is a pity, as its interface is much better and more user friendly than competing solutions.

Why the hell do I have to download an entire app to show a QR code? Playhouse Square I am calling you out for making us use this junky app, especially after the miserable payment experience.

Never did download the electronic ticket on my Android device. Did this two performances in a row. Ticket takers will not accept the receipt - no ticket, no seat. The house manager suggestion is to get a paper ticket. So much for the giant leap into the 21st century.

This is a terrible app. I had to download it in order to get some theater tickets. The instructions are convoluted, and I was unable to get a second ticket to go into the wallet. It is the worst software I have used in many, many years.

Difficult to understand, needs to be more intuitive so that getting started is straight forward. First time use: I want to add tickets; it wants a payment or id card. Stand off! So will be uninstalled.

All I want to do is add some concert tickets. I only want to use the app because I was told that I have to. The app wants me to load loyalty cards, which I don't have, but isn't allowing me to load the tickets. Very little explanation of what needs to be done. Completely frustrating

I strongly dislike that all tickets (“passes”) associated with this app have the same name. I don’t know if that's the venue’s doing or an artifact of Yourwallet, but it makes tracking tickets much more difficult than it should be. Replying to request for more details: every ticket I buy from Playhouse Square in Cleveland results in download of a file named AVPass.pkpass. It would be a big help if each such file had a unique name. If that is the vendor’s fault I will revise my poor review.

I really do not like the app. I have to go through too many steps to access my tickets. Not to mention that the other people on this membership have to do the same after I send them their tickets. It was so much easier to just hand them their tickets with the added plus that the tickets served as wonderful momentous of the performance....yes I save them.
