Considering it's a free editing app, it meets the minimum requirements quite well. However, I do wish it offered the option to copy effects from one scene to another. While it's adequate for basic editing, it falls short in comparison to CapCut. Additionally, I'd appreciate more control over element movement within the frame and the ability to create key points for smoother transitions and edits. That's all I'm looking for.

An extremely powerful editing tool for your phone. However, when compared to other mobile editing software like CapCut or PowerDirector. It doesn't have as many features as them. There also isn't a very large selection of effects, or graphics to choose from - as well as transitions, and things like that. Amazing for being in beta. A few issues are when editing it gets stuck buffering and there's no way but reloading the project to stop it, & preview skipping with animations & transitions.

Very useful tool, easy to use, but still in it's buggy stage. My current issue is that I can't export anything anymore. It was fine until three days ago. I cleared cache and data, losing all my saved files in the process. I recreated one short, then removed animations, and still can't export. It shows 0% process and remains at 0%, never exporting. Can you guys look into that and advise? I like the app, but without exporting, it's useless to us. Thanks. Running Android v14, One UI v6.0

Very poorly designed app. I can't even upload shorts from it. I don't even get an error message saying export failed, it just sits at 0% on the export page. I tried looking for solutions online. Some said you have to clear out a bunch of space on your phone if you're having problems. Like backing up and deleting all your photos, and even having to remove apps if there isn't enough space on your phone. That's not an option and a very poor solution.

The editing is super simple and easy to use. And I would have given this app 5 stars but after I spent the time editing the video and exported it to my phone it was not able to be played or uploaded to YouTube. I went back to the app and tried to upload to YouTube but I had to wait for it to export again and then I got an error message saying something went wrong. I would really like to be able to upload without exporting the video in the future. If that happens I will change rating to 5 stars.

This can be a great app, and it has been useful for when I'm able to use it, but I'm unable to export this 2 minute clip in either Standard or HD. I'm thinking it has something to do with importing multiple videos, because I've exported other clips with one video imported and they were exported successfully. I wouldn't say the app is bad, but it's not perfect and it still needs more work on it's core functions

I love this app and use it often. There are still some bugs but since it's beta, I am fine with that. They need to fix being able to use your own background music (I'm a musician). The captions features are great. I love being able to edit my videos on my phone without having to upload to the cloud, download to FCP etc. etc. I also love that they don't add watermarks to the video. If they did, I would not use it. Could we please have an updated version? Thx! for your hard work!! :-)

Am excited by this app and it has a lot of great features and potential, but it has some serious issues. Early on it worked perfectly, but now none of my files convert when imported, and I can't get any of my videos to export. So the app is now pretty useless if it won't export anything. I am hoping that they'll get the bugs worked out soon?? The music selection though is just so bad. Easily the worst feature. Other social media platforms have way better music selections.

This app is pretty great and easy to use. However from the first time i installed it, there was an issue with converting. The issue was that when converting too many clips at once, it would force shut the app. Now when converting some of the clips, it does this along with not converting the audio properly or at all. I only hear static. I know it is not a video issue since when playing them on other apps i can hear the audio just fine. Please fix this asap!

At first having it was pretty good. But I don't know what happened to it. But it's having major issue is because I worked 3 hours on editing a A video literally just called Don about ready to export it and crashes. All my work is gone. I am very discouraged with working with this system because it's becoming unreliable.

It offers the export "quality" of 1080 or 720. Except that's not "quality". That's resolution. Quality would be the bitrate; which is automatically set to a very low quality. This is a trillion-dollar company that does nothing but make videos and they don't even understand the terminology. The app generally functions and maybe it's the best video editing ever made, but there is still lots of work to be done for this to function as a "quality" video editor

I don't understand why people keep complaining. This is the BEST video editor! I can do way more with this then any other one out there. ITS 100% FREE! No watermarks either. Lets you look up songs from your drive with search which makes everything easier if you have a lot of music. Also allows you to make a clip longer way easier too, instead of having to duplicate it a million times. Also make sure you empty your trash bin or it may not export large files.

I wish I can give it a 5 because the idea and some stuff in it are really good, but, unless they work properly, it really requires lots of polishing, the auto captions doesn't understand the beginning and end of sentence, and the Audio is even Tex to speech so there is 0 noise, and it lacks a lot of customisation features for the captions, so blank and cant even edit manually, hope it becomes better, but rn, I'll keep using other apps

I was wondering when the basic yt upload editor would be released as a standalone app. Nice to see assets for other PlayPass video and photo apps just stuffed in-between the built in options, which is crazy, with the icons, badges and UI styles so I know I don't have to jump to the other apps for editing. Feels like using a Ford fob for a Chevy car.

It's a great app, but there is one feature it lacks that prevents me from using it. When I record voice-overs I record them as a video with just a black screen, and separate the audio from it when editing, but I cannot do that with this app, which prevents me from being able to use it. Please just add the ability to separate video and audio.

I downloaded this app and was initially very happy with it. There are tons of tools and all are easy to use. The reason I rate a 1/5 is because of the end quality. I spent a few hours editing a video and adding things only for the quality to be stripped away in the final edit. After the app processed it, the video was grainy, fuzzy, and looked like it was shot on a flip phone from 2007. What a wast of my time!! I'm not even sure why this app was made other than to ruin your video. Uninstall...

Best editing app! It's so simple & easy to use! My only suggestions are: - when selecting music tracks, it would be cool if there was some kind of marker to select tracks I might use. Like a Compare button. So I can listen to a few more without losing the ones I liked among the hundreds of other tracks. - the files take a lot of storage space on the phone and I'm never sure if they delete completely when I'm done. I like to save the finished videos on my computer before deleting them from phone
