Overall rating would be 3/5, great support team. developer need to introduce few more features to make it more easier and user friendly. 1. Add an option for favorite channels 2. Ability to add reminders 3. Search option only search for the exact match, example: if someone is looking for Bollywood movies then search should show all the Bollywood movies not just "Bollywood" word match results 4. Make it more use friendly.

Very bad! Don't waste money on this. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before buying. It's the worst streaming app. Very bad quality. Customer service is fantastic only untill you pay for the subscription. They asked me to change my wifi router and said the internet may be slow that why it's not streaming well.. but I have sonyliv and other channels subscriptions too..they work fantastic! Veryyy disappointed! Please don't buy this!

Please convert to old version for smart tv app. Current app version is very difficult to use and not user friendly. ------ Earlier channel list will be there by default once we open Yupp tv. We will go and select either cathchup or live tv . And in catch up program list will be there day wise. It was easy to choose. Now by default it is opening the last channel live which we watched. And we need to press down and it is showing only program for the day. If I want to switch to the other

The app is good, the streaming is good and the selection of channels are good too. So why the one star rating you might ask. That's because of the annoying 30 seconds advertisement which you can't skip and which is played EACH time you change channels. Update: By default YuppTV will spam you with these ads until you contact them and ask them to stop. They can stop the ads for individual accounts. Absolutely not acceptable and not respecting its customers.

First of all the programmes are not live, so you end up with watching your favourite programs one day later. The app comes with lot of advertisements, you call the customer service, they will disable it for no reason. You can't use it in other devices at a same time, you call the customer service, they will enable it for four devices. These all the tricks they play to frustrate you. The only thing available is that you can watch movies. Again it takes years to stream a movie. Simply don't buy it

This is the worst app. They offered package of 29$ and they charged me 35$ and after subscribing I am not able to access the content I paid for. There is no option to cancel your recurring subscription. I contacted support through email as there is no phone contact. There is no response too. And unnecessarily the payments are going through every month. Please don't buy this and waste your money.

For the amount of money they charge (More than monthly Netflix+ Prime video+Disney+ combined just for IPL), it's a horrible service STILL SHOWS ME ADS AFTER BUYING SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE EVERY VIDEO 1. We have to keep signing in again if I switch from TV to Mobile or Laptop. You could easily keep us logged in and still allow playback on 1 device only. 2. No option to re-watch something or go back a few seconds on browser 3. Arbitrarily says "too many requests, try again later"

I only wanted the World Cup package, had to jump through a few hoops to get the right package. The app always selects additional packages even if you don't want them. Upselling is great, sneakiness isn't. But my biggest complaint is with live streaming. The feed pauses and buffers every few seconds. Then it catches up to the live stream. This means that I'm essential staring at a frozen stream most of the time.

*** final update *** yupp TV is not interested in fixing the ads issue on mobile app, although they do fix on TVs ... After 10 years of being yupp TV customer, I won't be renewing their subscription anymore...switching to a rival app who do not play ads on a paid service... ***** Extremely instrusive nature of ads affect the quality of the program very badly. Moreover it makes the channel watching experience bad. Not going to renew subscription and going to ask for a refund.

Feedback updated downgrade rating from 2 stars to 1. Paying for YUPP TV subscription is like lottery. Some channels will work and some don't. But still yupp tv wants money.. nothing else:( I have been using Yupp TV in Europe for the past 7months. I have had zero issues with thier streaming. However extremely upset that they save your credit card details and use it to automatically renew subscription without bothering to ask for your permission. So keep a look out on their "auto charges".

I paid full Subscription but I did not get SunTv or Zee tamil, no information from the customer care, nor very helpful with customer care.on renewal I paid sun TV again they haven't put sun TV on my app.

While it's wonderful to at least have some option to watch IPL in Europe, the additional unskippable ads when using the Android TV version of the app detract horribly from the experience. The stream can have frequent glitches which necessitate exiting and restarting the channel, and every single time the same ad runs before allowing the stream to start again. Miss a wicket while you were being forced through an ad? Nothing you can do about it, because the live broadcast doesn't allow rewinding.

A pretty bad app. It is full of flaws. 1. The UI is very unintuitive... difficult to find things you are looking for... 2. Even after paying for subscription, you still see ads at the beginning of watching live cricket match...which is extremely horrible...this itself takes 3 stars away... 3. Since yesterday (08th April 2024), the app, website nothing is working anymore...

The app needs some overhaul. On FireTV, when we watch a program, and try to forward or rewind the popup takes almost half the screen with black background. It is irritating. So need to limit what is being dispayed. Just a bar with ff play and rew is just enough. No need to display the program title and settings everytime. Please take a look at it and across all other streaming devices. Quick fix is much appreciated.

Don't forget that you're paying subscription charges to watch their ads before every program which negates the subscription service first of all. Horrible thing is, if the ad doesn't load then app will stuck forever and you've to restart. No new movies at Yuppflix. It's time to end my current subscription soon. Beware folks!! It was very good earlier though so keeping two stars for it.

The only reason I would prefer this app is for ad free experiences. But with the latest version of app, I am totally annoyed with tons of ads and promos. I will end my subscription at the end of the current cycle and use YouTube for free to watch all my favorite shows. The best part of YouTube is shows are avaliable there even before yupp catch up telecast.

Yupp tv is one of the worst! There's delays loading contents. You don't have the option to view episodes past a certain time. The biggest issue is the buffering & delay! I thought if I deleted the app, it would resolve the problem, but it's not the app, the entire yupp tv sucks! They are quick to collect any dues for your subscription but reaching a customer service and having these issues resolved is another. I have Hotstar also & have never encountered any issues with them whatsoever!Fix it
