I've only been using Zap surveys for a few hours and have already gotten my balance to nearly $4, and I have not been sitting here constantly taking surveys... so seems pretty good. Worth trying out, at least. Update: made it to the cashout minimum of $10 and am now just waiting for it to be in my PayPal. That may be the part I dislike about it... I don't know why but I thought their cashouts were instant. I was actually really needing that $10 and am having to figure something else out now.

I like this app as it does what it's suppose to do. It's easy to use, friendly, I just don't like every time the app gives me A ZAP Notification that next time I go to open it up it won't let me issue any commands. To fix this I have to Clear Data Every Time and Log Back In. It don't matter if you restart your mobile device or uninstall the App, The issue keeps occurring when you get A Zap Notification. Zap Survey's is Awesome.

Great app! Having trouble logging in right now. Please help. It automatically logged me out and now keeps giving me an error message. I emailed supports, but having heard from anyone yet. I had about $30 on there. Update: getting frustrated now. Still getting an erro message when I log on and it's been happening for probably a few months. Always loved this app before this issue.

It's a decent app. Takes a long time to cash out. I had a lot of problems throughout my time using the app though. Many days I couldn't get my daily points because the app would freeze or I would get kicked off and receive an error message. I wanted to quit so many times but didn't want to give up my points I already spent so much time earning. Anyways, not sure I will stay a member. I like apps you can cash out at a minimum of at least $10. Also the freezing is really frustrating!

it's a pretty good app. I would love to be able to use the scan items to earn point though. When I click on it, the start scanning button never shows up so it's useless. hopefully that gets fixed soon. It definitely takes quite a long time to earn enough points to cash out. I've had the app for months and I still haven't made enough to cash out once. So lowering the $30 goal would be so much more encouraging. It feels like I will never get there earning 5 to 10 cents a day since I never qualify.

It worked really well. You took quizzes, you get money. But there's a catch. Prepare to be kicked out of multiple quizzes because you are not eligible. Happens all the time, sometimes after spending 10 minutes on a quiz with a reward of 1 cent versus the 60 cents it said the quiz was worth. Also, my account got banned for an inexplanable reason, and I have no response from the company regarding the issue. Full of potential, but false short from perfection. By a lot.

I originally rated the app 5 stars and the app worked as stated. I am lowering it to 3 stars. I have not been able to benefit from the Random Location credits even though my options are activated on the app. My screen shows a grayed-out button that states "Already Accepted" but I never receive credits. Also there seems to be a glitch regarding quantity earned from surveys and amounts credited. The amount is always a minimum of 2 cents less than earned (for the past 2 months).

*EDIT UPDATE* No major chg but just update that their is great. Quick response and fixed my credits issue asap. My overall first experience went pretty well. I wanted to see why friends were talking about the surveys. The UI was laid out pretty well, options stated clearly and TOS and privacy policies all available. If you have time to spare maybe it's for you. Pays direct to digital cards. Too little rewards in my opinion but they're my go to when I do have time . Overall A+

love the app. the pay is low in comparison to others, but .. the personalization in surveys makes up for a lot of time lost to non-qualifiers. The high paying surveys really need some help. $1.60 for 15 minutes is not near high paying. And the $25 min. cashout is not convenient. More would participate with a lower cashout levels. Others allow $3 or less.

Every time a store "zaps" you, you're supposed to receive money. However, the money never shows up in your zap account. I have had this app downloaded a few months and get "zapped" once or twice a week and my balance has not increased at all. Furthermore, there is no 'log' to see where your points have come from and to see if you've been rewarded the right amount. Plus there is no FAQ or Contact Us that I could find to resolve this issue.

Keeps on freezing. I lost my 28 day log-in streak. Even after contacting customer support, and they have been responding....but nothing has been done to fix the problem. Also, I haven't been able to receive my payout because "the merchant hasn't accepted the cash back awards." I've had this account for over 3 years. Very frustrating experience, and a waste of time.

Tried to create an account with Google, and it wanted me to sign in with Facebook (which I don't and won't use) -- after which it just hangs and hangs on "Loading Facebook." On the fourth try, I was finally able to create an account via email; now it just hangs. And hangs. And hangs. And hangs. I did get a message that "some error" had occurred. So useful! Not. Can't get past the front door, so uninstalling.

So frustrated with this app. A year ago it wasn't perfect but it was better. In the last few months though, I've had at least 75% of surveys I've take dead end, redirect, or just plain freeze up. I have the same Pixel phone I had last year so I can only guess that survey design and app compatibility have gone way downhill. It would be one thing if I didn't qualify for surveys, but instead I get 10-15 minutes in and can't continue. $25 redemption requirement doesn't help. Don't bother.

This app was good at the beginning, but now it constantly crashes while trying to get credit for your daily visit. And now my balance shows zero, when it should be over 9 dollars... update...I've not been able to check in for weeks now. The app keeps crashing. But the location zaps still work, but I don't receive any credit for them. Was great at the beginning, but now it's about to be uninstalled.

So, what sets this app apart is supposed to be that it 'ZAPS' you when you visit certain locations and when that happens you click on the notification and are (supposed to be) rewarded with like 7 cents. Well, this feature stopped working for me awhile back. I contacted support (who didn't reply for weeks) and all they did was ask for screenshots (kind of hard to do because you have to anticipate it messing up before you tap the notification). So no help until it happens again I guess.

Used to be a nice app to build funds with. Now unable to take surveys, only to get error message. Hitting the refresh option doesn't help. Hopefully this short issue. Guess is constant thing tap a survey get a "something went wrong message" or they're just trying to stiff users. No variety of surveys mostly re-directing after 2 questions.

Further update, the best reason to keep this app is player support. When you have issues and you can't get any help it's beyond frustrating. When I had issues ( and every app does from time to time) player support answered my questions and kept at it until my issues were resolved. Zap surveys is a great app and has awesome incentives to keep playing.

Tuns of surveys I get no credit for: I finish the whole thing, 15-20 minutes time, get a 'Thank you for completing' screen then when redirected back to Zap it tells me I didn't qualify when I finished it. Has good perks & sign-in bonuses that keep me around. Isn't a scam or I would have given less stars. It's just frustrating to put in time for litterally nothing; plus the suggested time to complete is way off (always longer). Good 50/50 shot to be unreliable but the 2 cents is something right?
