This app must be broken or else it's just horrible. I love Zappos and wish I could use the app to browse like I would through the website but it's so glitchy it makes me want to throw my phone across the room. Or at least uninstall the app. Nothing shows up on the home screen and the search function spontaneously flips through pages and there's no way to go back without starting over - very lame and disappointing. Amazon devoured every viable shoe outlet at least they could make a good app

What happened to this app?!?! It used to be incredibly easy to navigate and very user friendly! Now I can't even filter for crossbody handbags or wallets. It makes me feel like a senile imbecile that has never used technology. I tried to go to the website and though slightly easier, still way more complicated than it used to be! Put it back to the way it was!!!

UPDATE 06/2019: The Zappos service is great but the app's new interface is terrible. Can't exit detailed image view. The sort and filter drawer opens when scrolling down the product list. The option to switch from 3-column view to 2-column view in the product list is gone. The app does not integrate well with Amazon for login. Had to uninstall and reinstall everytime the app does not respond to login.

Great app, for the most part but they've made some changes in how to search within the last year that make things a little difficult. I tend to always pull up the filter menu when scrolling because my thumb hits it. Then as I'm scrolling the search results expand and I lose my place because it pushes the items upwards, so I'll have to scroll up again. Best customer service I've ever had though! Super easy and fast return process.

Extremely disappointed in this app for several reasons. I downloaded the app since a Zappos web ad advertised "free one day shipping" by downloading the app - I was not offered this on checkout, not even one business day shipping. At checkout it said I could sign in with Amazon - but I still had to sign into zappos anyway to "link" my account. The Zappos password field is extremely difficult to use with a password manager (paste doesn't work). I had to sign in one more time after an error occurred. Finally, at checkout I was presented with just a black screen. After closing the app and signing in yet again, the free one-day shipping wasn't offered as an option. I couldn't find any exclusions for the free shipping offer on the Zappos website. There was just so much friction with this app. And I also believe in my opinion that the advertising of their shipping policy is either erroneous or dishonest. I've been a casual but long-time zappos customer and don't plan to use this app again.

I've long been a fan of Zappos and their amazing service. The app always delivers just what I want to see and is so fun to use. Recently took off two stars because now Zappos is an Amazon affiliate, the shipping is awful. Much slower and very wasteful. My last order came in two shipments from two different carriers and in plastic bags as well.

It was such a great app for browsing and even purchasing shoes. But an update happened, and once you've put in all of your filters to make sure you've got the right shoe just for you, and you look at a shoe, the moment you back to the previous page, all those filters are no more. Thus, making you input those filters in every single time you want to look at more than one item. I have absolutely no idea why this update was published with this glaring bug in it, it makes the app user-hostile.

Search results filter are unintuitive at best. There's no apply button. Yes, you really do need one. No Mr. magnetic, human centric UX designer, it doesn't make sense without the button. Payment system is very buggy when adding cards and addresses. The add an address button does nothing from the add payment screen. If you can't handle a string of numbers with no spaces for the credit card, fix it, ALL the credit wallets paste as a numeric string.

when you turn on filters, click on an item to view more detail and then click the back button, you lose your filters, this is an annoying glitch that needs to be fixed because you have to reset your filters every time after you look at an item in detail. you also cannot save your favorites without clicking on the producy detail itself. it would be nice to be able to click on a favorite from the main scrolling page

Great retail interface - easy to search, filter, and accurately view products. Love the many views and videos of the product. Great picture quality and seamless scrolling. Issues: No HOME button on product pages??? Super annoying to have to scroll back through all viewed shoes, cart, etc. to get back to main search page. Also. Even when logged in, does not automatically link shopping cart from app to one populated on a web browser.

Using this app to look at and order shoes is basically easy and fun. Orders are usually sent promptly and are filled accurately. However the last several times I have tried to return something I have run into difficulties. I am not able to print out a return label and when I request an electronically read label I am often told by UPS that that is not good enough. I have made three trips and several phone calls trying to get the right code in order to return shoes, which is extremely annoying.

Overall great, current version needs database/query system work. When I tap on an item, it goes to an incomplete product page and a dialogue at the bottom says "We're sorry, we could not find the product you wanted." Not all products are affected, but it's at least a third of all items. Revision 4 Jan 2020: it's hard to believe that Zappos is backed by Amazon. I've reported the bugs a few times and they've not been fixed. In fact, they seem to fluctuate in their occurrence each day. –1 star.

Now the navigation won't load. Eyeroll. Edit: Random shuffling has been fixed so added a star. Wishing for a "save for later" option and the ability to zoom. Over two months later and the app still sucks. Filter bar is at the bottom where it easily gets activated while scrolling. Such bad placement. Filters don't work. Items shuffling at random is the worst. So frustrating. Haven't ordered in such a long time because of this. I miss you old Zappos. Please come back.

New bs, lost a star. Only way to add a new payment type was from *within the checkout process*. Couldn't add one from account settings payments page, no "save" button. Massive frustration. Old bs: When applying a product filter, the chosen selection becomes hidden. Clearing the filter (X) does not restore the selection to the list of options. Only recovery is to back up a level to the previous screen.

This app is awful. None of the "more" buttons on the home screen do anything -- I presume they're meant to take you to additional options. If you open up the pictures on a particular item, there's no way to get back, as there isn't an x to close the enlarged pics, nor is there a back button. There's no alpha-sorted list of brands to choose from. The app on my iPad is great, it's a shame Zappos really shortchanges Android users.

This app went way downhill. I used to browse the zappos app daily, but since the update I haven't used it in months except to check if they've fixed it. The filter tabs at the bottom get in the way of me scrolling one handed. It's also slow and jumpy while scrolling -- will stop and load for a bit here and there and then shuffle everything around for no reason. I never used to have a problem with the loading/scrolling. Just go back to the way it was please! You've lost my business :(

Super easy, and the filters help me find what I'm looking for quickly. Frustrated, however, that I can't use my AmEx because it won't let me save the number (the app wants a 16-digit card number). Also when something is out of stock, the difference between the light green and dark green buttons is not obvious, and I thought the app just wasn't registering my Add to Cart click.

The latest update made this app worthless. Even though there is an option to filter by brands, you can't scroll to select a brand unless it happens to be one of the handful at the top of the list. The search function does not work properly as it showed no results even though I saw a particular brand on the home screen.

Love Zappos! I'm always on the go, so having Zappos app make life easier. Great app, and super easy to navigate! UPDATE: I had given Zappos app five stars.. I have no idea what they've done to it, but I have nothing but problems with it now. I can't get things to add to the cart, I can't get checked out, it's just not what it used to be. I only give it two stars because it is still easy to navigate. But it doesn't help if I have to spend 2 hours trying to "add to cart".

The app kinda sucks. Adding to the bag is difficult and sometimes doesn't even work. Also finding the bag button while you're still searching is impossible? Sometimes it just doesn't exist. I'm the type to add a lot to my cart then sort through the options there so searching for the bag then finding out stuff didn't even add does not make me want to keep shopping. Also, I miss the videos and a lot of the shoes are missing photos from the top view which makes them hard to visualize. Not a fan.
