Worst app ever I wouldn't recommend this app to my worst enemy. They virtual just robbed me n told me to f myself. Ordered a item in February tried to ask about it in March but they have no number and their tech support relocated me to a whole different site. When I finally got in contact with someone they told me it was nothing they could do. never had a bad online shopping experience ever in life until I've shopped with zavvi. I will never spend another cent with them and I advise you the same

If you live in the United States please know you're rolling the dice only hoping you will receive your items. You do NOT have the option to even pay for tracking of your items. After I placed large order, items were lost with no tracking information. Over 5 weeks of back & forth from their Customer Care team, they confirmed they cannot & will not provide tracking information. They claimed to put in refund for me, which I never recieved, so I put in a claim to PayPal to receive my money back.

Warning: If you were lured to the app from the adverts about a discount such as quidco, the code has expired on the 6th sept despite being still advertised. Contacted zavvi who said it's third party code and they do not support third party sites. I somehow doubt they have no control about codes they issue to sites like quidco and the like else the code wouldn't have given me a date it expired when used. Just a way to get peole to increase the app download numbers.

This is an app/performance review For some season now if I add something to my basket but decide I don't want it a can't remove it as the bin button and the minus button do not work anymore why?..... Also being a red carpet member I've just seen Leon is sold out yet I didn't get a email to say it was even available Thanks zavvi for another job well done (That's sarcasm by the way)

So today 16th March. After going on Facebook and contacting zavvi that way. I've finally received a satisfactory resolution. I'm getting 20% refunded. Just a shame it took so long to get it sorted. Tim never did anything, it's just a show to look like they do something. I'm still happy with zavvi and their product range so I will be ordering from them in the future. :) good product range good prices.

Terrible, pre-order items and they will take your money allocate your item to someone else, then wait ~7-8 months to decide you're not getting your order and refund. Still use Hermes who deliver expensive items battered if they don't just lie about attempting delivery. On top of all that the last update has broken the app so you can't even look at your account or orders, instead going into an endless loop of logging in...

A bit disappointed ordered boxes now for a few years majority of time they've been late or damaged, still waiting on my August box have been offered a refund which I've accepted but bit late, would love to keep ordering but nothing stopping me from Cancelling it really need to look into they're delivery and better way of contacting someone instead of waiting 24 hours for a reply. Need better ways of contacting someone and better information for customer looking at subscription boxes

Absolutely terrible, preordered a figure from here and they took the delivery fee but not the money for the statue, then when I asked why they completely dodged my questions, I attempted to cancel my order but the button was unclickable, I removed my payment method and all of a sudden they answered my question and cancelled my order, absolute scam of a site, anyone saying it's a good app is lying and have either been paid by zavvi or work for them

Absolutely disgusted with zavvi and the customer care team ordered multiple items and not a single one has arrived. They cancelled one for some reason bit never explained why another was pushed back by 5 months and the last has been in stock and ready to dispatch bit then out of stock and on special order. They was quick to take money but don't expect to actually get what you pay for. Trying to discuss with anyone at zavvi is pointless. Seriously go somewhere else.

Trying to figure out which is worse; the app or the website. Everything takes forever to load. On the app, I type in what I'm trying to search for, and it just sits there. I'm very close to going somewhere else to purchase what I'm after. **update: 15 minutes later, I'm still not any closer to finalising my purchase. I select the size of a t-shirt, but the "Buy Now" button is greyed out. I'll be uninstalling the app and purchasing my stuff elsewhere.

**Worse than WISH** Zavvi will not cancel an order if they have already dispatched their *free digital magazine. The option to cancel is unclickable, but still there. Zavvi takes over 3 weeks to refund items. Zavvi will take over 2 weeks for an item to leave its warehouse, but still take your money and claim since you will get your item eventually there isn't a problem. Do not use this app. Do not shop here. Shop local, save the trouble. Worse than WISH!

Pretty much the same as the website, except pages are occasionally a little slower to load, can't open multiple tabs, can't use dark-mode. That being said, I think it's a testament to how excellent the mobile site is. I think the app needs some unique features or discounts to make me use it.

This is an updated version of my first review. I have used Zavvi on more than one occasion (yes, twice) and on the second occasion my order was dispatched within 24 hours. My first order was delayed for reasons unknown and, though courteous, Customer Service was unable to give me a straight answer. The app allows for easy access and is easily navigable.

The app UI is easy to navigate and well laid-out. It looks professional and the search engine and drop down menus make it very easy to find what you're looking for. If only all apps were like this!

The recent update has rendered the app next to useless. Unable to load products a lot of the time, sometimes even whole pages won't load and/or buttons won't respond, even to open the app menu or look at the basket Able to add to basket but unable to remove items or update amount of each item Links in emails or push notifications open the app but don't take you to the actual product the selection was advertising which is rather annoying

App review only : Slow performance, constantly stopping and freezing with white/blank screens - especially when scrolling through the home screen with the offers and suggestions. Needs refreshed often only to find things out of order or simply swapped out from the previous list of items viewed. What the heck is going on? Previous versions were super smooth now this trash. I am a long term red carpet member but I haven't ordered anything for ages simply because the app is now so poor.

Horrible experience. Ordered item in May 2021 and only after contacting them in December found out that item got lost on warehouse. Eventually item arrived and was the wrong item. They now can not source original item anymore. The app is clunky and messages although are prompt are met with "sorry for the inconvenience." Much better options elsewhere.

Used to love this shopping app until the last update has made it completely unusable. Just loads up the Zavvi logo screen, then crashes and closes itself.

App doesn't work anymore for some reason, you click on it and it loads the splash logo and then bounces out of the app. Before that the app has been slow, sluggish, unresponsive and just seems to be buggy
