Its been a month now. I hv purchased 4k Premium plan for add free experience in my mobile and tv both. But still they show adds when some program start. And i have complained about this topic too many times but there are no solution till now. It shows adds on both of my device. Now i m tired of complaining about the same issue. Solve it or give my money back.

I have taken a costly subscription and my experience has been terrible. All I see is a black screen, with just audio playing in the background. I have been talking and chatting with the Customer care with no avail. I have shared short video, written email to the official Id with no solution. I have followed all instructions but seem to be only hassled with no real help

The app has became improved a lot in these 3 years but still there are some issues in the app like lag in skipping the boring scenes it takes ages to skip the time, then I am unable to edit my profile, the content is still buffering even after having 200 mbps wifi, still no PIP support in this app, sometimes the app doesn't load properly and also some episodes don't autoplay please fix these issues ASAP

The ZEE5 app promises a diverse range of shows and movies, but its performance falls short. Despite a high-speed internet connection, lagging and buffering issues persist, making it difficult to enjoy the content. Until these technical issues are resolved, it is hard to recommend ZEE5 for seamless streaming.

The app is very nice but it's just that too many ads. It would be really nice if the number of ads are reduced and subtitles don't come immediately once a new episode of a tv-show is uploaded. Kindly fix that and otherwise it's a great experience!

Changed from 1S to 4S as below issue is fixed. The TV app never plays anything.... Plays for 1 sec and keeps loading. Worst TV app experience. I am running the app in an MI 4K andriod stick with Android TV OS version 11 with a 100Mbps wifi. And also have the latest Zee5 app. Reinstalled the app multiple times, cleared the cache memory, restarted the device, and it is still the same issue. I am not able to watch a single show or movie after buying the premium 4K subscription. Fix the issue.

This app is great in terms of content library but it's highly irritating on the bloated notification spam and pop-ups filled in the app and it's crashing sometimes. The player doesn't respond most of the time, I still appreciate the fact that you guys are streaming higher bitrate content on mobile/tablet as well but constructive criticism is healthy to something that can become the best. So hope you guys fix the mentioned things

Sir, I streaming this ott. I experience to not properly working this app. Example I open the Zee 5 logo 2 or 3 sec then open the content tv shows, movies, webseries other. After tv shows choose open episode and together option is play, pause, video quality, very slow condition and please properly working. Tv shows episodes not showing in side the screen for example tv shows 2000 or 200 then open the shows 200, 199, 198 that's mean to change the software. I request to change the software.

While the app provides a wide range of videos, I've experienced some lag while watching them. It would be great to have the option to download videos for offline viewing and to adjust the playback speed. These features would greatly enhance the user experience. I hope the developers consider adding these functionalities in future updates.

I saw House of Lies today on my mobile phone. Fantastic movie, completely different from any other. My husband Sukhangshu Chatterjee plays the role of Colonel here. He performed well, he was the best, I think. But others did well too. Overall, 5 stars *****It was so easy to download Zee5 from Google Play, find the movie I wanted, and start watching it right away!

Worst service. Slow, shows are not updated on time. I can't watch serials in advance though I am a premium subscriber. They promised to give ad free but yet am getting ads on every serial that I watch. If I had an option to give negative rating I would have given that.

I only watch their shows in my TV but from past 5/6 months whenever a dark screen is played on TV it will blurred and seems Negative image. That's why the total viewing experience is bitter day by day. It's totally horrifying. Whereas other OTT platform viewing experience is ll good. I am totally fed up.

Just like all Zee TV channels this too is overloaded with too many advertisements. Sorry I subscribed for a full year. Paid App overloaded with ads is not cool, it's silly and terrible waste of time of a paying customer. And to top it all, the "Skip Ad" button is there but it's disabled. So all the ads are shoved down your throat. Just like most PR staff of companies you do not read the review properly and post standard formatted replies. I have written that I have a full year subscription....

The worst app.. Neither they respond on the call immediately nor resolve the issue at all.. Paid 699/ for subscription on 30thhMay 2023. Not a single time we could login There is no clarity at all from the communication by them. The app was not at all opening neither on mobile or on tv. Contacted then spending hours together. But no use. Their people will not contact directly at all nor they try to find the issue to resolved. But auto renewal was done not consulting us at all

This app does not work at all because whenever you watch a video, you see a lot of adds in between the videos and adds also appear in between, that is why you are very useless and it takes more MB or when the ads stop in between. Hain to 20 seconds add ends in 5 minutes so I want that there are not too many ads and there is no stopping it between

Terrible since update! I have purchased quite a few tv shows & movies. since the last update finding them has become very cumbersome. The app always just focuses on the store front. When you do get to the program, you then have to scroll through all the episodes to find tge correct one, as there is no indication as to what you last watched. There is no continue watching area. Very poor execution for a streamjng app!

This app is very much inaccessible for differently abled users. At times, the text displayed on the screen is not visible within and without icons because of which the screen reader is not able to read the text properly. It is very difficult to navigate within the app, watch videos and use features like rewind, forward, play and pause. Also, the skip ad button does not work properly and the issue of buffering exists within the same. Overall, the performance of this app is quite slow.

Disgusting app. Disgusting quality. Can't cast via chromecast. Doesn't have a Samsung TV app. I will not renew the subscription. Oh, did I forget to mention that the streaming quality is horrendous? What's the point of providing a setting to change the quality 1080/720, etc, if it is always at auto even after changing? Why do they always stamp 4k on the thumbnails if they don't even have that option? Wow, this is bad on so many levels.

Zee5... Your programs are good, no doubt. But, the app is piece of garbage. Click on any tab and you get 'oops something is wrong, retry after sometime'. Search function is horrible, results are organized by gravitational force and not by telecast date. And since the app is the only way to access the programs, the value of programs diminishes to zero.

Worst app I ever wasted my money on. Keep getting told make sure my internet is up to speed. IT IS. It's the app that's messed up. When charging for an app make sure it works correctly. Non-stop buffering makes the it unbearable. Look into it and try to fix the problem please, asking us to contact you through the app does absolutely nothing. I haven't even had the app for a week and iam already over it. Shows and movies buffer longer then it plays. I'd think twice before purchasing this app.
